Know that this is from my personal experience. I hope this review gives some perspective to people who are in the market searching for their next vehicle. This lot contains a decent range of vehicles from sedans all the way to pickup trucks. It may be worth your while if youre able to find a good and operational vehicle. On the front door it reads the hours of operation and below it is By Appointment Only. It may take a few attempts to get a hold of the owner but when you finally do the conversation is very blunt and to the point. The office space is pretty messy and could use a good deep cleaning. The customer service is far from decent and if youre looking for history reports of vehicles best if you just requested the VIN and do your own research because they probably dont even know. The vehicles look like theyve been sitting for weeks though their ads say otherwise. Good luck trying to find a vehicle on this lot that doesnt have their check engine light on. Best to bring a mechanic with you when checking out these vehicles and even after talking to the people at this business theyll most likely undermine your expertise. Theres a likelier chance itll be sold at the auction so they arent going to waste their time with reason. This location does have the potential to be something more without the shadiness. In summary, this place is worth checking out as it may have what youre looking for. Just be aware of the vehicle condition inside and out.

Chris did us a solid tonight and gave us a good deal on a car for my sister who had her’s stolen. He was helpful and let us take it for an inspection prior to buying. So far so good…!

This place is shady. Im literally offering to pay full price for one of their vehicles and they arent even getting back to me. I live 16 hours away and want to get the car shipped to me (which is standard). Owner wont even get back to me. I asked for pictures and I cant even get those. Dont waste you time at this place. Go to a dealer that actually wants to sell a car. Makes me think the cars he is trying to sell are trash anyway. Lucky me I guess.

Sold me an SUV for around $6000, 4000 miles later I’ve had to put over $2000 into it. The mechanic said it was lazily pieced together and surprised it lasted as long as it did. Also mentioned that I’m lucky to be alive.

Stopped to look at a car. Were outside looking at it for about 10 minutes. My hubbys crawling around under the car and everything and no one even came out to talk to us. It was pretty rusted underneath so we thought it was overpriced. Guess their sales people were busy.

I called New2u Auto on one of their cars. I wanted a mechanic to look at the car and Chris agreed to take it to the mechanic a block and a half away. The next day, I discovered he never took it over. and from that point he stopped taking my calls. If Newt2u is that afraid of a mechanics review of their cars, its best to look elsewhere.

Has a car on the lot but wont sell! Has a car in his junk lot but wont sell that either. Says he will sell to wholesale. I happen to know and have places who can be the wholesale for me. But still wont sell me the car. Says his shop manager makes the decision but wont make it possible for you to talk to the management. So what do you sell?

I wouldnt buy a bicycle from this company. Bought a Subaru and I should have checked the oil. If I had I would have found it over full (big sign something isnt right), plus the oil looked like chocolate milk (which indicates theres antifreeze in the oil). Drove it for approximately 100 miles before having to spend more money for a new engine. Brakes had to be replaced as well because they literally fell apart. Called them about my concerns and got a the run around with a very rude salesman. Asked to talk to his supervisor and got hung up on. Needless to say I dont recommend this company to anyone! Anyone posting a positive review must be related to them, or they are posting the positive reviews themselves. Beware and stay away. Im reporting them to the BBB.

Called and inquired on a vehicle they had listed on their website. Guy I spoke to said it sold this AM and hung up. RUDE! There were other vehicles that I was interested in but since the dude hung up on me, we will take our business elsewhere.

Just purchased a car. worked out great. even when i brought the car back with a check engine light. they worked with me and got the car fixed. still driving car today and purchasing another vehicle from them next week.

Purchased a car here recently. At the end of the day it is your decision to make a purchase, hopefully you do your homework because buying a used car can be tricky especially if you are not provided valuable information. In looking at the cars there I noticed new struts in some of the cars and the body lines were not always straight which tells me that most likely some of these vehicles were in some type of accident,it would be nice if the sales people would share that with people who may not be as knowledgeable about cars,but if fixed properly isnt that bad of a deal. I dont really like that employees that work there write reviews as they are most likely skewed in favor of the dealer. I also noticed they tell you that every car has a 3 month 3,000 mile warranty that comes with the purchase,then you look at the bill of sale and see the $199.00 fee for a service contract. Kind of a shady move but we probably would of purchased it if offered anyway. Im torn on our purchase if it was a good idea or not, time will tell tell. I promise to review in 6 months on my findings. These folks dont really budge on price so dont let that surprise you. I understand people need to make money, but remember you dont need to make all the money on every sale. You will most likely pay well over blue book value so dont be surprised with that either.

This place is ridiculous! Within a week the car we bought blew the radiator and the transmission went...more in repairs than I paid for the car!

Bought two different cars from them first car the check engine light came on same day and found multiply problems and leaks on the car also cant pass emissions test . second car was bought and cant pass emission test cause they removed the check engine bulb from car. DONT GO HERE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF . WE WILL BE CONTACING FOX 6 . AND WHEN YOU CALL THEM AND TELL THEM THE PROBLEMS THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU AND TELL YOU IF YOU DONT WANT THE CAR THEY WILL GLADLY TAKE THE CAR BACK WITHOUT A REFUND !!!!

Purchased a vehicle here about 4ish months ago. They were very helpful and accommodating to help me get financed for this vehicle. But I do not feel that they were honest about the condition of the vehicle. The drivers window wouldn’t roll down and the heat wasn’t working when I test drove the vehicle and I said I would want that fixed before purchasing being it was about to be winter time and I wasn’t wanting to finance a vehicle just to have to stick money into it right away. They did fix the window, but stated the vehicle was just low on coolant and that’s why the heat wasn’t working properly but they filled it up and it was working just fine. They also stated “It’s just a jeep thing that the heat doesn’t get as hot as other vehicles.” I didn’t think much of it, I needed a vehicle and I trusted them. Within a week of having the vehicle my doors started automatically locking on their own and my key fab was not working to unlock the doors, the key will not work to open the door either because the locking system is seized up and the heat was still not working. I called to complain about these two things being it was within a week or two after driving my off the lot, I was told I was probably driving with the AC and Heat on AT THE SAME TIME and that’s why it wasn’t blowing hot. Ok, and I was told they had no issues with the door locks when it was on their lot and they don’t know what I had done to the vehicle since I had it. I was also informed that my vehicle came with NO WARRANTY even tho the listing online said 3000 mile or 3 month warranty and I was told if an it anything happened to the vehicle within the first few weeks I would be able to bring it back and get things fixed no problem.I called a few times with the same response, I was offered to have it looked at but I would have to pay for the services and I didn’t feel I should have to pay to have things I asked to be fixed on it when I purchased the vehicle.After about a month the 4wd lights and traction control lights came on, so my 4wd has not been usable all winter and traction control isn’t working. I have no idea what it wrong there, it could be a number of things and an expensive fix.Back to the issue with the door locks, I have had it happen AGAIN last night and had to get a tow driver to some unlock my door for me, he pointed out to me that there was a spot that he could tell someone else has had to unlock the doors before on this vehicle, so that makes me think they knew about the door locking issue the whole time and we’re playing dumb.I don’t usually leave reviews or go on long rants like this but I am very upset with all the issues I’m having with this vehicle only owning it for 4 months. I only drive it to work and back 5 days a week, so a half an hour a day. I haven’t put too many miles on it. Just super frustrating and I hope they stop doing this. I wish I would have read the reviews here first.Update: the heat isn’t working because it needs a new blend door and a new heater core, the 4wd isn’t working because it needs a wheel speed sensor replacement. With labor and parts it’s going to cost be roughly a grand to fix. Thanks guys!

Unhappy with the service...1 :- when you talk to a customer u should give some values to the customer which I did not feel because when he came to talk to me he came out with cigar and was talking to me smoking which I am not comfortable with (should have a comonsence that some people may have health issue with smoke) (specially when u do business you need to try making customers comfortable rather than having an attitude like a BOOS)2 :- when we buy a used vehicle, no one want to buy it unless they are sure about everything fine with it, in which test drive is most important for any customer to decide whether they like the vehicle or not, : but here they do not allow to take a test drive unless u sign the purchase agreement (this is such an foolish rules they have)Overall I did not feel the the welcoming customer atmosphere.Am not sure is this the same approach with all or not but with me this is how it happened and it may not be the same with all. So wish u all the very good luck if u want to visit them.

I offered to pay cash in full for a vehicle. Whoever deals with the facebook messages are horrible. I asked for a picture of the interior of the vehicle and the person kept beating around the bush. Then made an excuse that they were busy and dont just stand around. Then told me if I was serious that Id come see it in person when Im almost three hours away acting like Im broke. If somebody cant simply send you a picture when youre willing to pay in full same day plus looking around for another vehicle too then its a place I will not be doing business with. I recommend to stay away from this dealer as they seem like a scam.

I bought my car in 2014 for $1000 from Scott. It had well over 200k miles on it and a few problems like the battery and front breaks. After I got those issuses fixed (about $200 total) the car lasted me until this day. It still runs great and I think it was a great value since it has lasted me over 2 years and has a lot of life left in it.

DO NOT GO HERE! I Bought a honda civic hatch back. Got it 5 miles off the lot when the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT came on. Called them, spencer said hed take a look at it so they had my car for 2 and a half days they said they took care of everything. So i drove it another 10 miles and the light CAME BACK ON. So i took it to a mechanic to look at and the mechanic said and i quote. IM DISGUSTED ANYONE WOULD SELL THIS CAR. it had MULTIPLE LEAKES. SUSPENSION READY TO GIVE, AND ACTUAL COAT HANGAR WIRES HOLDING THINGS TOGETHER. They literally ignored all my calls and texts. This place should be sued. And the wind shield wiper blade came off while driving in the rain. The owners name is CHRIS. hes the biggeat liar

Bought an Outback here, dealership wasnt honest about the condition of the vehicle. Engine smoked the first day I drove it home. No one bothered to mention the coolant was leaking into the oil. Kept overheating and I had to replace the motor after maybe putting 50-75 miles on it. Wouldnt recommend this dealership even to my worst enemy.

Stopped in to see a car they had posted on the web, wasnt impressed. This was a vehicle that had been on car gurus for 444 days, now i know why they cant sell it. I asked to test drive the car and was told the battery was shot, it must have been the original battery. For all the cars they had there a battery wasnt available to start it. Buyer beware: BOB (bring own battery) call before you stop in to make sure batteries are in stock.If 22 batteries were stolen and you have stock of over 30 cars does that make sense to turn down the sale? The Subaru outback I looked at had a battery, it wasnt stolen. If you are looking for pity as a car dealership you should ask for pity in the spelling you cant comprehend, would cant be spelled as world, its just not possible with todays modern spell check. As far as what I saw at this dealer the cars have a lot of flaws, but the prices are higher than they should be.
