We have a baseball team that had been using there Wentzville location for a year. We renewed our contract to use the Wentzville facility again this year, being told they were going to improve it and add more machine s, etc. Unknowing they had planned to close it down and never told us. We showed up each week and equipment slowly started to disappear. We asked what was going on, still being told stories. Then one week early spring we see a for lease on the building and cards stopped working. Our coach was supose to get a refund for the money we paid up front for the whole team to practice all year. They will not refund the money, they stopped taking his calls, will not return emails. Etc.etc. do not waste your money with these people.

If you ever have an issue and try to get it resolved it will take forever. They never return phone calls or messages. Also, if they say that a refund is in your customer account, DONT BELIEVE THEM! Almost a year of trying to get something resolved is ridiculous. Cheating money out of people is wrong and not how you run an honest business.
