Their prices are fair and reasonable!If my import needs work beyond what I can do at home, I will always take it to them!

The team at Import Masters are professional and good at what they do! My car starter needed to be repaired, and the wrong starter model was recommended to them (my car is a manual transmission) and sent. The manager called to clearly communicate what happened and when the car would be ready. He charged us the originally quoted price for parts & labor despite multiple installations. I appreciated the clear communication and good work.

I HAVE TAKEN MANY CARS TO THEM AND THEY ARE ALWAYS FIXED RIGHT AND IN A TIMELY MANNER. CHEAPER THAN THE DEALER AND THE SAME QUALITY. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

They fixed my car within two days of getting it towed there. Didnt try to sell me on any extra stuff and were honest about whether certain expensive things would be worth it or not. Will be using again.

Good guys, couldnt stay within my budget on my eclipse so unfortunately I couldnt go through them. But that was part pricing not anything they did. He gave me by far the best quote for the work needed. Just couldnt afford it at the time

Use to be a great place, one of the owners (Johnny) left and it’s gone to trash. Took my accord hybrid there and they broke my traction control and auto stop while trying to figure out what was wrong w my A/C. After confronting them they attempted to fix it to no avail, then claimed “it’s got a lot of miles, sometimes things just break” and suggests I go to a Honda dealership to get something reset. Yeah, I’m sure after 220k miles it just now broke after you got your hands on it. As one other review said below, these people are dishonest and unlike a lot of other great small town mechanics, will break something and proceed to tell you that it just broke on its own. Maybe you’ll have better luck than me but personally I won’t ever go to them again.

Took our BMW in for its first service and owner took time to walk me around vehicle and show me items that came up during inspection and service and made sure all my items were answered. No typical upsell that i usually get from dealerships when I take in for service. Highly recommend Import Masters.

I lived in Weatherford for 3 years. Unfortunately, I had to take my 97 Toyota Land Cruiser to Import Masters numerous times during this time period. Fortunately however, Import Masters fixed the problem every time at a fair price and within a reasonable time frame. Theres a reason this place is always slammed- theyre honest, incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, fair and do the job right the first time. I dont live in Weatherford any more, but have since called Johnny to troubleshoot some issues w/ the car and he was happy to do it. Based on my experience, I would recommend Import Masters to anyone.
