They do not stand behind their work and they wont contact you. We paid them to do extensive landscaping on our new house and although they warranted all the plantings, when we contacted them to report a tree that died - within months of planting, as well as other plants that died they just ignored us. When I spoke to the office person she didnt even care that they werent returning calls. Even during the initial work they were unresponsive to our messages to when they would complete the work. They give you reasonable prices but then you have to hire someone else to complete the work - paying them for the work Lawns R Us was paid for. An absolutely horrible company, they dont deserve to have customers.

We had Lawns R Us do our mulch project this year. They did an excellent job and the crew was very friendly and professional. The pricing was very reasonable and we had the job done within a week of the proposal. We will definitely use them again for other landscaping projects that we have planned. Good work guys!!

Customer service issue - Company doesnt return phone calls or explain why a service that wasnt performed and was never billed, suddenly results in a single bill 90days past due; then wont return calls to ask for details and try to resolve. After repeated attempts to contact via phone, during their business hours - even went to their office in person to try to get details about this charge. Still no progress.Finally ended up paying the balance under protest just to put an end to the run around. Look elsewhere - lawn service received isnt worth the administrative issues experienced.

Lawns R us did excellent work at my home. I let my mulch beds go over this spring and they got to the point where they where too bad for me to take care of. Shawn met with me to give me a quote. he was very nice and understood what I was looking for. I had 3 quotes. Lawns R us was right in the middle so I went with Shawn and his team. I came home Wednesday after work and almost passed my house because the jungle out front was gone!!!! Shawn and his crew transformed the front of my home! I cant thank Lawns R Us enough!

They will show up to mow your lawn very quickly but that is about it. It doesnt seem to matter what they are contracted to do because there is NO Spring Clean up and weeds are ignored. If you need a company that will maintain your property, this isnt it. As far as the owners response goes... we are no longer customers. Why would we be?!

This is a lawn company. Never hired them. My son works for them so i cant really give a review just that its seems like a good company and they have a lot of customers.

Just bought a new home in the area needing extensive landscape renovation. Being new to the area couldnt be happier I choose to work with Shawn and his team @ lawns r us. From re building my back yard patio area to cleaning up the curb appeal it looks like a new home!

They did a great job on our landscaping project - easy to talk to and work with - provided tips and suggestions. Work was completed in a timely manner and it was done well. We are also using them for lawn fertilizing service now. Would definitely recommend!

I met with multiple contractors for our yard. Not only was Lawns R Us competitively priced, I felt that Jason understood everything I wanted. He took the time to educate me on my lawn and how grass grows and the way to care for it, as well as a full review of all of the plantings we put into our new property.The crews work hard and professional. Their equipment is new and well kept.I have hired Lawns R Us again twice for continuing large projects, and I wouldnt go anywhere else!

This used to be a valued contractor, but now they stink! Their only sense of urgency on is spreading salt (because they control it and charge when they spread it). The rest of their service has gone way down hill! This is the first time I have publicly criticized an entity online! It is May 19 and I just got done replacing all my parking stops that they are supposed to do as a result of having my winter and summer contract.

We have been a customer with Lawns R Us for many years. I even had talked my neighbors into signing with them. The last couple years had been just ok with them but this year they have totally lost us as customers. The year started off with them not showing up until the 30th of May for the first application. Others in our area had already had 2 applications by the reputable companies at that time. The only excuse from the office person was that it was too much rain. When they did come out, thier employee desided to stop his machine mid yard, in a fenced yard I might add to place a flag. Unfortunately for us he obviously dumped an excessive amount of product and killed a 3 foot patch of grass. My wife texted pictures to Jason and asked him to come out to discus and we never heard from him.. So the year went, more dead spots and torn up spots in the front from the applicator going too fast in circles. Called the office and never heard from Jason. Inexcuseable for a business owner to not respondAnd to top it off they decided to come out last Thursday with the ground frozen and snow on the ground to apply the winterizer on top of snow. . As it ran off the frozen ground with the rain we had, I’m sure it won’t be any benefit to our lawn. Our lawn has never looked worse. Sadly for them, they have lost us and our neighbors as customers.
