Manicurists were lovely. I didnt feel rushed. They were super attentive. A very enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend.

5 STARS FOR BEING GREAT PEOPLE & FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!I left my entire wallet here one busy Saturday afternoon when meeting my sister for a quick pedicure.I didn’t realize I had left my wallet behind until they called me the next day (new sleep-deprived Mom). Things could have easily gone much differently for me as my wallet contained my license, debit card, cash & gift cards. Now I’m so happy we chose this salon because these are exactly the kind of people I want to give my business to. They found my wallet, did a little research to find my phone number, contacted me and kept everything safe & secure for me until I could pick it up two days later.Thank you Beautilux!

I visited Beauti Lux Spa for the first time yesterday and I have to say I was extremely impressed. I will absolutely be back and become a regular, returning customer. I dont write reviews often but I felt I needed to because of how impressed I was with the work done. The acrylic fill and gel color I got was hands down the best nails Ive ever had done. It took a little longer than I am used to but the finished product was absolutely worth it. My technician was a perfectionist, which is invaluable when it comes to impeccable nails. I would 100% recommend this place for a manicure. Ill have to update once I get a pedi too.

Easily the worst dip manicure I’ve ever received. It started with the nail tech complaining about having to take the old dip off of my nails. It was obvious that she was not comfortable with this technique and resulted in very lumpy, uneven nails. Definitely will not be going back.

One of the best mani pedis I’ve had in very long! Clean, hygienic and professional- ask for Trish- she’s soft spoken and very good at her work. Did the dip polish before Christmas and it’s lasted me almost 4 weeks now. Well priced too.

Good service and friendly staff

This place seemed like a good salon online and when I first walked in...worst gel manicure I have ever had. She cut my nails way too short and rounded them when I specifically asked for square..I mean I went in there with square nails...pay attention. My nails are all different lengths..they were all the same when I went in there, except one that broke. But how hard is it to cut my other nails or file them down to match the broken one? She did my nails in a strange order when applying the gel polish and didnt allow them to fully set in the UV light for the full time on the machine. The Polish is see through in certain areas and it could have used a third coat and more attention to detail. The polish is overlapping like crazy ovER the front of my nails and near the cuticles, I am nervous it will peel easily now. Very disappointed. This is the only thing I treat myself to when it comes to beauty and relaxation. The only time I felt relaxed was during the brief hand and neck massage. And did I mention brief. She also barely cleaned my cuticles and rushed through that as well. Just upset and hate looking at my nails. Wishing I was more vocal about my disappointment while I was there. I will not be returning.Less than a week later update: all my nails are chipped..every one..never had this happen before. Last place I went to they lasted 2 1/2 weeks before I noticed any sort of blemish. Super disappointing. When I called to complain the manager basically asked me what I wanted out of this..well obviously not to return for you to fix them. Didnt offer me my money back. Why would I return for you to fix my nails, I dont trust you.

Just flew in from out of town. Saw the great reviews on their website and decided to come get my nails done. Once I arrived, the guy said they were closing early. They shouldve updated their website to notify people. It cost me an UBER ride and more to find another location. Not good customer service. I will never return.

Worst nail place ever..... made me start bleeding and my nail polish chipped right after I left. DON’T COME HERE

They are pretty good. Sometimes they rush, but overall a good experience.

Beauti Lux Spa is one of Wellesleys newest nail salons. I am very particular about any salons cleanliness, and this one gets a top 5 star rating from me. Trang is the mani/ pedi expert I have gone to, and she is impressive in herskills. A mani/ pedi costs only $40.00 and is as good as ( if not better than) any Newbury Street salon. Located beteeen Greens Hardware and The Maugus Restaurant, there is ample parking on Washington Street or behind the shop.Gel manicures are also available.Ellen Walsh
