I was wanting a particular car and the salesman was completely honest with me, said it wasnt a good vehicle. But didnt try to pressure me into any vehicles. Worked with me on getting me the price I wanted for the vehicle I wanted. The finance manager there was great too. Didnt pull any hubbub after the fact. Just sign, sign pay and go. Of course that was for an outright purchase not finance. But it was still a great experience. When in the market for a truck in the future will definitely be considering going back.

Have had 2014 gmc 2500 Sierra in dealer ship a dozen times or more.almost every time thru the check engine light,same thing but almost every time they claim is something different. It has cost me thousands plus my monthy payments, Gmc claims these trucks are amazing, dont get me wrong,I love my truck but it gets really old when at least every 4 or 5 weeks, guess where my truck end up.Iv always had great things to say about sangsters but with this truck that they say is the cats meow is not even close.I hope in the future that sangsters can change my mind but at this pace, I can see a for sale sign in the window and let someone else foot the bill.

Went in looking at a 2017 GMC Acadia, we were in need of a vehicle with a 3rd row seat to accommodate our growing family. When we got there we were met by Brandon, he showed us the vehicle we were interested in. After talking about some of the pros and cons of the gmc we decided to take it for a test drive. On the test drive we spoke about why we needed the 3rd row and that it was really our number 1 priority. We got back abs my wife noticed the weather tech floor mat and asked about how we would go about using the 3rd and if we would need to take it out to fold seats up. Brandon told us yea the seats are right there under the mat just pull it out fold it up. We thought nothing of it as there are cup holders seat belt slots abs USB ports back there. So we proceeded with paperwork and took it home with us. A week later we went to fold the 3rd row out to use it and there is no third row. So Monday I call to get the scoop. I speak with Brandon and he informs me he had zero clue but that is the only Acadia model that does not have a third row seat. So I ask what is next can they get me a third row seat since I was told it was there. He tells me he has to check and will get back with me. 4 hours go by and still nothing. So I call, and he tells me they don’t make a third row, which doesn’t seem right to me with all the cup holders and things, but also that if I traded it back into them I would be out a bunch of money because they wouldn’t give me as much as I paid for it. He then proceeded to tell me that they all decided MY FAMILY needed to wait a couple years until the boys are older and then get something with a 3rd row. When I asked him about him telling us there was a 3rd row seat he just happened to not recall the conversation. Which is quite convenient for the situation.At that point I was not happy and ended the conversation. I ended up calling the sales manager Cory. He tells me this is the first he has heard of the issue. Takes all my info and tells me he will take care of it and call me back. I don’t hear from him the rest of the day and into the next, so I call him and leave a voicemail. I don’t get a call back so the next day I do the same. I don’t get a call back. So we are now 3 days into them knowing about to issue and nothing. So I get ahold of someone I know who is in sales there. He informs me Cory is in the building and I ask him to let him know I’m waiting for his return call. He speaks with him, and I have to this day not got a call back. With buisness like this it’s an absolute travesty they are the “worlds best” they must have scammed enough people to get some votes. I wouldn’t even send your biggest enemy there! Completely unprofessional, to make a mistake and then run and hide from it instead of owning up to what happened and making it right. It’s truly sad.

Brendan and Sangster dealership,You should be ashamed of your action today. My son put a deposit on a truck you advertised for sale that you didnt even have in your possession. Told you he wanted it, sight unseen, waited for you to get it in, drive over the pass the very next day you received it and you sold it by 9am the same day to someone else. This, even after i who live here local came and spoke to Brendan and told him my son was coming. 12 hours you sold a truck that had money down to someone else!You have this great reputation which is why i bought from you and recommended him do the same and this is how you do business?What a complete disappointment!No more business nor recommendations from me.Hope you sleep well at night treating people like this. Trust and a word are still worth something.

The service center couldnt fix my issue and gave my truck back to me missing my plastic engine cover and foam price that sits under it. Lack of attention to detail and poor service all around. I would avoid this service center at all cost and not buy a new GMC diesel because they cant even support fixing them.

The waiting room was very pleasant. My problem we backed up 3 times. To have some little last min things done. So really unfinished job. Third time when one of the workers couldnt figure something out he just walked away. Another gentlemen came out. After a few min problem was figured out. We had to make an appt for that work. Which isnt a problem but why the lack of communication?

We had our 2004 GMC pickup in for some service work and Pat Howell in the service department was extremely nice! He took our vehicle and called a courtesy shuttle for me. When I went to pick up the pickup, he talked to me about the things they found and made sure I was comfortable with everything. I will take my vehicles back there!

Bought a SUV during a sale. Very friendly but also very pushy. I wanted a smaller vehicle and my requests and interests were ignored. It was towards the end of the night and I suppose the sales person didnt want to show me anything else because of the time of day. I do like the SUV I purchased but not something I wouldnt have purchased if I wasnt pushed into it. Test drive was nice and everything worked, drove off the lot hours later and the radio wasnt working. Shop ordered part to replace it. Tracy is amazing.Summary - buyers remorse because I allowed myself to fall trap to pushy sales person who ignored what I wanted. At least they care enough to fix issues and have a wonderful shop team.

$190 to replace the fuel filter in a 2018 Sierra 2500HD Duramax... Just short of double the $99 I paid at the GMC dealer in St George, UT and Bozeman, MT for the same service. No wonder the place was empty this morning.

I was having some issues with my 2012 gmc sierra took it to the local dealer that I purchased it from they had the truck for 2 weeks could not find anything wrong so I picked it up dies on the way home called thim back and they literally told me they could not help me so took to sangters Tracy my Awsome service writer calls me tells me that the main computer is bad and they has one in stock by the end of the day my truck was ready to go and they gave it a bath I highly recommend thim.

This concerns anyone that needs to have their keyfob reset. The man behind the counter told my husband, its broken an you will have to replace it at 300$, he came home, I ordered a new keyfob off of ebay, about 3.50$, went out to the truck, followed the instructions and guess what now we have a brand new one at 296.50$ less. Thanks for being a loyal customer service, not!

Horrible experience. If I could rate no stars I would. Our salesperson Raul, was very dishonest, rude, and pushy from the beginning and it got worse as the day progressed. To top that off the financing manager was just as if not more rude then Raul. Terrible experience and a complete waste of 3 hours.
