I dropped off a late model, custom-ordered Alienware laptop with a bad keyboard and Windows 7. After two different replacement keyboards and a few weeks, their hardware guru got a keyboard to work. Although at about $30 over my original parts authorization, such difficult repairs will cost more. Their courteous phone calls and messages kept me in the loop. More importantly, that communication kept my daughter cool waiting for her newly upgraded Windows 10 machine. The Geek Werks gurus recognized the value, so we happily paid the bill because this old unit is as good or better than a newer laptop costing 50% more. Thanks Geek Werks!

Ben and Brandon fixed my smoked and dead computer in less than 2 hours and that included comprehensive diagnostics. They found two burnt wires and a dead CPU cooling pump. They replaced the parts and even cleaned up my computer with tools and software only real geeks know about. I highly recommend this place!!!

Ive been to more than a few computer repair places, and the Geek Werks is probably one of the best I have ever been to. They know their stuff, and the prices are reasonable. They also seem to work very well together, and are fast in the turn around of repairs. Id highly recommend them.

Spent hours searching town for an AC cord for a PC power supply, and on a whim tried Geek Werks. They had an extra one and offered it to me at no charge. Highly recommend them!

Great technician helped me with a silly problem, without making me feel like I was silly for having it. Great sense of humor, fantastic older computer collection, and all-around great experience. They are around the corner on the smaller lower parking lot, and down a small staircase tucked in behind the street side building. We almost couldnt find it, and had to ask directions from the dentist upstairs. They have a large poster out front, and the parking lot you can walk to it from has Geek Werks listed as a business.

Sharing my experience. I traveled to Chelan without my laptop charger, which is a type not readily available. I couldn’t locate one locally so was resigned to drive back to Seattle to get mine. I messaged geekwerks late the night before I was going to drive back, and while they didn’t have one either, whoever responded to my message actually found one for sale by a private party on Craigslist - so saved me about 6 hours of driving! Thanks!

A few weeks ago I needed assistance with a problem of someone attempting to hack into my Google accounts. Not to go into details of identity theft and fraud here, Ben was incredibly helpful in resolving my issues. Geek Werks was recommended to me by a local healthcare provider. Thanks Geek Werks. Do NOT go here. They were incredibly rude the entire 8 MONTHS it took to get my laptop back from them. I brought it to them to simply fix the charging port, and after 2 months of messing with it, they texted me to let me know that they had irreparably broken the CPU. After another month of trying to figure out a solution, they began to claim that I had broken it, and were not going to do anymore work on my computer. When I complained about their work ethic, the manager got very irate and refused to communicate with me further on the problem. I am so disappointed with how they handled the entire situation, and I am now out a $1,000 laptop. This business is full of unqualified and unprofessional people. Save yourself the money, time, and stress, and please find somewhere else to fix your electronics.

I have an HP desktop that had issues of a blue screen appearing on my computer screen and a beeping noise. This computer meant a lot to me because I did all my course work assignments for my associates degree at WVC and my bachelors degree at EWU. I had a lot of important documents and photos that meant a lot to me. I did not know about any good computer repair shops, so I ended up taking it to LocalTel. Their computer technician worked on it, and he told me he fixed all the issues it had which I listed above. About four days later, my computer had the same issues that it had before, so I took it back to him. He said he would take a look at it again. A few days later he called me saying he did not know what was causing those problems and how to fix it. I asked for my money back ($75), and he refused to return my money. I was upset and disappointed that my computer was not fixed. I did some research and came across Geek Werks. I called the owner over the phone and told him the issues my computer was giving me. I asked him if he would guarantee his work, the owner said he would which made me trust him with my computer. After a bad computer repair experience, I had a hard time trusting someone with my computer. I finally took in my HP hard drive in at Geek Werks. Right when I got there, he opened the hard drive up. He quickly noticed my fan was put on backwards which was causing my hard drive to get really hot quickly causing the blue screen and the beeping noise. He asked me if I had computer repairs done to this one in the past, and I responded no. I told him that the only person who worked on this HP hard drive was the computer technician from LocalTel. Right then, I knew the LocalTel computer technician was the one who caused my hard drives issues. The Geeks owner called me 3 days later saying it was ready for pickup. He suggested me to upgrade the ram, which I did. My HP desktop is working very good! It no longer has issues. I am very pleased with his work! I totally recommend Geek Werks for computer repairs!
