These people is not any of help they use this I don’t have to do it idea to basically kick you while you are on the ground even the owner is heartless I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

Parents place was very helpful with my grandson’s parental visitations.

Parents Place is a crucial resource for so many parents and children! Every one of the staff members helps to create a safe, comforting environment and their executive director Raquel is the real deal! She runs the agency making smart, passionate decisions to benefit so many families who need to reconnect. Thank goodness Parents Place is there!!

Outstanding organization. I read through tons of testimonials about lives changed when working with them on their new website. This is a wonderful group of people working hard to help Waukesha children and families through community education and support!

My husband and I signed up for a Love and Logic parenting class. The instructor was late and in the two hour class time said no less than five times something along the lines of This is what Love and Logic says, but I disagree for these reasons (insert reason here) and this is what I believe instead.... We paid for a Love and Logic class, not to hear some guys opinion on parenting. He also kept referring people to go see him privately as he runs a practice out of his home. Furthermore, he ran the session more along the lines of group therapy rather than an educational class. When I called to express my concerns I was told that the person I would talk to was out of the office for the next 10 days and there was no one else to talk to because everyone was out of the office. I asked to speak to the director of the agency, I was put through to her voicemail. I left a message and never received a call back. Based on this experience and the lack of follow up from administration, I would not recommend this agency.

Samantha was such a help, even over the phone. I was so comfortable talking with her and felt like I was actually getting what i needed.

Very disappointed! I brought my 16 mth old there for his visitation, who has never met these people and was brought to tears when he was lead away crying. Diaper not changed, too upset to eat his snacks or drink, cried himself to sleep. So glad they worry about his emotional well being there!

I actually had a recent visit there with my own daughter🤗

Parents place is a very dirty place there lots of bugs everywhere toys are very uncapped very unsafe for kids worst place Ive ever been and staff are very unprofessional
