The kindest hard working secretary/receptionist Ive ever met. I had problems doing the online application and getting through by phone. When I came in person she went above and beyond to help me during an emergency situation. I couldn’t be more grateful.

They called me back anyway, with the help I really needed during this difficult time. Still have no proof via mail as of yet, but hopeful.

I applied for energy assistance. The staff was very kind and helpful throughout the process the first time through. Then this year I was mailed my application and never had to go in! Theyre very efficient.

Very kind staff!! Government programs are such a hassle but this is one program where the case managers are kind and very helpful with processing your information. This staff will also go out two apartment complexes in process paperwork so that you dont have to find transportation to their office. You just simply have to call the office tell them that you have a group of people that are interested in applying for energy assistance and theyll set a date to come out and help people in a community room. No one on their staff is mean or judgemental. The encourage anybody who meets the guidelines to please apply!! So just give them a call find out the guidelines and if you fit take advantage of the program. It really is helpful on your electrical bill. They also managed programs that can assist you and keeping your home energy efficient.
