My son took his first solo drive and had a key mishap. He locked it in the car. We had not made a spare key yet. We just got insurance for him that day. Because our info wasnt in the state farm system yet we paid out of pocket for the lock out. The 1800 number was a mess. I let Jose know what happened and he cut us a reimbursement check the next day! They were wonderful!

Paying double the amount only having one car with them clean driving record.. Every time I ask why my insurance policy has not gone down they give me an excuse or they run around and then they tried to tell me that my record is not clean and they try to bring up my past record from more than three years ago which is against the law they’re only allowed to stay within the three years
