Great experience. Made my appointment was seen promptly and finished up in a fair amount is time. The prices are reasonable and the service person was courteous! Glad I found my place!
I paid extra to have the “coating” on interior and exterior of our new Armada. I dropped it off with no intention of them rushing. I dropped my wife off to pick it up a few hours later and when she got home I noticed the atrocity theft called a coating. There were 2 huge scratches in the hood, on left wheel well trim, back bumper, and right 1/4 panel. I was upset to say the least. I could of used that money to pay a real professional to do it. Needless to say I returned it and was greeted by a nice guy in service who then said he would get the manager. The service manager was unapologetic and unfriendly. Didn’t thank me for spending $70k on a new vehicle from them. I sat at the dealership while the paint and body guy “fixed” the damage. It still has swirl and was over polished because where the scratches were the blue is lighter. The only reason I bought from them was because they were local and I like doing business in my town. The Southwest Ford service and sales are really great but Southwest Nissan not so much. I paid for the interior coating and I’m positive it never was applied either. I will be following up tomorrow on it but it was untouched after hours at the service dept. I cannot and will not recommend this service dept.
Great service for oil change. No appointment, but they got me in and out in an hour and were very polite and professional. Oil change was included with our lease and waiting area was air conditioned with plenty of seating and snacks. Highly recommend!

I was very displeased with today’s service experience. Got there before 11am today for an oil change and tire rotation, when I first arrived I asked if this was going to take long, I was told it wouldn’t there was only two cars ahead of me. However that wasn’t the case. After two hours of waiting and witnessing four other individuals get their vehicles returned to them I was upset and went back to the service area to pay up and get my SUV back.That’s when the service manager saw me coming and walked away to see what was going on because he kept telling me my vehicle is almost ready, for the last hour that I was there waiting. I explained I was upset I had scheduled appointments for this afternoon and didn’t expect to wait over two hours for an oil change and tire rotation especially when I was told upfront it wouldn’t take too long and there was only two cars ahead of me. Now unless it takes a full hour to do an oil change and tire rotation per vehicle then I don’t know why it took this long. Let alone witness four people get their vehicles serviced and are able to leave before me.
We have been using Southwest Nissan for awhile for oil changes and other services. They are always professional and very prompt. We give them five stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My last visit was horrible. I made an appointment to have a recall on my car’s brakes and and oil change. I was told on the phone it would take about 2.5 hours so I decided to just wait in their sitting room while they worked in the car. However when I checked in, they said it would take 4.5 hours and of course it was too late then to have anyone pick me up to avoid sitting there such a long time. Then, about 20 minutes into my wait at the dealership, the service person told me they didn’t have the parts in stock to accomplish the recall work and I would have to come back another time. I asked why they had made the appointment without knowing they they had the necessary parts in stock. I didn’t get a good answer for that question. I decided to let them change the oil and cabin filter. When I picked up the car, they didn’t reset the oil reminder. Also, when I got home I noticed a part on the driver’s side floorboard. I drove back to the dealership and they reinstalled the cabin air filter cover they forgot to replace. I just hope they didn’t make such a careless mistake when changing the oil as well. Most of my previous visits were adequate to good but on this visit, they were so unprofessional!
Garret W listened to what I said and explained what needed to be done, had prices and estimated time my car would be ready. I have been to the dealership several times over the years and my car had been well taken car of. It’s given back to me cleaner than when I turn it over for service. I have completed trust and confidence in their services and will continue to take my car there.
I found that my car navigation system was not working as promised during the purchase. They were quick to identufy the problem and had me on my way pronto. Service department is very nice i only gave 4 stars because it should have been addressed prior to purchase .
This is the second time I brought my car in to get an oil change since I bought it there. This time when I brought it in and as I’m leaving I notice a lot of greasy black smudges, finger prints and palm prints on the inside drivers side door, the front passenger seat and on the handle to my sunroof. I mentioned it and they brought out an extremely greasy towel and just made the other grease and dirt shine. I had to use napkins from my glove box to wipe the grease from the towel they used to wipe it down with. The service is fine. The people are nice but I’m not happy with how they left the inside of my first brand new car

We brought our Titan here to replace the fuel system after DEF was accidentally put into the diesel tank. The repair process took six weeks to complete. Our service advisor Garratt told us each week that the truck would be ready by the end of the week, which ended up being six weeks later. First, they didnt have enough labor but had all the parts necessary, then they didnt have all the parts, and finally, the truck was ready and they were waiting on insurance to approve the final bill. After discussing with our insurance adjuster they hadnt even started the repairs on our truck because they still didnt have all the parts ordered. It would not have been as big of a deal if they would have simply let us know it was going to take several weeks instead of leading us to believe it would only take 1-2 weeks. Telling us the truck was ready except the final insurance payment when they hadnt even started on our truck is very frustrating. We did not receive regular updates and finally had to start calling the main line and asking for him directly to talk to him. He would not answer his direct line or return phone calls.
We live in a different town, but travel the hour it takes us to get here to this location because we love the service every single time! The location in our town has the worst customer service we’ve ever experienced, and it’s refreshing to get such great service here at Hudson Oaks!!!!!

Every experience has Ben great with this dealer ship until today. My wife took the car and had a 12 pm appointment for service oil change oil filter and tire rotation was there over 2 hours she said nothing was explained to her they did not tell her what service would be needed next and customer service was bad very disappointing considering every other time at this dealer has Been great hopefully they where just having a bad day either way disappointing

My air conditioner quit getting cold on my 2017 Pathfinder. Scheduling, drop off, and promptness of the service was great. Only had to replace the high and low condenser lines for a leak. Warranty coverage and assistance was hassle free. Just dropped it off and picked it up. Excellent service! They had to keep it for one day longer than planned, but the staff was very friendly and professional.
My advisor “Zee” was superb! So efficient and professional, kept me informed frequently on my service status all the way up to checking out!
They were able to get us in on Monday 31 May. Took 4 long days to find the problem. Fixed it the next day. So 5 days later we got the car back. Seems to be running fine

Drove in to service department on a Friday, Mid- morning, to check wait times for an oil change. I was told 1hr and 30min. Seemed reasonable with all the cars in front of me on a busy day. So I left and called to make an appointment to help cut down wait time as I have an 18 month old that would be waiting as well.Showed up on time for a 9:15am appointment on Tuesday. I was told it would take an hour and a half for an oil change. WITH an appointment. Over an hour later I watched them pull my car out of the service bay and went to pay thinking my car was done. Another 20 minutes later they pulled my car around from being washed. A nice complimentary service if wanted, BUT they were aware I was trying to get out of there and it was DRIZZLING outside! It would have been nice if they had at least offered to skip that unnecessary step and saved us all some time. When I entered my car the Date of Next Service: sticker read the current date and the on screen alerts from my car hadnt been reset so my car was still alerting me it needed to have the oil changed. I had to pull back in to ask for these things to be fixed. After all was said and done it took 1 hour and 50min for an oil change. With an appointment. On a day that was NOT busy (I was able to pull right in both times and only 1 other customer was in the waiting room while I was there).I dealt with the same Service Advisor throughout who was rude and had 0 customer service. Before I left I commented that if this is how things are handled and how long it takes for a standard oil change I would have to find somewhere else to take my car. He responded with a smug look on his face and simply said, Okay. He clearly wasnt making an effort to make the situation better when they were in the wrong and went out of his way to make sure he treated me as if I were over reacting and had no reason to be upset.My husband and I have both bought several Nissans each and have been driving them exclusively for years. We have only used the Nissan dealership to service them. Customer service has always been great. The staff have always been very friendly. Weve trusted that they are taking care of our vehicles. Its unfortunate that now they have this guy that has a chip on his shoulder towards customers in such a vital roll that the experience overall has been negative the past few times weve been there. We wont be back as long as hes there.

The service attendant told me that it would take about an hour and a half to get the car back. Do you know how long it took them, with four vehicles in front of me, about 45 minutes!! They replaced the fuel door release device and the hatch opening and closing mechanism. From the service writer to the technician the service was excellent. The parts were installed in minimal time. When the vehicle was returned you could not tell anyone had performed maintenance inside.
I hit something in the road and a piece of the bumper was pushed back I took it in and they were able to pop it back in place. Great job
I bought a 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander and a few days after purchase I adjusted the automated driver seat and it leaned all the back and would not lean back up. I took it to the service department for repair on the seat as well as the brakes needed to be repaired as well. Garrett Wright took excellent care of me. Highly recommended you shop with Southwest Nissan.
Bought a brand new 2021 Nissan rogue off of the lot at Weatherford Texas lot had to take it back the next day was making noise and rattling noise they found tools left in the engine they cushioned the rattling noise with foam I am back 2 months later check engine light is on I bought it April 1st still have not got license plates this car is not sound of mind but they do not want to hear it dont want to fix it in other words say its mine that I bought it . The managers will say they will call you and never do they say that they will do what they can but you never hear back from them hmmm .They lie to you they are untrustworthy. I feel bad for their customers if youre believing in them and what they say I am shameful for them shame on you Nissan House of Weatherford.
