In this day and age, this business does Not accept Card as payment method ! I took an UBER ride to get there and found out they only accept cash payment.Staff is friendly and provided a good Customer Service.

I dont know what to say, the OFallon police had it towed for a broken tail light. Seemed pretty cheap to get it out.

Son called for a tow at 6pm was told it would be 1 hour to 1:30. Waited til 9 and called again they told him they had other calls that were priority. They left him sit on the side of the road all night!! My husband had to go get him in morning. Called to asked when they were towing it and the guy had no clue what I was talking about! I would never leave a bad review but this was unacceptable.

Not friendly. Tried to tell me they dont accept insurance payment.Then went on to say I would have to be there when my insurance people came to get the car. I live an hour away and that just doesnt make sense.Needless to say insurance took care of everything and they just stressed us out for no reason.And the reason we needed towed was because my Daughter and I had just had an accident. We were ok but its just the fact that there is already so much going on and then you have people like this making things harder.Only thing good they di was be quick to come get the car to collect their money.

My Aunts vehicle would not go into reverse, Dylan the tow truck driver went beyond his duty.. he worked on her vehicle and got it to go into gear where she could drive it to the shop in St Charles..We cannot say enough about the Service and Dylan!! Thank you so much you made our day.. such an Awesome experience........

These guys were there for us when we really needed it, and even were able to accommodate our hard financial situation, thus avoiding costly overdraft fees from the bank when finances are already stretched out to the max. 1 star is too many son called at 600pm yesterday they said hour and a half he called back at 730 they said 930 left him stranded there all night Do Not Use !!!!

We are a business owner that had some cars towed due to abandonment. One of those cars was one of our shopping plaza employee that just so happen to be on vacation. We reached out to this company to tell them the scenario to see if there was anything we could work out. The owner REFUSED to even speak to me even after I called a second time and even showed up to see if something could be worked out with the employee and our business. Yes the employee should have notified us BUT people need grace. I get the Budget Towing line of work everyone has a sad story but NOT even giving me the time to explain to see if we could meet in the middle for all parties involved. Our business will not do any further business with Budget Towing nor will I recommend you. To refuse to even hear the story is completely unprofessional! Sometimes we need some grace. I was NEVER asking for FREE. I was trying to meet somewhere in the middle.

Budget towing made a bad situation worse. After a loved one had a bad accident and being at the hospital it was a shock to be denied medicine for a sick person, access to personal items, and threatened with police while trying to take care of my property. Now the rain soaked interior of my car and items inside are at risk as I could not get access to my vehicle per Ursula. She decided I could not go in the yard despite being the owner. If you are forced to deal with this company be prepared.

I am not able to comment on their work but the phone skills need attention.

Super nice people and they keep you notified And there rates are great but theY popped one of my tires and when asked about it the driver pretty much told me it was my fault and on me and then proceeded to drive off Without trying to handle the situation. to me that’s not very professional

I blew a tire on I70 highway. They told me they were sending someone right away. After sitting on the side of the highway for nearly an hour, I called to see where they were at. I was informed that a driver was just then leaving their facility nearly 30 minutes away. I would advise to not use this company

I had one of their drivers pull up behind me on Pitman rd at a high rate of speed and he got within 6 ft of the rear of my car before slowing down. The driver terrified my wife. He then followed us to our residence and threatened us. I am a AAA member and will definitely let them know about this.

They held my truck hostage for over a month and I cant really give them a good rating for that. That being said they are professional and were very patient with me. Still not giving them a 5 star rating though. Lol.

I needed a tow today due to a tire blowout. The dispatcher was very friendly and professional. The driver, Frank, arrived in a timely manner. He got me hooked up and off the road quickly and safely, and towed my car to the service center I requested. He was very thorough; explaining the entire process and fee structure to me. After unloading my car, he saw I was about to be stranded at the service center for several hours. He drove me home!I know it was only slightly out of the way he was headed, but still very much appreciated. I felt safe and comfortable with the whole process. I will definitely recommend Budget towing. And Frank!

I would give them zero stars if possible. My car was towed here during a snow storm. Had to get it out after holding it for 2 days! Only one girl working and needless to say wasnt friendly. The Phone ringing off the hook so we couldnt get any service. Their yard wasnt plowed. Took forever getting my car off the their lot due to heavy snow. Went to pay and they apparently only take cash..nobody bothered to tell me that when I called. Just an over all HORRIBLE experience! There are other towing places much better. Would NEVER use this place!

I dont typically write bad reviews, but Budget Towing totally screwed me last night and I want folks to know.I called Budget Towing in a pinch to see if they could move an industrial riding lawnmower about 25 miles. They agreed and said it would take 1.5 to 2 hours before they could get there. At the 1.5 mark, I called to get an ETA, but no one answered the phone. Called again after 2 hours had passed, still no answer. I ended up waiting around 3 hours and they never showed up or called with any update.I called Ratholland Towing and had an excellent experience.

I called around 9:45pm on Monday and they were pretty busy I guess due to the first snow of the year, but I had went off the side of the road into a ditch and needed pulled out. They took my name and call back number and I never got a call back. I saw the 5 cars in front of me get pulled out by Sherman towing and I was the only one sitting there for 4 hrs. No call back at all. Finally called A&A and they were there in 15 minutes. Will never call Budget again.

Called these guys today in the pouring down rain because my daughter had ran her car into a ditch Steve came and got her car out he was very professional prompt and careful. George Wells was wonderful! He towed my sons car when it broke down a couple of years ago and was the first to arrive when my husband was in an accident. He provided a calming presence in a very stressful situation. Budget Towing even took good care of our dog who had been in the vehicle during the accident. George was quick, efficient, and was clearly a professional. He had our truck loaded and ready to go in a matter of minutes. We would call Budget Towing every time.

Glad to have these guys around, they never get cocky while offering the simply best Tow Service around. On top of that they have a large nice looking fleet of trucks. Keep it up guys! Hopefully I dont need to call you anytime soon but if the need arises expect my call.

Amazing people!! They showed up fast and took my boyfriend and me to a reliable auto shop. They also stayed with us with their air conditioned trucks for 5 hours as we waited for a ride.

I’ve used the Wenztille location twice now to move some equipment(that required a forklift) for my shop. We had George the first time, and then Steve today. Both guys were very helpful and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend!

I called them to tow my car after an accident. The driver could tell how upset I was and came to get my car even though it was out of the normal range. Not only that but he took me home since it was on the way to the auto body shop. On the drive he kept the mood light to help ease my frazzled nerves. Once we got to my home, he let me get my personal belongings out of the car. Thank you David. Youre a pretty awesome driver!

I had a flat tire, called this place because I didnt know what to do or who really to call and havent changed a tire myself ever... but the guy got their as quick as he could,.. good personality and was just good help in general.. I didnt catch his name, but he made having a flat tire while cold, and quite the ways from home a lot less sucky!!! Lol

This place SUCKS!! They towed my car and completely destroyed my tire! I called to speak to the manger who was just as horrible! He did not offer any solution to HIS company ruining my car! He said Well I wasnt the one who towed it. Incredibly unprofessional! I would never recommend this tow company to anybody! Horrible service!

Absolute scum of the earth. We all know tow truck drivers and tow lots are scavengers anyway; long story short, a 66 year old grandma was blind-sided in a hit and run accident and this group of scum held her few meager possessions hostage for a few dollars. Real trash..

These guys showed up to get my van out from being stuck down in a hill, they were prompt, polite, clean and just over all amazing. Next time I do something stupid like drive off the road they will be my first call!!

Fantastic towing company

One of the worst experiences ive ever had from the start to finish! Sons car got towed and they made us pay an extra day even thou they were closed. Next when we got the car the tow driver got grease all over the inside of the car! when talking to the lady there she could of cared less about the fees or anything else!Rude people !!

I was driving down the highway today when a tow truck driver swerved into my lane he was texting and driving. He pulled into the gas station in which I happened to be going. So I walked over and read the name off his shirt. His name was Steve older gentlemen with a sort of mullet haircut.. When I asked him about the situation he proceeded to call me racial slurs. I wouldnt use this company if they were the only guys available in the middle of the desert on a hot sunny day. All in all this guy left the worst taste in my mouth a company could leave.. never will get my money nor good review!
