I used Jerrys service for years when I drove a chevy, recently got a different brand. Dylan was my service tech the whole time. They did what needed to be done nothing more nothing less. As a dealership service department they have very specific guidelines for what they can and cant do. Some reviews here seem to be missing that fact. They misdiagnosed me one time, missed something another time during diagnosis. I brought it back and they didnt charge diagnostics and replaced a part that went defective. Loaners were usually available on the fly, which made it very worth the premium price. This last year they ran out of cars from the covid/ chip thing so I had to get rentals instead of a loaner when my car broke. The few loaners they had were all dedicated for scheduled service appointments. Before this last year I would have to have a rental for maybe a day or two if I brought it in without an appointment. Always got me into a loaner as soon as possible. Great service.
I was told to bring my car in for a transmission leak, emergency brake issue, and an electrical drain. After it was there for 2 weeks, I was finally informed the service techs refused to work on my car. They knew my car was a classic corvette before I brought it in. If they were not going to work on my car, they should have mentioned that beforehand.They replaced my battery, before my approval. I had a warranty on the current battery with a different parts store. I could have returned for free. While changing out the battery, they ruined my battery cable and never returned my calls to fix it. (See pic)The worst part, the battery wasnt even the issue, like I was originally told.They charged me for repairing my emergency brake, but it still does not work properly.The 5 weeks they had my car, the service advisor called 1 time, I had to call weekly for updates.

I have been a repeat of customer of Jerrys and the Jerrys Chevrolet Service Center for over 10 years. My last purchase was at Jerrys Cadillac, but ALL of my service is done with Josh at Jerrys Chevrolet Service Center, and the reason for that is Josh truly cares about his customer. This particular service required me to leave my car for an appointment due to a suspension error code that had popped up on my car so while there Josh and his team changed my oil and rotated my tires. I trust Josh to shoot me straight and not repair things that are not needed and there was actually NOTHING wrong with my suspension so I left Jerrys with a oil change, tire rotation and a VERY clean car. I will never believe that Joshs attention to detail and the care he has for his customer can be matched.

2.5hrs for oil change??went for 3 things someone dropped the ball just got oil done
They said they rotated the tires same tire on right rear and air in it was.low. got charged 115 for rotation never happened
Disappointed as this is second service appointment we have scheduled since moving to the area to have an oil change and tire rotation appointment take over 2 hours! Thought intent of scheduling service was to have timely service completed and avoid extended wait times. Most recent appointment was at 1030 and car returned to me at 1300. First service tires werent even rotated as requested because they wouldnt locate my wheel lock in rear jack storage box because they dont access compartments, but also dont ask you to have tool accessible to them either. Feel if Im having certified service they should have a universal wheel lock tool.
Scheduled appointment for oil change tire rotation fuel filter 3 hours later I have to go find out what is going on and they tell me they just started it. So you decide if you want to come here or not.Update to this review after the very long wait they rotated my tires and serviced my truck free of charge.

Josh always takes care of my service needs, He makes sure issues I have are taken care of, keeps me informed, and check out what I need . Everyone in service Dept is great they care . The ladies who help with loaner are always nice, helpful.

DO NOT take your vehicle to be repaired here. My husband and I took my Taho in twice. The first time they said all I needed was transmission fluid. I’m not a machanic so I didn’t know better. A few weeks later I’m still having problem. So we take it back. They then tell us that the issue isn’t covered by warranty so we have to pay a small fortune out of pocket for the repairs and they had my vehicle for over a week. We finally get it back and after a while we have the SAME problems. Except this time we can’t afford to take it in again and be without a car for that long. So we have to wait until we can afford to take it back in. Well we finally get it it but with someone else. Come to find out that the shotty repairs done by Jerry’s almost cost me my engine. We were told that whoever did the repairs did it incorrectly. We contacted Jerry’s to see if they would help reimburse us due to their mistakes and we were told no that we should have come back there. Why would I go back to the place that only damaged my car?!? So please save your vehicles and go somewhere else.

Had my sons canyon for 2 weeks and couldnt find the noise he had reported. Charged over$201 because he smoked in the loaner which I checked out myself and that truck is clean and smells like a new truck. Get his truck home and saw that the leaf spring is messed up on the passenger side. They returned his truck with no gas and a flat tire. (Which we had agreed to get fixed elsewhere and not purchase a new one but even Wal-Mart fixes flats for free and they wouldnt even offer to fix it and charge me for it) son today thru wont even answer the phone for me so bbb is next

Horrible service. Rude staff. Told me it was normal for my car to be doing something that Ive taken to 4 different places and all of which have told me that its not okay for it to be shifting the way it is. Sounds like trying to avoid fixing their mistake of a product. 🤷🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️ Sounds like a lawsuit

Brought my dually in for check engine light at 06:30 am and they fixed it plus changed the oil called me at 3 pm to say it’s ready Mr Allison! :)
