The stylist was not friendly and complained the entire time. I have tried this salon a few times now and its always the same. Stylist is unhappy with life and her career. This was my last time to give them a shot.

Walked by today & decided last minute to get a hair cut. Never used a SmartStyle location before but Im glad I did!Jenna was a joy & did a great job, thanks Jenna!

The stylist fixed my pandemic hair, and gave me a balayage that fits my complexion and features perfectly! Jenna is a lovely human to be around generally, so do yourself a favor and book with her!

I dont know if the hair stylist was having a bad day, but the way she treated my son was very unprofessional, my mom even asked them to fix the hair cut after she was done and his hair still ended up looking like this. If this is a good quality to you guys I honestly do not know how are you allow to cut hair... I will make a claim directly o my back to get a refund, as well a place a complain directly with the hair stylist state board.

I love this salon they’re all professional and nice. I usually see Preston for my haircut & he does a superb job. He’s precise & very knowledgeable. I use to have issues if I stopped in for a haircut when I couldn’t get in to see my regular stylist at another salon & it was because I have textured hair...but he does a great job on my hair. He’s always giving pointers to the other stylist. I’d recommend any & everyone.

The lady was super rough with me, when filing she hit me on my finger multiple times, to the point where I was bleeding. I said ow. And she said “oh no it’s okay it’s beauty”. 0/5 stars. Do not recommend. She made me bleed and nicked me with the drill quite a bit. Definitely not worth $25 for a FILL.

About two months ago I went to the hair salon inside walmart. I was standing at the counter and the stylist was sitting in a chair facing my husband and me. We stood there for a good three to four minutes while the stylist was playing on her cell phone and ignoring us. She finally looked up from her phone and asked what we wanted. At first, I was going to have my hair cut but after seeing how the stylist lacked good customer service skills, I decided not to have my haircut. Smartstyle needs to ensure that their stylists have good manners/ customer service skills.

Holli McMahan is the best! Shes helped me completely transform my hair. From really dark to pastel pink, from long to short and all the while taking care that my hair remained healthy. Super fun to be around and has the best advice for whatever color, cut, or styling you want! Shes my go to for any of the above. Very proffesional and knowledgeable.

I LOVE the haircuts, but they dont answer their phone and the online booking does not work. With COVID-culture, they need to be able to book appointments without customers having to make a trip to schedule it face to face.

I came in a Julie was the only lady working. I was blown away at how good she treated me. The scalp massage was amazing. When I told her what I thought i wanted she knew right away just how to do it. Even tho I lost track of time and had to have her rush a bit at the end she would not let me leave with my hair not to her liking. I have gotten numerous compliments. I am extremely pleased and will definitely go back to her again.

Love my haicut!! Hayden did exactly what I wanted. My hair was damaged from using box dye and I had to cut it short to get rid of damage. Hayden did amazing!!! Love it

They were very friendly and patient with my kids. However, they didnt seem to have much experience and didnt do a great job on my kids haircuts.

Julie was my hairstylist today and I’ve never had my hair done by a professional before I was afraid and immediately walking in it was welcoming and I felt comfortable still a little scared that my hair will come out the way I wanted it but Julie put my mind at ease she explained every step she was doing she understood the look that I was going for and she did amazing job.I highly recommend going to smart styles hair salon and ask for Julie because Julie is the only person I will ever let touch my hair ever she did amazing job I love it. Anjelica is a very bubbly hairstyle with a bold personality. She not only creates a fun environment she creates beautiful works of art once you sit in her chair. I had unruly curly hair that she had the luxury of taming. She cut my hair and add nice layers . I recommend her 100% satisfied.

I had my hair cut by Mark and he was pretty freaking awesome. Not only did he do an amazing job on cutting my hair, he was an amazing and awesome person to talk to while he was cutting it. I took my very wiggly son here and had his haircut by Holly. Ive had a hard time finding a place that really listens to what I want done to his hair, but she did exactly what I asked. Plus she had lots of patience with his constant moving. He tends to have a difficult time sitting still. She did a great job and was very friendly. He was also attentive when I mentioned my fear of buzzy razors and talked with me throughout! I will definitely be requesting him when I go back!!!!

I have curly hair and its very difficult to deal with sometimes and Jessica styled my hair so perfect and I had no problems with frizziness or escaping curls and my event went so perfect and I was able to spend the whole night socializing instead constantly checking it. She was also very friendly and had a wonderful sense of humor. It was an all around great experience with her.Also another time I came in for a hair cut, and again, my hair is pretty wild and Im very apprehensive about who I let cut my hair, Mark was not only very considerate about what I wanted but even went our of his way to check how every cut effected each individual curl. That kind of dedication and his very open demeanor really made my entire experience with him amazingly and I LOVE how my hair tirned out.

Absolutely horrible experience. They make promises they cant keep. They will quote you a price on hair color and raise that price unexpectedly. Beware if you are looking to color your hair do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I felt sorry for my hair stylist Mark he was trying his best and wanted to make things right but management was very rude to me and it was made clear that she only cares about making money and not the customer. They did not use bleach on my hair as most salons would have instead they use a weak vegan lightening product that doesnt lift the color at all and then told me if I wanted it bleached it would cost more and that I would have to come back another day. I learned my lesson and will never go back. I am happy to say that I was able to find someone with experience willing to have me come visit her and she colored my hair beautifully for a low price. Giving me something that this sorry excuse for a hair salon could not do.

JESSICA AUSTIN is hands down the best hairstylist in the whole USA. That girl knows what she’s doing and if you know what your doing you’ll call right now and book her. I have never had an ombré done as good as she can do them. Also my little sister had an updo done by her and it lasted allllll day. She got the updo done at 11am and it last alllll night WITHOUT any hair falling out or sagging. Let me TELL YOU!! I can not explain into words how good she is. I trust her so much I had her do my whole bridal shower for my wedding. Yep and guess what AMAZING and how long did it last... you guessed it allll night!!! Yeah so stop waisting your time looking ya ain’t gonna find anyone better I’ve had probably 10 different hairstylist and she’s hands down the BEST of the BEST!

I wish I could give 0 stars. Angelica was rude and told me it would be $80 for a cut, wash, and style. This is after I had just talked to her on the phone and she said it would be $40 (I told her how long and thick my hair was) but apperently because I wanted 3 inches cut, it was double?). She got a phone call and told her friend she would be out soon, so I went somewhere else and they told me that she overpriced me because she was too lazy to do the work.

I got my hair cut for $15 . I asked her to trim my eyebrows and she did one and then told me that it would be an extra $9. At that point, what do you say. Ive never been charged $9 for 30 sec of work
