Quick prompt service...... reasonable pricing

Most definitely would do anything to get my tire work done here . As a traveling family and in desperate need to fix a 1 1/2 inch gash in my tear they fixed me up and made me feel comfortable finishing my 9 1/2 hour trip home ! Tho I would have bought a brand new tire they don’t carry by size (not a lot of people do.) Everyone was friendly and nice and very honest with me . Definitely would go here in a second! I Would drive the extra mile !!

Ive been doing things I normally do not do because of my husbands stroke in January. He asked me to take a blown tire and rim; and have them replace it with a new tire, that I also brought. Its a very busy place; but even so, very quickly I was asked what I needed. They pulled both the old tire and new tire out of the car for me. They finished the tire that same day. They were quick, efficient and extremely polite. Which is a very hard thing to find nowadays.

MOST UNPROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO, FAST FOOD RESTAURANTS PROVIDE BETTER SERVICE THAN TEXAS TIRES!!!! Would give zero stars if I could. My father and I went in to Texas Tires at 5pm asking if we could get our tires replaced. Blake, the man working the front desk, said “yes.” Since my father and I believed we could get my tires replaced we decided to sit outside. HOWEVER, Blake completely forgot about us coming in and let my father and I sit outside for around an hour. After my dad went inside to ask if we could get the tires replaced Blake replied with a “no.” Which prompted my father to ask, “Then why did you let my daughter and I sit outside for an hour if you can’t fix it today? I wouldn’t be upset if you told us upfront that you and your workers were too busy to fix it today.” After my father said that, Blake began to curse out my father while demanding that he WILL NOT be paying his men overtime, and that because WE left the keys in the car he forgot to change our tires. Texas Tires will never receive money from me and my family ever again (Blake was VERY happy about this fact). To provide clarification, my father never cursed at Blake, nor was he disrespectful towards Blake. IF YOU WANT YOUR TIRES REPLACED, go to Ernies Tire and Automotive, LLC, you’ll actually be treated with respect and the employees are EXTREMELY respectful.

I haven’t used Texas Tire Sales in about 10 years & thought I would give them a try. Took a truck in with screw in the tire. Waited over hour & half for the repair while I watched others come in & get lawnmower & wheel barrel tires fixed. When the truck was done I watch the shop guy try to back the truck out of the shop but it wouldn’t move. The rear end of the truck was still in the air.More training definitely couldn’t hurt.

Blake is amazing at Texas Tire Sales. I drove two hours to talk to him about getting new shocks and Air Lift air bags on my truck. He was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the products that I needed. All of which were for pulling heavy loads on trailers. He knew exactly what I needed. We scheduled an appointment for installation two days later. I showed up Saturday morning at 8:00am. Unfortunately after waiting in line, when I arrived, I got this Dwayne guy. At least the business cards in front of him said Dwayne??? Short muscle dude with a little man complex. Little guy. I watched him be rude to everyone in line in front of me and then when I got to him. He says what that was his first words from his mouth. I told him I had appointment and he said its first come first serve. I paid in full ($2,500.00 plus) two days before. I pointed to Blake and said I spoke with him two days ago. And Blake immediately stepped up and went and got a mechanic/tech and brought him in to get my keys. All to the aggravation of Dwayne. I asked Dwayne if he had my number to call when they were finished and he said yes. Blake told me it would take all day. I returned at 2:00 (an hour before closing) and my truck was finished, but no call. The bundle of joy Dwayne said he could not get a hold of me. Then he says I guess we are finished. I told him that Blake told me that someone would show me how to operate my new air bags with the remote. He said there is no one here to show me and that it was self explanatory. So I said So I just you tube a video and he said yes. Then there was no remote or paper work. Come to find out the remote was on the visor and the paper work was still in the shop. So far I am extremely impressed with the shocks and air bags, but Dwayne ruined my whole experience at Texas Tire Sales. Would not recommend anyone to get in this guys line. He is a rude jerk. The only thing I can figure is he is related to the owner. Because he was a D*%$ to every one in line. Blake was Impressive and professional. Blake, you rock!

I think these guys deserve more then a five star rating not only do they jam while u wait to get your car hooked up,but they take the time to make sure you get what you want. I came here and they took care of me I recommend them to any body that need anything for the truck or car. And they quick...Appreciate Guys!!!

Stood there for about 5-10 minutes, 2-3 employees and someone who looked liked the owner just walked by me and never bothered to help me, so guess what i did, i left. Horrible way of running a business. At my business customer satisfaction comes first.

I went to discount tire last week and sat for 2 1/2 hours waiting to get 2 new tires put on.Texas tire put a new RV tire on un 15 min. And they were busy. Im using them from now on.

Although the waiting is a bit bad at times it is worth the wait for the service. Suggestion that you could make the experience more important to your customers would be better if you would acknowledge that you have seen them and you would be with them as soon as possible. It shows that you care about your customers and want them to return and bring more business to you. Overall good job. Look forward to returning for my car needs in the future.

Texas Tire Sales is by far my auto shop of choice in Parker County. They have always gotten my truck fixed the day I have dropped it off, & their prices are hard to beat. Best mechanics in Weatherford by far. I recently had an alternator installed incorrectly by the mechanics at Ernie’s Automotive & the guys at Texas Tire Sales fixed all their mistakes for $50. I will never take my truck any place else locally.

What a honest and great place.Went there with a flat tire, tires I bought 3months ago from Firestone down the street, but Firestone wanted 30$ and to make a appointment, any how ! Went to Texas Tire and was greeted politely was told about 30mins, 20 mins later car was done with no charge, NOW THATS THE WAY TO DO BUSINESS. They will get all mine for now on .

I’m not sure the younger gentleman’s name b he was extremely helpful. Unfortunately on my way back home to Odessa I got a nail in my RR tire and went to three separate places before coming here. Once I arrived and walked was greeted by the fella at the counter. He asked what I needed, showed him the tire and he even allowed me to wait in my car with my kiddos so I didn’t have to get them down. Overall had a great experience. My service tech was Miguel and he to was very friendly and worked quickly to repair my tire and get us on the road.Thank you again.

These are great people who always take care of their customers. They have very competitive pricing and always stand behind their work and products. To top it all off the owner is a great guy that has a kind heart for those in our community. There is a reason they have been in business for so many years. You can depend on them when needed!

Not open on Sundays 😒...i cannot review it as far as Service, we had a flat Tire on a Sunday afternoon and we stopped at Loves Tires and they dont Service personal vehicles only semi trucks, we were referred by them to stop by here and I posted is closed on Sundays so if people have a flat on a Sunday find another location...its so if people have an incident on Sunday and gps or loves refers you on a Sunday...😐just to be Clear...😌

I went here yesterday (02/15/2020) about 30 minutes after opening to get my tires replaced. I saw their advertisement for financing and inquired. Got approved rather easy for some really nice ATs through their credit services, without breaking my wallet. They were really friendly, fast and seem to have a legitimate goal of customer satisfaction.They even have an early but out option, which Im absolutely taking advantage of!I think I waited my 30-35 for all four of my tires to be replaced. Paid what I had too, and came out with good quality tires and a smoother ride. The difference definitely grabbed my attention. Texas Tire Sales is getting my business from here on in.

These guys are awesome!!!! 5 stars doesn’t do them justice. They’re always reliable, courteous, trustworthy and knowledgeable. They have Great prices on used (but good quality) tires too! Could not recommend them enough. Been to a lot of similar places in Weatherford, and these guys have all of them beat on prices and service.

Great guys have always been taken care of. Only complaint if you plan on leaving here thinking your taken care of with road hazard warranty, better shop else where if you want warranty on your tires just found out $500 later the hard way. Other then having you covered on warranty with a option to purchase best tire shop around.

I saw there add on Craigs list i called and spoke to Blake to confirm if they had my size and price before driving from Stephenville to get the tires,there were no surprises only great tires at a great price! but even betterthe service was outstanding 4 tires mounted, balanced & new stems for $300.00 installed in less than one hour . will i be back you bet! and i do and will recommend to family and friends.

After a long day at Toyota trying to get my tire fixed, they told me it could not be patched because there was a nail in the side wall. After being told that it would be 250 for one tire, I called Texas tire they relooked at my tire and patched it for free. It is super refreshing to have an honest company!

Let me tell you something... these guys and gals were professional from the first time I called them, to the second I pulled up in their lot, to the level of actual service to the fair price. They answered all my questions on the phone and promised to take care of me and my Bobcat Tire while I waited. I pulled into their lot and hadnt even shut off the truck yet when a gentleman came out, unloaded the Bobcat wheel and tire off of my truck and rolled it into the service bay. As promised, they fixed me up in a Texas jiffy and sent me on my way. They have a lifetime customer now!!!

They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of! Im so glade I switched to Texas Tires. They explain everything to you in detail so you understand exactly whats being done to your car. Also their snap finance option is perfect when you dont have the money. I was putting air in my rear drivers side tire couple days ago since my tire was low. Today the same thing happened, so I went to Texas Tire Sales and they were amazing. They fixed my tired after they discovered I had a needle in my tire. I had my baby girl with me and Im so glad they helped me. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Im so thankful and appreciate it. I came in on a donut with my fault tire in my trunk. The gentleman at the counter was very friendly and accommodating, he sold me a new tire, my car went straight into the bay and I was out fast. The whole time I was there the staff was professional and friendly. Prices are great and I could afford them. Really recommend them for others.

In the past Ive only used Texas tire for my tire needs. Recently I needed to have additional work done on my wifes Honda Civic and I was extremely impressed with how quickly George was able to give me an accurate estimate for the work needed. Not only did they finish the work in a timely fashion but they did it with a smile. I will definitely return to Texas tire for all my future repair needs.

My first time at Texas Tire was a great experience. Excellent service, affordable prices, and a clean shop. I purchased a used tire that looked nearly new. It was balanced and mounted with a new valve in 30 minutes. The techs took the time to clean the rim thoroughly prior to install, stowed the spare underneath my vehicle, and checked the air pressure in my other tires as well. I didnt expect such attention to detail especially for a single used tire purchase. I spent less than $33 and couldnt be happier. Texas Tire will be getting my business from now on.

We were looking to have an airspring kit installed on our RV. Called and were told no problem, dimensions of the RV were given at time of call. Went the next morning to have the work done and were wer theyd get it right in. Three hours later were told it was too tall and would have to go elsewhere. Thanks alot for wasting a half day of our time!

Dropped off a flat and a spare wheel. They were busy so we went shopping and came back both were finished. Bought two used tires great quality good price. These folks always do great work! Been there many times for new and used tires. Running a set of TOYO mud tires I got there on my Excursion!! Love them!!

One of the best tire buying experiences I can recall. Great prices... Great Service. They didnt hit me with any extra add-ons like most tire shops and they have a HUGE variety of tire brands to choose from. Checked my alignment for free and told me it didnt need to be aligned, that it was fine. Honesty... love it!

Only place in town that carrys fiat tires on site, everyone else we tried had to order them in and it would take 24-48 hrs to replace a tire... not only that but they only charged me $40.00... everyone else wanted between $100-120.00 and we would have had to wait...

These guys are great! They go above and beyond to help. I had a steering tire wearing excessively on one side on a 2013 RAM dually. Thomas showed me how I could have them rotated putting the worn tire in the back as a dually. Balance and a wheel alignment and Im good for awhile. Way better than a high pressure sales guy selling you tires you dont really need yet. Highly recommend!
