This was my first time in a Planet Fitness and I loved it. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. I love the variety of machines to work out on. I have several health issues, but was still able to get in a cardio workout and some circuit training!

Love this gym. The staff is extremely friendly and always greets you when you arrive and leave. The team does and awesome job of keeping the facility and equipment extremely clean. The manager is awesome and will go out of his way to help his staff or members when needed. If you are looking for a gym I recommend this Planet Fitness!

This location in Wentzville, Mo. Has some very caring and professional people working there! I give a big shout out to Olivia, she is one of the most caring and knowledgeable person Ive met there. Thank You Olivia great job!!!💪👍🙂

I will not ever join this gym again. I was very disappointed in them. I cancelled my membership back in March of 2020 however they still charged my card up until two months ago when I called pitching a fit because they had charged my best friends card whos card number was supposed to have been removed from my account back when I cancelled my membership all together. My suggestion join Club Pilates

As usual a clean place to we ork out, with a pleasant staff.

Fun place to work out. added bonus is the guy who is a replica of chuck norris.

Cool convenient location but a bit pricey and overcrowded at times, but the Customer Service was always Great!

I cancelled my membership following the payment in May and was told I could use the facility through June 16. When I returned to use the facility a few days later I realized my app was not working and was told I could not enter without being the guest of a Black Card member. Im only posting to help others make sure they are strategic about when they cancel their membership.

Staff is usually pretty nice and friendly. The gym equipment is pretty clean, but the locker rooms and restrooms are never clean. Ever. Toilets are always dirty and at least one of the urinals is constantly not flushing/working properly. The shower stalls frequently have band aids, trash and other things left behind by other members. I know, from experience, that cleaning bathrooms sucks, but it’s pet of the deal. Get it together!

Exercise is nice and clean but if you try to tan there it is a joke! They have this new system and it is slowing things down terribly ! There is lines OUT the door waiting to sign up for a tanning bed because of this. The employees hate it, and corporate doesn’t care because they don’t have to deal with it.. I will definitely be canceling my membership which I have had for years because of it.

Great machines. Love that I dont have to bring anything with me to purchase water or a protein drink. Also havent worked out for a hot minute but it felt great. Something for my Husband and I to do together

Havent been there yet. Was wanting to sign up for myself and my daughters, all of us are at an unhealthy weight. But my youngest daughter is only 11, my oldest 13, and not able to join. So disappointed that were unable to have that resource.

This place is great the prices are wonderful the equipment is clean and a lot of it you even have high-end tanning beds massage beds the whole staff there is wonderful I just moved from Florida and I am so happy that I found this place prices are excellent everything about its top shelf

Top notch location. Clean with one of the best shower areas I have seen and has these top notch, high tech massage chairs I havent seen anywhere else. Good staff as well.

All the workers are super friendly and I have never had a problem with anything there. Ive been going for 2 years now.

Great customer service

I really like how they are open 24/7 as me and my friends like to go later at night when fewer people are there. It is a great gym, and the price is worth it.

Solid gym (as long as you don’t scream or grunt).Great selection of equipment and there’s not much missing.I prefer gyms with an actual gym (court with hoops) but this suffices since it’s so close.Great deal considering you get tanning included with your normal monthly payment.

My son canceled his membership over a month ago. They charged him the yearly fee plus an additional months charge after he canceled. Have talked to management at least 3 times and filled out paperwork several times. Still waiting for a refund. Supposedly waiting on management to approve. Maybe this will get their attention.

First time here. Seems like a few of the tanning beds are down. The sign in sheets for the beds have specific times but dont count on getting in at that time.

Its been 4 weeks since Ive been back here. I really need to get back in it. Good clean place

I travel full time and visit a different planet fitness seemingly every day.Out of all the planet fitnesses Ive visited, this is the best one. I may rescind this title if a better contendir comes along, but I doubt it will.

I like this place. Im older and Im amazed at how many other older people are there. Also I am accompanied by a lot of people who are very diverse in age, body type, and physical fitness.The choices of equipment is also very diverse, in good shape, and clean. Same with the lockers, showers, and bathrooms.The staff are friendly, helpful, and plentiful. They have done a great job of creating a healthy environment.While they do have some classes for orientation, stretching, and others, they dont have Yoga which would be nice.

The equipment is so beautiful and kept in great condition. I also love the additions to the gym like the body fat testing!!

I workout everyday of my life and they just cant get this mask stuff synchronized, one staff member says wear them and one staff says dont wear then,otherwise its an ok gym for old folks

I am in a wheelchair and finding a gym to work out is very difficult. Planet fitness has great staff they are super friendly and very helpful when I a ask for assistance when using machines to work out. I have gone there for two days and even the people who work out are super supportive and very upbeat. I enjoy coming to planet fitness and working out to be a better fit person for myself I highly recommend planet fitness

My first interaction with the new manager Blair was very disappointing. Her lack of empathy towards mismanaged policies was horrific. You can tell she lacks customer service skills. She would rather listen to respond rather then listen to understand. I’ve seen several upper management people over the last 3 to 4 weeks visiting this facility. They are not friendly and only seem interested in high dusting. When I brought up how great the manager was doing at St. Peter’s he blew it off like she was horrible. This place will continue to go down hill with these people in charge.

The staff at the front desk are always friendly and helpful. Greet you by name when I enter. Sasha, Chauncey, Summor, Carley and Madison and others are cleaning equipment, which I really appreciate. Plenty of cleaning stations throughout the facility.

Are the tanning beds open? I havent been for a while and would like to start coming back to the gym and tanning. I have tried to call several times but always get a busy signal.

Half the ellipticals dont work, the staff allow people to sit on one machine playing on their phones for half an hour, and theres only one of most weight machines

It is a very clean facility and has nice amenities for working out and a variety of weights and machines as well as tanning and massage tables. Nice place worth checking out.

This is an awesome place. I dont feel like anybody is watching me or judging me when I go, even though Im not young anymore and Im definitely not in shape. Its just a really nice place to go and do a workout without feeling like youre in the spotlight or under scrutiny. I have been to other locations, but this has more equipment than most of them, even though it would be nice to have a little cafe type thing in the front like the one in Texas did.

Clean and spacious.. no complaints!

I signed up for the $10 basic membership to start off with for 2019. Several months into the plan I ended up paying $20 a month. Periodically I would get a text saying there was difficulty with the payment transaction and I would call, for them to say don’t worry we will try and run it again. I Ended up paying a $10 late fee every time they had to rerun my card and the several times I spoke to them they never mentioned a late fee was imposed. I cancelled my membership since there was no effort to refund me the late fees or make good on what had happened.

One of the BEST PLANET FITNESS LOCATIONS I have ever seen!! I travel around the United States and this place tops them all! Tile floors and bathrooms, not to mention the tiles walls and showers as well! I would give 10 stars if it allowed it !!

The facility is clean and no waiting for equipment. It makes getting your workout in quicker and less stressful. I have been at this club for over a year.

Mask are not enforced at the location even though it says it at the door. All the staff do is sit on their phones and talk. I would think the staff would be cleaning machines during a pandemic but no. Just sat and chatted with each other.

I LOVE this gym! Its always clean, the machines are always working (Ive been to gyms before with broken down machines which is a waste of money), and the additional features of tanning and massage are wonderful. Staff is great especially Morgan Wilson, who is quick to offer help and guidance with my workout and schedules for the personal trainers. She was even able to help with my tanning questions! I will definitely be staying at this gym!

Atmosphere and no negative pressure. Just focus on personal improvements. Excellent value.

Great equipment and no judgement

I have been going to planet fitness for over 3 years. I love it. I have a complete home gym and ran out of weights and decided to try planet fitness. I have never turned back. A great community with great people. I love their moniker welcome to the no judgment zone. All ages. A great environment would highly recommend it.

I absolutely love planet fitness in Wentzville mo! It is by far the cleanest gym I have ever been to! And its something you notice just walking through the door ! The staff are non-judgmental and very knowledgeable about all of the equipment, and are happy to educate you on many different ways to get the most out of their facilities. Great place to workout tan and even relax in their comfort area, which includes the best aqua massage therapy beds I have ever experienced ! Best bang for your buck all around, I recommend Planet Fitness to all of my friends and family, and most do have a membership! Thanks Planet Fitness!

There are many words to explain my experience with Planet Fitness in Wentzville, but WOW is all I have to say. I’ve been to quite a few gyms before coming to Planet Fitness and this one just feels like home. From the super friendly and educated staff to the clean and judgement free environment, I can’t brag about this gym enough! The staff greets you by your first name and always has a smile on their face. They’ve gone above and beyond to make my experience one to remember. Planet Fitness is definitely a five star gym!

I liked it due to the service and there was always a open space, I wish there was more massage chairs and changing rooms for the lockers but besides that it was wonderful!

This gym is super clean and the staff are very friendly and attentive. Lighting is bright so i dont feel like I am in a dungeon. The equipment is user friendly. I enjoy coming to Planet Fitness in Wentzville to get my workout on! This place is great.

Very clean, new equipment, affordable. Ive been to multiple gyms around and found this one the easiest to get my workout in. If your a beginner this is a great place to start as there are machines and areas to workout that help you along your fitness journey. The staff, my experience from 4am-3pm, are friendly and helpful. A great place to learn, maintain or improve your fitness goals.

4 stars because Im short (5’1”) and I feel like I am toddler size when trying to reach the paper towel/cleanser dispensers. Overall pretty nice gym though.

I absolutely LOVE the staff at this location! Every day when i come in they are smiling and welcoming it definitely makes for a friendly and almost family-like environment! Its honestly because of the staff that I wouldnt workout anywhere else!Krysta is the bomb.

This place used to be a nice gym but is now overcrowded. I was going after work for the past 2 years but just canceled my membership due to overcrowding. Parking lot is full. Machines are always busy.

This place is amazing! I feel comfortable working out here. Its not a meat market where guys are trying to hookup. Everyone seems to focus on themselves. Everyone seems polite. Very clean place as well.

I loved my experience at Planet Fitness. The early morning staff was so friendly (with the exception of one girl who wasnt there long) and knew me by name. I work out at home now otherwise I would still be a member. The showers were hot and private. Plenty of open equipment. Never had an issue! Clean, well maintained and a great value!

Great gym, but late night customer service attitude and store car has gone downhill

Relaxed gym environment. Lots of different equipment for every workout need. Black membership is the way to go. The massage chairs and beds make it well worth the extra cost.

Love me some Planet Fitness! Always clean and Krysta or her staff are always there to hit you with a smile and call you by your name every time you walk in!!! I recommend the classes with Justin he is fabulous and always keeps me motivated.

I have tried to call twice between 11:30am and noon and neither time had anyone answer. I am out of state and trying to get information on how to cancel my account. I’m in the high risk category and will not be using my membership.

Friendly staff. Well kept equipment. A bit too much cardio stuff, but then I have always been a strength training fan. My feelings on cardio are it can be done anywhere. Went off on a tangent there...quality club.

I love it at Planet Fitness. The staff is great and always greets you by name! The gym is very clean and you get free unlimited fitness training with any membership. Its also great that the gym is open 24/7 . I highly recommend coming here!

Great gym very clean. While I’ve noticed that the new GM is always walking around making sure everything is very clean. After talking with him I could tell he truly cares about the gym.

Overall, great place to workout. Its always very clean and the staff there are friendly. Being open 24/7 is also very nice too. $10 a month for a basic membership is a great deal.

I’ve been coming to Planet Fitness for about 2 years now and I absolutely love it! The equipment is brand new and always working. The facility is clean, and the staff is wonderful (especially Mari Keegan). I’ve tried other gyms but none of them compare to Planet Fitness!

Very clean facility...friendly staff. Yes theres less equipment than other gyms but with some creativity and inginuity you can still get a great workout everytime.

Friendly staff here at my home gym. Im usually there 2-4 nights a week. Talk to Mel if you have questions, she is great. It has everything I need to grab an hr long workout after sitting at my desk all day!

Has a wonderful atmosphere were everyone respects everyone else and a awesome trainer who helped me make a routine for myself and demonstrated how to use the equipment which is great for someone like me who had never been to a gym and needed the guidance. Great gym that welcomes everyone; all ages and all fitness levels. So many workout choices, I never get bored there. It’s always clean and the staff is friendly. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.
