They told me it was covered under the warranty and although they were not authorized to perform that particular kind of work, they entered the information into my cars electronic record. I have started using Global fairly recently for my Touareg diesel. A couple months ago I took it in with diesel additive issues and they did a lot of investigating and even calling the dealer in Seattle as it was an issue related to the diesel fix that I could get covered under that warranty for free - Global charged nothing for their time and guidance. Recently I have had other maintenance done and I think they did a great job and are very professional. I think they know what they are doing and also like that they arent always trying to upsell me on things.

Im a healthcare traveler working in Wenatchee and was referred to Global by a co-worker as I knew Id need a new blower motor before heading back to the cold Midwest weather. Jose got me in within a week, checked the car over early in the morning and my car was done and paid for within a few hours. The online payment request via text was a great way to pay, especially during the pandemic. If I lived in Wenatchee on a permanent basis, Global would easily be my go to shop. When I called to make an appointment they could get me in the next day. I didnt have to wait. The waiting area is clean and comfy. My car was serviced really quick and came out freshly washed...it really needed it!!!

I took my car in during the summer for overheating. When I left my car there I emailed them a picture of a part that a friend had told me could be PART of the problem since he had previously taken a look for me. They told me that there was NO leaks, that the only problem was with the fuel pump so they replaced the fuel pump and after the service my car stopped over heating.A month or so went by before the car started marking again to check my coolant level so I took it back to them and they once again told me that there was no leaks but they said they “topped off “ the coolant. In fact they suggested that i “just keep driving it” because these cars (Audi) are special cars and sometimes act funny. So I kept driving it like that for 2+ months. My question was, if there was no leaks why did they need to top off the coolant? Okay, so I kept driving it until finally I decided to take it to a DIFFERENT car shop in Spokane because during those 2+ months I had to keep adding coolant over and over (I added more than a gallon ) so clearly there was a leak. I could smell the coolant and my car sometimes smoked up.The new place I took it to is called Botzons. I showed them the SAME picture that I had previously showed Global Car Care and after the diagnosis they told me that there was indeed a leak and that it had to do with the part in the picture I showed them. It was a one hour service and finally my whole issue was resolved.Global car care did fix my over heating issue but failed to listen to what I suggested and for that reason I drove my car around possibly causing damage to my engine. Maybe they don’t like to be told what is wrong. I guess they know it all. On top of that the customer service is mediocre.

Global Car Care saved our vacation! We recently traveled to Wenatchee for the weekend when we couldn’t get our gas cap door to open. We tried everything, watched YouTube videos, google searched - trying to find the emergency door release. Global Car Care was the only service station on the East side that could service our Audi. They spent over an hour running diagnostics to solve our issue. Voila, Fixed! We got our gas and we’re on our way- so grateful for their awesome attitudes and helpful demeanor. Highly recommend!!

I had an oil change and tire rotation done on 8-24-20 and couldnt be more pleased with Globals service. They were friendly, efficient, and thorough. I also appreciate their on-line payment service for a quicker pickup.

It was good and fairly quick. I was in for an A/C issue and was told over the phone that is there was a repair needed, not just a recharge, they would not charge me for the recharge, only the repair. They tried to have me pay for both, but after I told the counter person what I was told on the phone, he reversed the recharge, as it would be part of the system leak repair. He did question me on who I talked to and made the appointment with, but I could not remember that and it was not in the notes. All in all, great people, friendly and customer service oriented. Only reason for 4 star is because of the mix up over what I was told on the phone and the discussion around that. Service tech was very thorough and the notes of the inspection and repair were e-mailed with picture proof of needed repair.

I bought a 264k mile 2007 Murano 1 year ago. today it has 315k miles. I spent ALL (except tires) at Global and EVERY $$$ spent has been a great value. Their prices are more than competitive. Their courtesy is without a doubt top-notch and I have total confidence in the entire staff that Brian employs. What a sigh of relief, taking our Audi in to an extremely professional business that stands in a huge geographical gap where there is no Audi servicer. First day of our vacation our 2014 SUV died on the road, within an hour the tow truck had deposited us at Global, which was closing for the weekend already but stayed open to tuck our car into the bay safely, then diagnose it rapidly on Monday. They knew exactly what had happened, explained the fixable although major issue to us, didnt waste words or time and had us out the door Tuesday. Jose explained everything over the phone prior to pickup and also was there to hand the car over. This could have ruined the vacation but instead was peace of mind and a professional answer. Will be using them for any mechanical issue when we travel anywhere near Eastern Washington.

Changed tires out to winter set and linked up the sensors - oil change and shes a happy girl!

Had them look over some issues with overheating and poor idling performance. Also had them look at a clicking coming from my front wheel, and diagnose why the back windows wont work. They were wrong about every single thing they looked at. Charged me over 900.00 for 4 spark plugs and new wires. I went in and spoke to Brian about it and the guy i dealt with wouldnt come out to face the music. Only thing I couldnt do at the time was prove it. Well after some time and money i didnt have, I can prove it now! Place is a ripoff! Your an idiot if you take your car there.

When my car first started to have problems, I did not know which Car shop would do the trick. I looked up here, you have worn brakes? They can replace those with no issue, damaged undercarriage? Thats done with golden quality repairs, with wonderful customer support I recommend here for your rides needs.

No one knows how bad of a day your having but having to go in an get help pointed in the right direction is sometimes all a person needs to brighten up the day. Jose is great!! repectful, informative, and had all the answers to my questions. I would like to thank Dylan as well both guys helped a lot. My day turned out great easy fix but Global dose have outstanding staff members. Coming back again for more repairs and questions!

The work they did on my car was fine but it did take a whole week. I drove from Quincy twice because I was told my car should be ready that day and it wasn’t. I also had to be calling them for updates on my car. I must have gotten two calls from the car shop in that whole week. They should keep the customer more updated on what’s happening. I’m the end my car was fixed but it wasn’t as efficient as I expected. Do keep in mind that this was during the COVID-19 pandemic.

These folks just completed a nearly $7000 repair on our Sprinter motorhome. The repairs were quite technical and difficult. The repairs were successful and as quoted. Great people the work with. The repairs were completed on time. They know how to work on very special motor vehicles. Try them and you will be the one to write a positive review. Thanks again Global.

Brian Thorpe is the most unprofessional business owner in the valley I have encountered in a long time. He thinks its acceptable to blow up at a paying customer on the phone who has spent thousands with his shop this year only to have constant problems every time they say a car is ready to pick up. I live past Leavenworth, its almost 2 hours round trip for me to get to the shop, so when I show up to find the vehicle not drive able or with a check engine light as soon as its started in the lot, Ive just wasted time and gas for nothing. This has happened several times this year, once a car had to be towed back 30 min after leaving the shop. I have tried calling ahead to have the triple check a vehicle is ready to go, just to get there with a problem. They do not diagnose issues properly the first time but will gladly charge you for wasting the customers time. My parents have been long time customers of Brian, and its a shame to see this kind of service from a local business. We will never take a vehicle to global again, and I will be contacting the better business Bureau

I came to this auto repair shop about a year ago and can hardly believe what this place tried to pull. I was told that my car needed a timing belt replaced and several other issues repaired. I was quoted $3,000+ and told that if these repairs weren’t taken care of soon my car would break down. Something felt off, so I decided to see if another shop was seeing the same problem. Turns out, based on 2 other auto repair shops opinions, none of the “issues” that global car care found were needed. I ended up going with another local auto shop (Erik’s) and spent about $800 total. That was nearly a year ago and my car has been running great since! Based on this experience, it appears as though Global Car Care saw a young, single woman, who likely didn’t know much about cars and thought they could get away with insanely overcharging. These are the types of auto repair places that my parents have always warned me about and I am so glad I did not give them any service other than the fee they charged me for the diagnostic.

Global Car Care came highly recommended to me by a co-worker and I am passing it on. I found them to be honest and fair. Not to mention fast! The service was timely and thorough. They even have a playroom for children who have to wait with their parents, which shows the amount of detail and care that they take with all of their customers. I just moved here but my sister has been going to them for over 20 years and I can see why. They came highly recommended by my another friend as well. I will definitely be a regular.

I like the service at Global Car Care very much. They are friendly, fast and very convenient. I brought my Toyota Camry in at the end of November I needed winter tires, but at the dealership they were expensive. So after shopping around I found the best combination of quality and price, on tires at Global Car Care. In just a couple days my special ordered tires came in, they installed them and even stored my summer tires at their shop, which was very convenient! I didnt have to try to figure out where to keep my summer tires. At the beginning of February we purchased a second vehicle a used Dodge Caravan. I brought it to Global Car Care again to check it over. They performed an inspection and determined what needed to be done first and prioritized the recommendations in order of importance to keep our van in good running condition. I feel certain my family is now safe driving the Caravan! I was very pleased with the work that was done and they even beat their own estimate! We will keep using Global Car Care for our future needs because they are professionals and I don’t have to waste time for searching a reliable place to take our cars. Be advised to keep an eye on Chuck Auto adviser at Global Car Care as when his mouth opens he is a professional BS speaker who will talk rings around anything you say. I brought my car in for a service and ended up with $689 invoice and my wheel balance was worse after they worked on it and the air Conditioning was not working for even one minute after leaving the shop.And to confirm what I say here, watch Chuck come up with a BS response to this complaint. When I called to complain that neither the wheel alignment nor. the air conditioning worked he would not offer to give a single $ refund, nor did he offer to have the car brought back to correct the items either. End result was a Lube & Oil change $689 and car in worse shape than upon entry to Global Car Care. Should be Global Car Wrecker Chuck.

Fixed my car at a reasonable price, kept me up to date on everything going on (loved the link they send you with your car work up) and when I picked up my car the guy even showed me how to check all my fluids!

Took my diesel Jetta in for a check up & oil change. Im used to getting back 30 recommendations of services needed. They thoroughly inspected the car and were confident that all it needed was an oil change, and they added air to my tires. They were fast and thorough. Excellent work.

First rate mechanics, quality parts and repairs, excellent customer service. Reliable recommendations for what needs to be done and when. Global diagnosed a $15 part to replace, which negated the need for major repair claimed by the dealer. Switched exclusively to Global Car Care, that was almost 10 years ago.

So appreciate the service at Global. They repaired a very difficult issue with my air conditioning unit. I appreciated that they waived the diagnostic fee after finding the problem and fixing it. They replaced a water pump on my Passat and I requested it be replaced with VW OEM Original part. 10,000 miles later water pump was making a noise, took it in to get looked at. They said it was nothing, I was basically hearing things. About 200 miles later water pump failed ( I was out of town). Another shop fixed it, and in doing so. Found out Global had put on an AFTERMARKET cheap water pump. Also apparently Global had broken one my headlight mounting tabs while removing the front to get it into service position. Because it was GLUED back together. Never going back there.

My husband and I cannot express how grateful we are towards the staff and for the service we received at Global Car Care. We broke down outside of Wenatchee on our attempt to drive back our Sprinter Van back to Alaska. We feel so fortunate that we were led to Global as their staff was so professional and personable, and made every attempt to alleviate the stress of our situation. Their follow up after we departede was exceptional, and including making sure our warranty coverage was delivered. We had a full engine replacement - and felt totally comfortable with their technicians experience and ability in repairing our vehicle. Was quoted one number, then went to pay and the price was different than original quote. Was told that it was different because they put the wrong parts in the quote. Luckily I pushed back and had the price changed to the original quote, but not everyone would have done that.Great service, just shady business practice.

I believe the mechanical work we had done there is satisfactory. However the customer service leaves much to be desired. We scheduled a major job and were given a time estimate of 2.5 week. It took 5.5 weeks. The explanation being that they had other customers who needed help. This shop is over an hour an a half away from us so we couldnt just pop in whenever it was convenient but had to do some planning to live without and retrieve our valued second vehicle. Our contact at the shop was non-communicative, and when we would call to check, he was short and curt with us every time. EVERY TIME- as though it was a major inconvenience to him to have to talk to a paying customer. Very disappointing.Now we are on our second round of needing warranty work on the part and while that may not be any fault of the shop, as I try to get the information needed to figure this out I am greeted with the same short and curt manner from another staff member. Every encounter has been rude and made me feel as though Im the criminal for asking questions and trying to understand what exactly is going on. Not a fan. Never recommending this experience to any of our Leavenworth/Wenatchee friends.

Wanted oil light sensor fixed, they replaced something different and sensor is still on. They said they replaced what we requested. We are not mechanics and do not know the proper term for parts, so we paid for a part and replacement that did not need replaced. They said that its on us! Not very ethical.

They are very professional. I will continue to take my vehicles to them.
