Went in for a hair consultation and coloring and met with Elena. From the very beginning I could tell this was an impressive place. I was immediately greeted kindly by the staff at the front desk. I remember having a great conversation with someone named Meagan who made me feel comfortable while I waited for Elena. The appointment itself went smoothly and Elana really knew her stuff. I would definitely go back!

I have been going to the Wellesley location and the Lexington location for decades. The spa manager in Wellesley is rude and doesn’t know the first thing about customer service. She recently made a scene when she was told that I brought my own nail polish. They apparently want to up charge you for using dazzle dry polish, when you can easily purchase it online, There is truly nothing special about the service. I purchased my own polish online because the bottles they had available were old and they don’t have the colors that I liked. However, I was told by this rude spa manager that I am not allowed to bring my own nail polish. What a totally absurd thing to say. Of course I can bring my own nail polish and I have been doing that for decades and to virtually every salon I have ever gone too. In a follow up phone call, she admitted that I could bring my own nail polish, but insisted that I would still have to pay extra because it was dazzle dry polish. Apparently, she doesn’t realize how foolish she sounded.The funny thing is that the price to me is completely irrelevant. I get a manicure and pedicure every two weeks and I have gotten many other services from their spa over the years. My husband buys me $400 gift certificates from the Wellesley location all the time and I buy gift certificates for friends and family there. My point is, I am a very good customer and I expect a certain level of service from a place like this. I don’t expect to be embarrassed and I certainly don’t expect them to tell me that I can’t bring my own nail polish. It sounds like someone at the top has become kind of greedy and they are hiring fools to be the face of the Wellesley location.The service has been declining for some time. You are now expected to get a manicure while you’re sitting in a pedicure chair. So the poor manicurist has to stand and hover over you from side to side to do your nails and you can’t relax because it’s not comfortable. They removed their manicure tables and I have no intention of replacing them.The place has gone downhill for a variety of reasons and it’s truly unfortunate.

I gave the place a second try and they offered me one of their strongest individuals for the massage and listen I tell ya... phenomenal. Thank you Amy for assisting me.

My sister-in-law and I got what was supposed to be 130 minute hand and foot treatment presents for Christmas ($155)This was our day to get away from the kids, the stress and have some pampering time...We pick out our colors, not even gel, sit in our chairs and felt nothing but rushed and ignored for the next 80 minutes.We sat there with towels over our dry hands or legs while they cleaned then we did getting any kind of massage. My cuticles were still dry when they cut them and they barely did that.We both kept thinking there must be more. Wrong.When the ladies told us we were done it had been 80 minutes. We started at 4:05 and ended at 5:25 (hers ended before mine even did)So I go up to the front desk where she tells me they don’t do 130 minute treatments only 100 or 110.So we show her the gift cards. Clearly stated 130 minutes. She has no idea and makes a call.Calls us back over and tells us she doesn’t have the authority to compensate us for anything and someone will reach out to us tomorrow.Still had no problem charging us $270 out of the gift cards value for the worst mani pedi we’ve ever had. Also, we didn’t even get 50 minute of each. So there’s that too.My favorite nail salon did a better job, gave a longer massage, uses hot stones and is attentive the entire time for $50 with gel.We’ll see if anyone actually reaches out to us, my hopes aren’t that high after our experience.

Janna at Bella Sante is truly an artist with color! I’ve been seeing her for several years and every time the color comes out perfect. I have very dark hair and love to get highlights, and so many colorists have made them look like zebra stripes—so I’m thankful to Janna who creates a soft, natural look!

Marissa helped me figure out some products for my face since I’ve struggled with acne once I became an adult. I have only been using the products for about a month and there has been a NOTICEABLE difference in my skin. She encouraged me to try the products because she showed me pictures of what her skin looked like prior to finding her own routine! Our skin seemed so similar I HAD to give it a shot. I couldn’t be more impressed and can’t wait to see the results after more than just a month!!I will always return to Marissa, she has my full trust and confidence on what is best for my skin and not just a fix all for everyone! I discovered Bella Santé in Wellesley over five years ago when Kristina was first recommended to me by an acquaintance in my search for a new hairdresser. I booked an appointment for a haircut and color and asked her to do whatever she wanted with my dull tired hair. I stressed to her that I wanted my hair to look different from when I walked in. I was tired of leaving previous salons feeling underwhelmed when I was shelling out so much money for a cut and style and it was barely even noticeable. Kristina totally understood and she did not disappoint. Her communication was clear from the start, discussing her plan with me before she began. She dry cut my hair with a straight edge razor (which I had never tried before) and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the results. The cut framed my round face nicely, giving a distinct but easy style that was noticeably different from before. The balayage color treatment equally impressed me as well. I have super fine hair that lacks body and volume and Kristina was able to give me a cut and color that both flattered my hair type and gave my hair texture, body and style. I have entrusted Kristina with my hair ever since. She is a true artist and professional and a great conservationist to boot!

I love the way my cut and color came out and the new manicure area (where you can get a manicure and pedicure in the same chair) is beautiful! Everyone was polite and organized and perfectly clean. COVID seems to be a priority and everyone was spaced out nicely.

Went to Bella Sante for the first time today. The spa is beautiful and welcoming, it was extremely neat and clean, the staff very friendly and patient. I did a manicure/pedicure winter package with Daysy and Rahel, they were amazingly friendly. They made me feel very relaxed, my hands and feet feel so soft, smell great and the nails look perfect. It is pricey, but totally worth it and after a year of remote learning I needed so pampering. Definitely recommend the spa, look for Daysy and Rahel.

Bella Sante Wellesley is very modern and gives off luxury spa vibes. My interaction with the front desk was great and very friendly. I booked the skinceuticals deep pore cleansing facial treatment with Payton from reviews.When I met with Payton, she was super friendly and I let her know what my skin concerns were (congestion and stubborn black heads in my nose area). I also asked if untainted SPF was available since my previous spa only used tinted and it literally got everywhere and Payton said they offered an untinted SPF, phew! Anyways, Payton immediately recommended a hydrafacial treatment that would help my concerns but I didn’t have too much success using that at another med spa local to me so I declined and she wasn’t pushy with getting me to run with the hydrafacial.She let me know what she was going to be doing for the facial step by step but also offered letting me just relax and enjoy the facial if I wanted that instead.The treatment started off great, application of products and face massages. The extractions were by far the best. Payton started off with the ultrasonic high frequency tool in my nose area, followed that up with the hydrafacial machine, manual extractions and then finished off with another round of the hydrafacial machine at a higher suction.Let. Me. Tell. You! I’ve never seen my stubborn black heads and pores on my nose ALL CLEANED OUT! The sides of my noses were always so hard to get cleaned out but Payton did it! Booked my appt for next month and can’t wait! Definitely book with Payton if she is available! You won’t regret it!

I began by requesting a heated neck wrap while I relaxed which Daysey was happy to locate and provide. The service itself from beginning to end was excellent, not rushed and very professional. I felt she offered to do all the little extras along the way, which made the experience a most enjoyable, not rushed and relaxing one. I had been going to Bella Sante for over 10 years, and I will never go back. My second to the last appointment, I had a haircut with Jana, the Director of the hair salon at Bella Sante. I arrived for my appointment, she greeted me, then proceeded to chastise me. She said to me: You requested extra time, no one has ever requested extra time before. Next time, I will have to charge you more because my time is valuable. I was taken back by her tone and the comment itself, but I took it in and stayed for more unpleasantries.After I showed her a picture of the haircut I would like to have, she stated: Well, your hair isnt going to look like that because I only have so much to work with. She insulted me without being cognizant of her disparaging comment. Once again, I felt insulted, but tried not to react. I allowed her to wash and cut my hair. Needless to say, her mediocre talent for cutting hair was not worth the 95 dollars I paid. I will put a picture of me now and what my hair looks like, the hair she said she didnt have much with which to work. This recent picture is months after the haircut.After this, I made another appointment to have my nails done because at least the person who did my nails was pleasant and always did an amazing job, Jing, is her name. She was the reason I continued to patronize Bella Sante.Unfortunately, on the day of my appointment, I was feeling very ill. I hadnt been feeling well leading up to the appointment, but became more sick on that day. My husband cancelled for me on the day. I also made a call to Bella Sante. Since they have a 48 hour cancellation policy due to Covid, they wanted me to pay for the missed appointment. I called and asked to speak to the Director, ( I, cant remember her name, she is the Director of Bella Sante in Wellesley). She insisted that I pay for the missed appointment at first, stating that this has happened numerous times. I told her the last time I cancelled my appointment on the same day, my husband broke his arm in two places.I continued to state that I ended up going to the walk in clinic because I was truly ill. In my conversation with her, trying to explain the extenuating circumstance, she expressed her disbelief in me. She indirectly called me a liar. She did end up refunding the payment, but it was after she challenged my integrity and honesty.In consequence, having these two very unpleasant incidences happen back to back have compelled me to sever my patronage to Bella Sante.

I recently had my first visit to Bella Santé and I cant rave about it enough!! I experienced a dry brushing massage from Meeghan at the Wellesley location. She was super professional and ultra sweet! I left there feeling relaxed and rejuvenated!! Im definitely going back for more services. The entire staff were friendly and attentive!

I absolutely love this Bella Sante location. The last time I visited, I drove an hour and a half through a snowstorm to get here, knowing that the stressful drive would be worth it in the end. I love their massages. Ive done a couples massage with my husband as well as a solo deep tissue massage on a second visit. There is plenty of parking (its in a plaza with a big grocery store). An elevator (or stairs if you choose) brings you up to the salon/spa and the receptionists are incredibly kind. If youre going for the spa, they send you into the womens area, which is an upscale locker room with lockers, a steam room (love!), vanities with all the bathroom essentials and showers. Towels are available and you receive a comfy bathrobe to change into and sandals. From there, you move into the lounge area to relax with flavored water or tea. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing. The private massage rooms are comforting and the massages are great. The guy that worked with me asked questions beforehand so he knew what to focus on and I left feeling extremely relaxed. Bella Sante is definitely my preferred spa for massages. Everything about the experience was top notch!

This place truly is as good as it gets!! The staff made a potentially awkward and uncomfortable waxing very tolerable. I cant say pleasant, because waxing never is, but the technician was so professional and helped me to keep my mind off of it.I would recommend Bella Sante and I would absolutely recommend Paige

The salon is still the great, Jana is the best. However, the management of the spa is horrible, and other services such as massages have gone down in quality over the years. No longer go there for spa services, not worth the money!

Saw Daysey. She was excellent. My nails stayed perfect for my sons wedding. Best gel manicure that I have ever received!
