Extremely disappointed. Should have asked around before we went there. There were two of us and two women went back and forth. One younger lady and an older lady. The young one was great. Older was rough and slapped our leg to get out of the water. She had long pointy nails and kept digging into our skin. No English. Chair was broken and dug into my back. I told them and she said she didnt know why. They could tell I was in pain and just laughed at me. We did the deluxe one and they kept working on customers walking in leaving us with wet cold towels. Never again. Stay away.

The best nail salon in Waukesha that Ive ever been to. I go every 2 weeks, but book appt online because shes always booked up! Emma is great!!

25 minute manicure that looked good when I left, but only lasted about a week until the backs lifted and thus getting stuck in my hair. The rest of the polish was cemented onto my nail and took about an hour to remove at another salon, it was put on so thick. Not to mention my cuticles were clipped for about 10 seconds altogether. Definitely not my choice for a quality manicure.

I took my daughter to get her nails done and she is 9 th lady that did it said nothing to her from the beginning to the end. Also said nothing to me. I think customer service is everything.

Awesome dip manicure! Super friendly people, clean and sterile environment. The only place I will be going for mani/pedis from now on! Love!

Emma overbooks herself just like every other salon so that she can get more money. She speeds through her work so that she can squeeze in another appointment. She does not push back or shape natural nails under a set or fill (as one is supposed to) in order to save time. I requested gel nails and as is typical in many salons, I just ended up getting acrylics with a gel polish on top...at $20 more than most other places charge. My nail set came out extremely thick and crooked. She had another appointment show up 15 minutes before I was even done and rushed through the rest of my set. I went home and filed my nails down so they were straight. Most of my nails ended up peeling up from the sides A LOT and actually came off of my natural nail within the first week. Horrible quality at almost double the price of the competition. Not sure how there’s so many raving reviews...

Lady did nothing nothing my nails and charged me $35- only for first time customer then $40 these conditions timef or her to do nothing but soak my nails and put polish on. I went here for the all the positive reviews but the service was TERRIBLE.E

First time customer today and I had the best pedicure Ive ever had at emma faye! Worth the money 100% and I will definitely be returning! Nice massage chair, calm music playing, and scenic displays on the TV. Loved the atmosphere, my nails look great, and my feet feel amazing. Thank you!

Emma Faye is definitely the highest quality Ive ever had. My shellac nails can easily last 2.5 weeks. Huge assortment of colors. Emma does amazing nail art also. The only down side is you always need an appointment and she is completely booked 3-4 weeks in advance. Totally worth it though!

I absolutely love getting my nails done here. They are always perfectly shaped and the gel lasts a long time without chipping. Super friendly staff. I only rated it 4 stars because its very hard to find appointment availability, booked out at least a month or two. They could definitely use some more nail techs if they want to keep a loyal customer base.

I feel that not enough time is allowed for pedicures. A beautiful job is done with the polishing which was a French manicure in my case but the amount of time given for the massage and pampering is not enough compared to other nail salons I’ve frequented and the price is also higher.

Ive been going to Emma Faye since they opened in late 2013. They are the only place I will get my nails done and Emma does the most amazing job! I highly recommend them, but make sure to get your appointment in about 2-3 weeks in advance as she is so popular.

The inside of the shop needs updating. However I received a pedicure and the tech did a very precise job and all staff was friendly. Great price also. Im only giving it a 3 because their chairs and equipment seem run down.

I moved out to the Waukesha area 4 years ago and have tried many nail salons since my move, unable to find one that had all that I was looking for. I began to think that I would never find my salon until I went to Emma Faye and her lovely salon. It is clean and inviting with wonderful service and a great atmosphere. Their attention to detail was what really got me. My nails are flawless. I made my next appointment before I left. I FOUND MY SALON!!!

I had the Deluxe Pedi. The pedicure was an excellent service, my toes are perfectly polished and trimmed. My calluses are almost non existent now too. The price ($50) for the Deluxe Pedi is a very fair price. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because I feel I was there wayyyy to long. I was there for an hour and 20 minutes total. During my pedi service the pedicurist stopped to do another pedicure in between mine while my feet were soaking. I felt that if another service hadnt been booked in between mine, I would have only been there about an hour which is a fair time for a pedi. It was uncomfortable for me to sit there that long. I was happy I didnt make any plans after because this would have effected it. I will be back because my feet look great, despite my appointment taking too long.

Fantastic experience! Had my first pedicure here today (w/I believe her name was Tinh) after reading the rave reviews for years. This salon was lovely as well as the staff. No illegal creto (cheese grater) was used for my basic pedi which is a rare find at most shops in the area. I normally drive 30 minutes to Bay View, WI for my creto-free pedis but needed emergency attention before my yoga class tomorrow. Now Ive got option right up the road from my home I know I will be happy with. Im pleased with my experience and the outcome.
