Was quoted at another auto shop for a new rack and pinion for nearly 1000 dollars.. but then I brought it to Anglers auto and the mechanics took a deeper look into it and noticed one of the power steering lines was loose and leaking badly. They let us know and got it tightened up and repaired! Wow! I was so happy to know theres still honesty out in the world. Thank you all so much!

I travel full time and when in the US and Canada, I pull a travel trailer with my Ford F-150. So when I need service in the road, I look for reviews from locals. This place is fantastic. I worked with Zack and he was wonderful. Good information, job done quickly. New brakes and I’m good to go. But then I had a glitch with my door (completely unrelated), I came back and they tried to problem solve what was wrong, contacted the Ford dealership and didn’t charge me for their time. This is a busy place and little acts of kindness mean a lot. Thank you! Highly recommend this place!

These guys saved the day. We were visiting Wenatchee on a Saturday morning and our car started acting up. We had it towed to Anglers by recommendation of a friend. These guys didnt promise but said theyd do everything they could to get us on the road. Boy did they. And in the end, I regularly spend more at Costco than they charged me. They treated me right. And while I hope I never have to go back because of emergency, if Im within 50 miles, they will do my service work. Professional. Expertise. Caring.

My check engine light came on and I went to a local part store. They did a diagnostic check. The logical fix was new spark plugs and a new coil. So I replaced them myself I mean how hard could it be. After replacing them, my car was running terribly so I took it in to anglers so they could see if it wasnt actually my spark plugs and coil or if the problem was something else like The fuel injectors. As it turns out the coil that the parts store sold me was broken. That was the issue. I went and got a new coil and they replaced it. They didnt charge me a penny. They fixed the problem for free. Im truly grateful for there generosity and kindness.

I really love anglers and their customer service and theyve always done well with my car but the last few times have not been satisfactory. They told me nothing was wrong with my car then as soon as I took it to dodge they figured out the problem.

Anglers is awesome! Many times they have checked out a problem on my daughters car and reassured her that nothing is urgently wrong, and NOT CHARGED A DIME! Yesterday she bought a new used car, and we had Anglers check it out, expecting to pay $100 for their time which i think is fair. When we picked it up were told nothing was wrong with it, and reminded to get regular servicing to keep it in good condition. THEN DIDNT CHARGE US!! Other times have done timely maintenance and been done when promised and always friendly and fair prices.. Amazing service and so helpful. We are customers for LIFE!

I appreciate their kind and up front-ness of the estimates. They will say what repairs are priority and what can wait. Ive been going there for ten years! I even consulted with them on the new car I just bought! Great place.

I’ve never written a review, but Anglers had amazing service. Took my car in to get compression tested and upon trying to leave the shop the car wasn’t getting spark. The problem was completely unrelated to any work they did and happened to just be bad timing on mine and their part. The distributor went out (Its a junkyard motor and the distributor was junk anyway). Still they were super helpful and trying to fix the junk distributor that was already in there. I went and got another and they swapped it in quickly and I was on my way. This is the first shop I’ve ever been to and the only shop I’d ever go to if I needed it. I know what it’s like to run and work in a shop in and it’s not always easy. These guys have great customer service and I’d recommend them to anyone.

Replaced parts and didnt actually fix the problem, they made it worse. Original person working on my vehicle was fired. Was confronted upon return to address the problem by shop manager Jeremiah. Front desk Zach did not seem to care at all and was little help. Staff was friendly up until they made mistakes on my van then turned hostile and blamed me for rushing them. Staff was reluctant to state owners name when asked only that he may be back sometime Tuesday, made sure to record entire audio conversation. Will NOT be going back. I URGE YOU to read any review under 5 stars and the owners attacking responses to them.Edit* upon further inspection of van, found mice that had not been there prior to drop off. Another review states the exact same mouse problem.Edit* Upon further driving, parts they did replace have malfunctioned i.e. Fuel pump stopped on day 2 and now my car is not drivable. Power steering that was replaced almost instantly went out.Edit** upon talking to owner was yet again accused of making lies up (even though I have video proof) and that you people should be ashamedWill be filing with the BBB due to hostile conduct and accusations

If only 0 stars was possible! My boyfriend took his van to this shop, he was very clear bringing it in that if they wouldnt be able to get the work done in the next couple days he would need to schedule with someone else as he is currently converting the van to live in. It took them 5 days and they were hostile and would give I accurate estimations of when it would be done. When he went and picked it up (spending over $900) they hadnt even fixed the problem he took it in for and one of the mechanics stole something out of the van! When he went back to talk to the mechanic (Zach) he was rude, hostile, and accusatory. It was a horrible experience. AND THERE WAS A MOUSE IN THE VAN WHEN HE GOT IT BACK THAT 100% CAME FROM THEM! We will be reporting them to the proper authorities. I urge everyone to read the bad reviews and, more importantly, the hostile accusatory responses of the owner of this joke of a business.

I stopped in yesterday on my way home to Seattle. I have a super charger on my engine that was acting up. The job is gong to be expensive. They said they could do the work but were very Honest and told me that I would be better off to have my truck towed home and have a specialty shop do the work. They inspected my truck and refused to charge me.

Our truck broke and they were the only shop that could get us in right away. They did an awesome job and gave us a warranty on the parts. It was fixed by the next day. Zach was very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend.

I dont write reviews, but for Anglers, I felt like I owed it to them for all that they have done for my family. My wifes grandfather told us about Anglers and how ethical and honest they were years ago. Weve been taking our vehicles to Anglers ever since, and I cant recommend them enough. On more than one occasion, I have been prepared to pay for shocks, brakes, a warning light only to be told that everything was found to be in good working order and just needed some cleaning or tweaking. They didnt charge me a dime. We are extremely thankful to have an honest repair shop like Anglers in our valley and I cant praise these folks enough. Thanks for setting such a high standard of care and ethics.

A very friendly and great place to have your vehicles serviced. They are very knowledgeable about many different types of cars and trucks. They service my entire fleet of 20+ vehicles.

Anglers fixed my vehicle, but did not treat it well. They smeared grease in the interior, did not fully reinstall all of the cars components, and let a mouse in.My heater core went out on 06/05/20 as I drove to Wenatchee for a visit. Anglers was open on Saturday and I was thankful to have a shop open who could take the car. They quoted a price on Saturday and said it would be ready by Tuesday. The price was accurate, as was the deadline. For all of the above, I am very appreciative. The car did not return to me in good condition, however. I initially noticed that the dash trim was not properly installed, and that there were large grease stains on my gray headliner (see picture below) and on various dash components, as well as ground into the carpet. Those are all things that can be fixed, so I headed back to the house because I had to return to work. I left the car alone until Wednesday afternoon, when I had to return to my hometown. When I went to load the car--which had been sitting in the driveway with the windows up and doors closed--I found mouse droppings on the dash (see picture). As I looked closer I found a multitude of broken plastic dash paneling connectors on the floor. When I opened the center console I found the pocket missing (picture) and could see straight down into the innards of the car. I found the pocket in the glove box along with an assortment of nuts and bolts and clamps that presumably belonged on the engine side of the dash holding things together. The car came with a factory-installed ipod cable to connect to the sound system. It was still in good working order when I brought the vehicle to Anglers. When I got the car back, the ipod system was uninstalled and sitting in the glove box (picture). Returning to the afore mentioned mouse, he apparently took up residence in the vehicle because the mouse droppings had not been there the day before when I picked up the vehicle. In addition, I found a mouse-shredded Taco Bell Hot Sauce packet under the seat. During the drive home and shortly there after, it chewed through a box of instant oatmeal Id brought as well as a beanie (picture), and a bag containing mouse traps and mouse bait that we had brought after noticing the droppings. I realize that this is a long review, but I think that it is important to list all of these things, because it describes my Anglers experience really well. It was death by a thousand cuts. I can deal with grease stains, so long as the car runs, and I can deal with a minimal amount of broken plastic connectors (those things are awful), but then those were combined with a mouse infestation and an incomplete reconstruction of my vehicle. The last is by far the most troubling, because now Im second-guessing their work under the hood, and wondering if Im going to run into additional problems down the road from parts coming loose because the were not properly installed. In the shops defense, I did not return the car to them for them to make it right. I had to get home and couldnt stick around another day to take it back. As it stands, I would highly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere, unless you like incomplete work and pest infestations.ScottCustomer # 17520

These are really good guys. I only had a short interaction with their shop but they were personable, professional and understanding. My car was done for and they inspected it a no charge to me. I was over 200 miles from home and they were understanding and let me park my dead car there until the following Monday when it could be towed. If I lived in the area, I’d only be going to them. Great customer service... and when they knew they weren’t getting any money, I never paid them a cent. Ken the owner is down to earth and seems to have a lot of experience in the business

These guys are honest and some of the most knowledgeable folks I know and not to mention reasonably priced! I don’t take my cars anywhere else in town. They’ve replaced the water pump in my Toyota Tundra, head gaskets in my Subaru Forester and transmission solenoids, breaks and many other miscellaneous issues. Their turnaround time for repairs is super fast and fits my busy schedule when I’m in need of a quick repair. They never charge me for diagnostics and always treat me with the utmost respect when I walk in the door. Highly recommend these guys if you are looking for help with your vehicles!

I have been to this shop several times and very satisfied with them, how ever couple months ago i had my niece brought her car to the shop to get checked to see what wrong with the car, and she was insulted by one of the guy work there about she bought a cheap parts from a retails store near by which was not true, we actually purchased a higher end brakes and rotors. He refused to check the car and straight up told my niece that the brakes was the problem, because we bought it from autozone so he thinks thats the problem. So i think the owner should look into this problem, the guy is very unprofessional and doesnt know how to treat the customers right.

I was very impressed with Anglers service. They were reasonable in their charges and didnt try to charge me to fix things that didnt need to be fixed. The repairs were finished promptly and when I had a minor follow up problem they fixed it without any fuss or charge. I will certainly use their services again.

Anglers Auto in Wenatchee is great - and I love that they have a location in Spokane that I can send my boys and their cars too. They always find out what is wrong, quote me and never charge me a penny more then they said. They are fast and I trust them to have my best interests in mind in whatever they do. Ill never go to another automotive repair place!

I went in because the check engine light in my car kept coming on and then going off randomly. The guys at Anglers were very timely and when I got the call that my car was done, they explained exactly what they did and what the problem was. Super courteous and helpful and great customer service. Would definitely recommend them!

First, I need to preface this review by saying I suffered a breakdown on Highway 97 which on a business trip more than 150miles from my home. I normally do all my own vehicle repairs and have a well equipped shop for that purpose but in this case, I had to have my truck towed to a shop to get it fixed and chose Anglers as they appeared to be a small enough shop to be flexible and to hopefully able to fix my truck quick enough for me to get home the next day, however this belief was misplaced. I am not saying this shop is incompetent, but they did not know that deeply discharged batteries require a manual charger to get them charged. Because of this I was told by them that I had to buy two new batteries which I did but with the suspicion that they were wrong so kept my old batteries which when I returned to my own shop I found were fine once I put them on my own charger with a manual setting. They should have known this and simply put a jump on my truck first to get enough charge in the batteries so their own charger could take over. This is not however the biggest issue I have with Anglers Automotive. The greatest issue I see with this shop are their ethics (or more rightly, the lack of them). When I informed them that I was not happy they made me buy two batteries I did not in fact need for almost $400, I was at first set upon with very nasty vitriol from them in our email exchanges. They wrote as if they were a junkyard dog looking to rip my throat out for extorting them when I said I reserved the right to write a review such as the one I am writing now. No admission, no apology, no conciliation, no trying to understand my position, only attacking my own character telling me that somehow I was the responsible party. While I did not back down to them, I did not rise to their bait and continued to press the matter as rationally and calmly as I could to try to get them to realize their mistake which they have yet to admit to. The only form of negotiating with me was to offer to take the batteries back for a refund only to pull that offer rapidly afterwards saying that my window to do so had closed. Throughout, I have only asked for an adjustment to the almost $600 bill to reflect the error they made. This they steadfastly have refused to discuss and finally having reached the point where I see no hope for resolution, I am using the only means left to me which is to tell others to treat all the 5star reviews posted about this shop with skepticism as I find it ironic that there are no middle ground reviews. Only others like me who came away from their experience with this bunch as being unsatisfactory, frustrating and ultimately costly. Are these other customers who claim to have had perfect service genuine? I am saying that I am quite doubtful. So if you are forced to choose a shop to take your vehicle to, be wise and dont choose these guys. We are from the west side from over the pass and were in Wenatchee visiting family for the weekend. We noticed a seal that was leaking and took it to these guys on a Saturday an hour before they closed. They found the part after many tries calling part stores and fixed it in 45 minutes. They are nice, knowledgeable, and quick. I will definitely go here again if we need help on that side again.

This shop I have to admit is one of the best in town! Jeremiah did work on my boyfriends car and he had a similar one to his and was very interested in helping him make the correct adjustments to it. Him, along with the other staff were very kind, knowledgeable, and even worked with me on the pricing. Again, I cant stress enough how much they helped us out! Plus on top of that, they will match any competitors rates- not that your going to find cheaper though. Best auto shop in Wenatchee area! Will be returning soon!

I highly recommend Anglers for all of your automotive needs. I had a lengthy list of repairs needed for my aging vehicle. They took care of it all and did the minor things free of charge. They provided a fair estimate for all the work up front at no charge. The estimate was thousands of dollars cheaper than the dealership. This will now be my go to for anything automotive related in the future.

Needed some basic work done (front brakes, tune-up, oil) and had heard some good things about Anglers. The shop was incredibly busy, but at the desk Mike was as friendly and unrushed as could be. Told him exactly what I wanted done; none of the usual oh, well have to check this or that and order such and such part. No trying to sell us on further services. Work was done over an hour ahead of time, and the cost was exactly the same as the estimate we were given when dropping our truck off - to the penny.Ill happily go back to Anglers when needed, and just as readily recommend them to anyone needing an auto repair shop.

My sister and I had the unfortunate occurrence as to overheat while driving through Wenatchee last week. However, we had the very fortunate experience to find Ken at Anglers Auto. Not only did he diagnose the problem and because he was unable to fix it at his shop, being a warranty issue for Toyota, he told us what to do in order to make it back to Tacoma without overheating or what to do if it did. After all that he did not charge us and would not even take on offered tip. He also insisted that we can call him when we got home so that he knew we were safe. Our only regret is that he is not in our area to be our regular mechanic!

I go in there to check on my boyfriends truck, Zack was rude to me and everyone had an attitude. The truck had been there a few days and i get that it was in the way but when you have no way of moving it until the insurance agency can take care of the tow, then theres not much we can do honestly. Sorry we are taking the truck elsewhere but we just couldnt afford your prices. As for the rude employee, I asked what they were doing to the vehicle because the hood was up and the toolbox was open, all they really needed to look at was the wheel and the tire. I just wasnt expecting the employee to look thoroughly annoyed when I asked why it was taking an hour to get it off the lift.

My lil car just starting leaking power steering fluid. They took it in quickly diagnosed it as a loose bolt...tightened the bolt, topped off the fluid and sent me on my way NO CHARGE. Took my car in and was told my tire would fall off if I even drove it less then a mile back to my house. I asked them to wait and do my front passenger window. They fixed the back window which other then not working had never been an issue when I went in next day to correct them of the mix-up they said the front window needed to be completely replaced no other option and I had to pay for it again where they messed up. I left fustrated and was able to fix the window with my dad. Come a year and a half later the unfixable window works fine. There window which was never an issue broke in the middle of rain after the first use! Doused all my stuff and passenger. So much for mechanic cant even get a window to work I would be afraid the same thing would happen if they did anything on my car. Also a year and a half later still havent fixed the issue with the tire that was going to fall off if I drove at all. Be warned I will never trust them again especially after it took them 9 hours to only partially fix the wrong window on my car only to brake again.

Broke down on the highway coming back from the eastside. Tow driver recommended this shop and having used them I couldnt agree more. Brought them a real unusual problem. Total electrical failure on my Nissan truck. Took them a while to find the problem but they got me back on the road at a real reasonable cost. Couldnt have asked for more and was completely happy with the service I received.

My car died and my husband and father both believed it was the alternator. We had it towed to Anglers, called them told them our thoughts and asked them to fix the car. Five days later we had heard NOTHING from them. My husband called on that fifth day and they told him that it was ready and that there was no charge. (the no charge had me suspicious) When my husband arrived to get the car he was handed the keys and no one offered any explanation or to tell us what was or was not done to the car. The car died on the way back to our home. When I called the next day to ask what was done I was told a complementary battery cleaning. (it doesnt take five days to clean the battery and we had already tried that) when I explained that we had told them we believed it was the alternator and that I wanted to know what they checked and if they even looked at the alternator I was told he would look into it and asked for my phone number and my husbands phone number. I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK. Worst costumer service.

Always have a good experiance here. Just recently I blew a fuse and my airconditioner stop working. They came to the resuce and found out it was my cell charger doing it and look at my car for needed repairs for me. Saved us from buying brakes when they are not that used up yet. Got an estimate for $2800, took it in and had it fixed, ended up costing me $3300. Still doesnt run right! Definitely unhelpful when I still have issues with my car! Mechanic not willing to talk to me or show me what was done! Do NOT take your car here! After almost $ 3300 worth of work, it is stalling out and sounds worse than it did when I took it in! Bad, bad, bad business!!!!!

Worst customer service ever by there mechanic Lonnie he and one of his mechanic flooded the engine to my moms car and came to me and told me they couldnt get it started after several tries. Being a mechanic you would think they know how to start a car but i guess not. i went to my moms car could smell gas as soon as i got to it and knew it was flooded i tried to deflood it how the manual states to do so to no success. he later stated on the phone he would fix it and his mechanic didnt know what he was doing. so the next day i show up and he starts acting like a complete dick saying he doesnt know whats wrong with it then saying 3 seconds later after being called on his bullshit that it might be flooded and he thought it was flooded...... thought you didnt know what was wrong?? then said he wasnt fixing it for free even though he and his mechanics caused the problem and said the owner was here yesterday and i asked him what to do about it and he said were not doing anything for free . so we asked to speak with the owner Ken and he wasnt available at the time so we had to wait for his call while we were waiting lonnie called and said he was texting the owner and blah blah blah end of conversation he said he would fix it for free because i mean come on he knew he did it.. then LONNIE a person who works there said to keep your son and his dog (cause i bring my dog to the only pet friendly auto shop that i know of at least.) off my property and out of my business. I will be talking with the Owner of the shop about this not some mechanic who has little people skills and has no reason to be upfront dealing with customers who just want you to fix a car that was running fine when we dropped it off but wont start when we pick it up and some how were suppose deal and accept that no i think not. Ken your have a great shop been coming here since you opened and never have i been treated like this from one of your staff members i hope that your not the one kicking me off your property and denying my business because i called Lonnie out on his bull..... and told him he was gonna pay for it and we werent paying for it to be fixed since they the shop flooded it................ i just want to know am i banned from your shop Ken?

My husband and I were on a short vacation trip from Beaverton, Or to Wenatchee/Leavenworth/Chelan for 4 days - the first day we got into Wenachtee our Hyundai Santa Fe broke down - we found Anglers through several phone calls because it was Friday about 4;45 and we called them and we brought our car slowly to Anglers - we dealt with Jeremiah on Saturday and he was very helpful. Jeremiah had to order parts from California so we rented a car to coninue our trip - car wasn t going to be ready until Wednesday - we had to go home so drove the rental back to Oregon then came back up the next Sunday and got our car on Monday - everyone at Anglers was very polite. Once again a shout out to Jeremiah - Thank you so much.
