I’ve never had an issue with this company and have been a client for 15+ years, even changing policies within the company several times, always looking for the best deal for what I need.

Once again Mitchell, Reed and Schmitten Insurance came to the rescue! This past weekend, I drove down to Boise to trade in my car for another when I broke down along the way. I was stranded next to a hwy and 7 hours away from home. I immediately called my Agent and spoke to Stephanie through the frustration and tears. She had such sympathy and as always quickly had all of my information in front of her. She took care of everything! She called roadside assistance for me and all I had to do was sit and wait. Not only that, but once I purchased my next car, I called and of course everything was switched over to my new car before I even left the lot. I love the personal care that my family and I have received from Mitchell, Reed and Schmitten over the years. And we have been with them now for almost 20. They are honest and caring and that kind of customer service goes a long way... they are just so good at what they do!

Being new to Medicare he also helped put my mind at ease and helped me with setting that up as well in a very short time. The speed in which we got our policy in the mail was mind blowing. Weve been customers of MRS since the late 90s when we lived in the boondocks of Whatcom County. My sister worked for them at the time and when we complained about the local insurance agents she suggested we give them a try. Wow, best decision ever! Every two or three years we seem to have a life change that affects our insurance and Stephanie Mitchell goes above and beyond answering our questions and getting us the best and most cost effective she can find in our budget. Weve put her thru the wringer on auto and teenage drivers, rentals, house, vacation land and now, sewage line insurance for our 1920s rentals. When we bought a dilapidated commercial building a few years ago, I got to work with Lori Reed on securing a cost effective policy on the building as well as an earthquake policy. Shes top-notch too. Goodness knows I ask lots of questions on any policy and they both answer quickly. We have one policy weve had to keep local but weve had to shift it around to 3 or 4 agents because of pricing and we still cant find anyone who gives us the level of service Mitchell, Reed & Schmitten does. My sister doesnt even work there anymore -- but we are not leaving for anything. Why go with some national online outfit when you can get professional and personal service in Wenatchee, even if you dont live there?

Ive been a MR&S client for 15+ years. They pay attention to my needs and goals and are methodical and strategic when recommending changes to my various policies - something you cant get from an exclusively online provider or single carrier.

Dont order your tabs from this company. Linda said she mailed them on the 19th, today is the 31st and I still dont have them. Im now going to have to take the time on my lunch break and go to the DOL by my work. Pay a fee for an affidavit of loss for new tabs. This is so frustrating. I dont have TIME for this. That is why I ordered them ONLINE in the first place. (I think they fell behind the counter instead of getting mailed out and now I have to deal with their mistake)By the way, 1 year later, I also do not have my renewal notice either. I think maybe she entered in the incorrect address as I have never had problems before dealing with this dumber than a box of rocks agent. Ellensburg Auditors office all the way from now on. Lesson learned, dont deal with stupid people.
