My parents have been with Blue Horizon for a long time and they love their agent. I first met their agent over the phone and he was very clear on establishing an honest long-term relationship. At the time I was a first time car buyer and this was my first time getting car insurance. My agent walked me through the process of what I need and then he let me know of things that I might not need. He took his time explaining things and made sure that I understood what i was getting. We established a policy within a few hours and i felt well taken care of.

Ive been with blue horizon insurance for 8 years. They changed my insurance company twice as they shopped for the best price for me, since they work with lots of companies. I even have a 30 percent discount just for driving good. I only pay $60 a month on a 2015 Nissan with full coverage I cant recommend them enough! Great price and great service!

Owner James canceled my policy 5 days before it was to cancel as he had a signed dated document of when to cancel. I had to call his corporate office to have it reactivated as corporate had the signed document or called for a copy of the fax. As he requested it in writing if I canceled. I told him Id get back to him in a day or so. He received my fax, and canceled the policy 5 days before requested said date.Left me and my daughter without insurance for 3 days.Will never use again.

I have had nothing but a good rapport with Blue Horizon folks, particularly Kate who has almost always been the rep that handled my needs. I am a telephone customer who lives 150 miles from the Wenatchee office but still, I always feel like a neighbor when dealing with them. Now if they would only dump Safeco, the only insurance company I have ever had to hire a lawyer to get a proper settlement from, a settlement which was clearly owed to me, they would be 100% in my book. Despite this shortcoming, I still recommend Blue Horizon to anyone looking for an attentive and professional insurance agent...just stay away from the Safeco product.

My insurance agent for decades failed my family with an oh well thats how it is attitude. Blue Horizon took over and treated us like we had been a customer for years.

Not a recommended agency, with all the missleading empty promises to only further raise my monthly payout not a wreck in the entire time I change to blue horizon nearly 4 years and never received a drop in payment it didnt even stay were it was at signing 👎👎

James at Blue Horizon is SO helpful, and gave me several options of insurance to choose from. Couldnt ask for a better agent!
