The large, uncrowded floor area makes shopping here more relaxing. They still have a wide selection of office, home, and school materials. We had no trouble finding what we wanted.

I went in to pick up a copy order that I miss read and thought it would be done today 4/17 but it said 4/18. It was only for one black and white copy and one color copy. The gale victoria made a huge deal and nothing but an attitude yelled at me told me I need to learn how to read.....definitely not how you should treat people! Not my first experience with Victoria every single one have been unpleasant.....definitely not how you treat customers. I could under stand her being frustrated if it was a large copy order but two pages to be treated that way...

I was attacked by an employee! girl left her job to start a problem at a store across the way 😂😂 her name is “VICTORIA SPARKS” BTW & her manager raye Gaston didn’t care at all!!!! Worse customer service ever 🤭

This store lost my business after 16 years of shopping there. I did a curbside pick up, waited 30 mins and no one came out, so I called. The lady I spoke to was rude but said someone would come back out, and no one ever came out. I ended up going inside; there was one nice kid who guided me in the right direction but was met again with rudeness by the next associate. I let it go but then got an email for a survey, which I kindly but honestly filled out. Within a few hours, the general manager contacted me and stated that he would be having the manager contact me. No one did, no follow-through. Not that I wanted anything, but it proves that management is an issue there. It has been going downhill, and I will not be returning my business there anymore.

Went in to take copies of my documents and was ignored by TWO associates they literally said the copier is right over there. I had to literally learn how to copy them myself and when the associate realized I needed help she rudely said “ are you sure these are yours?” Twice!!!! She copied them and said she would send them to me. As I waited to see if I would receive them in my email she said “maybe if you leave the building you will receive them” I left the building because I was so annoyed I NEVER received the copies but I was charged. Also, this associate helped two customers while I was at the copier having a hard time!! NEVER going back to Office Depot in Wenatchee!!! Such horrible customer service!

Bad handling of printed materials needed for business. I went in on 8/31 to have 647 post cards printed needed for an upcoming event for my business. They told me that they needed to be mailed from Yakima and would be in by 9/4/20. I called them back after there was no follow up and they told me they would call me back. Still no word from them so I called back today 9/7/20 and told be that they would not be in until September 15th which will not work because our business event starts on the 14th and should be mailed out to our customers by 9/8. Funny that the Kennewick location had the 2263 post cards ready for me within 2 days. Thats bad management at the Wenatchee location and have caused my business to lose thousands of dollars in potential revenue. I will never do business with that location again. I hope your corporate office hears about this and someone pays the price for dropping the ball on a business transaction. Shame on you Wenatchee Office depot!

Worst store ever, their web site is complicated and confusing. I clicked on items that said was in stock. When I got to the item, it would tell me it was out of stock. The Wenatchee store never has anything in stock and all you get from tired talking employees, is we dont know anything and dont know when they will get anything in.

This place had such a bad service they did not help when we needed help and they take forever to help you there help was the worst.

Today I went to Office Depot and they had bad customer service. One of the workers which was a female had a bad attitude towards her workers and customers which is not acceptable.

Costumer service was sub par. Was told someone would meet me in furniture department 15 minutes later I ask a different attendant for help and they got a lady who comes up and was mildly abrasive like I was inconveniencing her. Didnt know I needed to wear my slacks and button up on my day off to get good costumer service.

I went in looking for a power cable for my printer. I was looking for a while when a nice guy came up and asked if I needed help. I let him know what I needed and they actually had them behind a counter with some spare cables and gave me one for free since they dont sell them. They were extremely helpful and I needed one badly after losing it while moving. Thanks again Wenatchee Office Depot, your staff and products are awesome 👍

Told us that they had a printer for $79.99 and that it was the last one.We came down and wasted our time only to to be told that the price was actually $109.99. We asked what the price was 3 different times and we kept being told it was $79.99. Dont normally write bad reviews, but I dont like wasting my time.

I made a purchase here that I did not care for, and the staff quickly aided me in returning my item and helped me to choose the correct product for my business, saving me a ton of hassle and they were happy to help. In the past, all the ladies in the print section have also taken extra time to help me even when they were super busy. I am very greatful for their patience and expertise!

Tiffany in the Copy center has alot of experience and easily handled 3 jobs simultaneously. At first I felt a little ignored then I saw how many people she was working with, and in reality I was only waiting like 3 minutes. She suprised me at how fast she helped me put my print job together and even though it was a bigger job than my home printer could handle, it only took her 30 minutes to do EVERYTHING.Seriously if you give her a few minutes she like magic. Certainly taking my future jobs here.Thanks again

Not happy there is a sign that asks the public to wear a mask which I did and I had on gloves too and no sales clerk or staff person were wearing the same. There was no plexiglass at the register. This is irresponsible. I will not be back. Even Walmart employees wore masks.

I went into the store to purchase the desk but they were so short staffed that I waited around for a half hour before leaving. I purchased online and picked it up in person. Open the box and the desk is damaged! When I called to resolve the issue every staff member was short with me or so unhelpful that there was just silence on their end of the call. Finally talked to Frank (manager) who offered me not only replacement pieces, but a partial refund for the trouble... Awesome... except when the pieces came some were damaged and some were for a totally different desk! At this point Im exasperated and I just want my desk. Also, what kind of business doesnt have voicemail for their managers? Every time I call I have to leave a message with a clerk and hope the message gets to the manager with some urgency.If anybody at Office Depot is reading this... PLEASE call me back and get me the desk I paid for. It has been almost two weeks since initial purchase.

Dont tell customers something is ready after ordering online and ready for pick up when its clearly not. You have to go stand in line again to check out? this is the opposite of what the email told me to do. Office Depot is making it easier to say good bye for good.

I just phoned in and asked to use our debit card to pay for something a friend was going to pick up for me... I was told that I cant do that, my manager wont let me take debit card information over the phone. I asked for the manager and she was GLAD to help me out and the entire process only took 5 minutes to complete!GREAT experience, GREAT service, FRIENDLY & HELPFUL manager.

Although my copy order was not ready when I went to pick it up at the recommended time, Victoria who had to stay late was most helpful and patient. She went above and beyond. Office Depot is fortunate to have her as an employee.

I went in there and I asked Frank Vey for help, I needed two banners made, the first thing he said is that I had to do it myself on the computer, I wanted him to do it for me, he said it was going to be expensive (I didnt ask for something cheap I knew I had to pay) two young guys approached us and he started to help them and ignoring me I asked him again what was going on, why he was not helping me if I was first ...thats the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, if I wanted to do all on line I can do it at VISTA PRINT.

Literally the worst customer service EVER. Every time I’ve been there. Unfortunately I had to fax something, so here I am. Literally standing in line for 10 minutes (I’m the only person in line) as the lady I need to help me is cutting out faces of the wild mascot. We’ve made eye contact. She’s knows I’m here. I’m amazed this place is still in business.Thank god all the stuff they sell is on Amazon for 1/2 the price.

Brennan Johnson, their computer person, was absolutely wonderful and went the extra mile to save my computer. Both he and Frank Vey, the manager, are exceptional people and will do whatever it takes to help!

I took my laptop in to find a new charger, the young lady in their teck area showed me which one to try. She also said if it didnt work to bring it and my old charger and laptop back in. Short story didnt work so went back next day. The young man who helped me checked old charger first -- it was fine, so did a reboot on my battery -- it workes fine now. Cant say enough how nice everyone was!!

Raye was SO helpful, quick to respond, and extremely knowledgable about the products I was interested in and she also made amazing suggestions for a project I was working on! She made the process easy for me to navigate, and she was so helpful through the process. Shes a rockstar! -Brooke & Gavin!

Terrible customer service. First they told me they couldnt help me figure out if my sign I was trying to order online was going to be pixilated. It was like no one in the store knew anything about ordering signs. Then when it arrived damaged I e-mailed Office Depot, then when I received no response I went into the store and showed them pictures and was told they were going to speak with the manager and get back to me. 2 weeks later I got tired of waiting and contacted the 1-800 number who said there were no notes in my file about needing a replacement.

This business has amazing managers. The only downfall is their employees. Theyre not very friendly and seem to not have customer service skills.

Prices are steep. The service I got at the copy center involved a wait but once addressed the attendant was competent and quick. I just think customer service is hit or miss and Office Depot prices usually kill it for me.

Great air conditioning!! Staff left me alone as I wandered the store instead of bothering me. Well organized product placement. Very clean.

I really appreciate the selection that Office Depot has but since their only other competitor, Staples closed, their prices are a little bit higher than when their competitor was still here.

The absolute worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I always walk out of the store angry and frustrated with the way I was talked to. I am always treated in such a rude manner and talked down to. I went in for a USB microphone headset. I was told by pixie-cut girl that they didnt have any microphones, only speaking with me for about 30 seconds. She didnt even fully understand what I was looking for. I found what I needed because I had to reassure myself. When I told her this is what I wanted she claimed that was not what I asked for and walked off.

This is an older store in need of a good cleaning. Selection is fair.

For an office store I felt the selection was lacking, trying to find help is always hard. I actually had an employee argue with me about having an item in stock. He actually said they had never carried said item. It wasnt until I opened Office Depot on my phone and gave him the upc to look up that he stopped and took me to A whole Ill dedicated to just that item, this wasn the fist or last time this has happened at this location.

Would be nice to get my final check Frank instead of shipping it off to a known dead address. Thats not what we discussed I resigned for many reasons and here we are again.

Literally the worst Office store I’ve walked into. Obnoxious floor leader guy spouting information without asking what customers need/want. Prints not done even after the estimated time for them to be done. Only reason why this has two stars is because the girl working in printing was working hard and either not trained properly or short staffed.

Not a bad place at all, about what youd expect. You could more or less pick Generic Office Store - 1ea out of the giant catalog of shops, and youd have the Wenatchee Office Depot. Which, I suppose, is precisely what I want when I go to a big-box office supply store. Dont expect any particular knowledge from the employees outside of where items are in the store, and take their input on products with a large grain of salt. Again, more or less what you would expect from a standard big-box store of any stripe.They have a decent selection of most everything youd want, provided you are not excessively picky about brand, etc. They advertise price matching with online sources, but the qualifiers are so stringent that good luck getting them to actually match a price. If youre after tape, a ream of paper, or the other stuff youd generally expect at an office supply store, this is a good stop! I use it regularly, since it is convenient, relatively close to my house, and is open late enough to fit my schedule nicely.

My experience is their help is usually available and knowledge. I love the service!
