I would give zero stars if I could. No respect for the property and obviously doing damage. The manager Curt lied directly to me and the guy who cuts the grass Ty said inappropriate things complaining to the neighbor because he had to come back to finish his job. Absolutely will never work with this company again. Horrible.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The previous home owner had signed up for their services, and he passed away. Shortly after we bought the house, we saw the flags up that they had fertilized. When I saw the bill come to the deceased previous owner, I called them to explain and discontinue services. What did they do? Change the bill to my name and send it again. I told them I won’t pay it unless they show me a contract or agreement I signed that requested the services. They said since I own the house I’m obligated to pay for it regardless if I signed up for it or not. So apparently I could order lawn care to all my neighbors houses for they’re obligated to pay. Sure makes me want to recommend this company to friends and family!

Aarons Lawn Care restored our lawn to near perfection after we had a terrible experience with another provider. The other people literally killed our grass (AN ENTIRE THIRD OF AN ACRE) after one improperly timed application and wrong application rate for product used. We called Kurt at Aarons Lawn Care since the previous owners at our new home used him for many years and many of our neighbors also use them and have beautiful lawns. Kurt was VERY knowledgeable and came up with a multi-faceted plan to restore our lawn. In one growing season it went from dead and weedy to near perfection. The technicians are always super friendly and professional. Highly recommend. Not sure what all these negative reviews are about, Ive never experienced anything like what some of them have said and we literally had to bring our yard back from the dead and it was all thanks to Aarons Lawn Care.

Been using Aarons for 3 years for fertilization/weed control. Great service and reasonable prices. If I have any issues between applications, they have always responded & come out to take care of them.

I like Curts dry sense of humor. His guys do fine work, and they are priced fairly. They happily and promptly do a job I dont want to do. I have recommended in the past and will recommend in the future. Thanks!

Kurt and his team have been caring for our lawn for years, including mowing. They are reliable, courteous and our lawn looks great. Tried big and small companies before finding Aarons. They have prooved theto be most dependable and reasonable.

I would not recommend this company at all. They had very poor service on the lawn as well as customer service. I had to call several times to have my lawn redone as the weeds never seemed to die. I then went to cancel my service and was given the run around. They came the day after I came and left a bill on my door, but I do not believe they serviced my lawn as no signage was left and the assessment was incorrect (stated my lawn was dark green, but also noted it had the rust fungus, which makes the dark green color almost impossible). Then when asked when I would received my refund the exact comment from Kurt was it will be done in do time. Terrible experience all the way around.

This is the worst company I have ever worked with. I would highly suggest going elsewhere. They quoted me 200 dollars to cut down my weeds, showed up for a little bit, and have not come back since (This happened in July). I called them a week later and he said that they will try to get out to my house later that week. Fast forward 4 weeks, I have not heard from them at all. I am glad that I did not pay for this, otherwise we would be going to court. DO NOT GO HERE!

I cut my lawn 2 days ago. I just came home to see that my backyard was cut, and my front yard was only partially cut. Aarons made a mistake and accidentally cut my yard without permission. Then the guy dumped his grass and left with no note and a front yard that was partially cut. he accidentally cut my neighbors the other week to my neighbor saw him do this and identify the company as Aarons. I understand that someone might make a mistake, but to leave a front yard only partially cut and to dump grass is inexcusable.

Really impressed! Family run business, awesome service, great prices, and knocked Trugreen and Naturescape in the dirt. Will be using Aarons from now on.

Work was horrible. They didnt even touch half my backyard. A chair tipped over in my backyard instead of moving it they just mowed around it and covered it w grass. When called to cancel wasnt asked why I was not happy or what was wrong nothing. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

Repeatedly ignored my request to ONLY treat my front yard. I have two elderly dogs that should NOT be near chemicals. My oldest dog had a seizure after they treated my back yard twice! Now they continue to bill me for these unrequested services! Never again!

The worst experience ever. No improvement for our lawn. Kurt is not a customer etvice person at all, yelled and hung up on me. Ignored are request to look at the yard and the service we received.
