We are very happy with the inspection Luke performed in our house. He was very friendly and did a great job of explaining what he was doing and what he found, and he provided recommendations for follow-up services at our request. We really appreciated being able to quickly communicate with him for updates and to ask questions. We have a baby, and he made sure to make recommendations with the baby’s safety a priority. We got our results back really quickly and appreciated the thorough report. As much as I hope we don’t have to call Luke again, he’ll be the first one we do if we have another issue.

I have used The Mold Consultant several times for mold testing. Steve has been great each time: professional, affordable, and punctual. Ive used him for post remediation test in homes that I have treated for mold contamination. Steve is so awesome. First, we had a small issue and he came and did an air and spot check. When the results came in, he called to explain them and give us context on how it compares to mold outside and to other people’s homes. He was so kind and understanding and seemed thorough, going into the part of the ceiling by the air handler (near the mold) to check around. When our problem got worse (because of mismanagement from our property management), he came back immediately and retested, taking two samples to be sure and again calling us to explain the results. Can’t recommend him enough. He never tried to upcharge us or sell us anything. He offered to talk to our management company and helped us strategize protecting our family from the mold. Excellent to work with!
