My wifes car died late at night and I waited on the tow while she took my car to work. I brought a book because I figured I would be there for awhile but only waited about 15 minutes. They took the car right to the repair shop and then dropped me off at home. Couldnt imagine better service. They were super friendly too. Price was very reasonable.

This company gets it. It is my birthday today - we had a party to get to. Handled it and let us have fun. They picked up our 64 Chevelle and put it right into our garage! So awesome!

Fantastic experience! Boat trailer wheel bearings burned out and we were stranded in a vacant parking lot 5:30 on a Saturday. My wife found complete towing spoke with Mike and Jacob had our boat on his hauler in 30 minutes. Susan was my point of contact and was so friendly she made the whole process easy and efficient.This is a family run business and they treated me like I was one of their own. We had what may be a sudden case of fuel contamination which stopped an odd classic car. Rob, your representative, came super quick – I mean really fast! He assured us at the start that his priority was our safety and to keep the car damage free. He was extremely professional and handled the odd tow requirements with ease. He very politely waited just a bit while my wife and I attached the special tow equipment our car needed to clear the roll pans. Rob then expertly backed his tow rig up to our garage and we rolled the car right into its stall. It was one of the best service experiences we’ve had – including doctors, waiters, dentists, you name it. So quick, so smooth, and most importantly not a speck of damage to an exotic car. My wifes Jeep broke down and they were out to help with no haste. As I was racing to the location, they beat me there and even gave her a ride to the mechanic rather than leave her to wait. My wife said the gentleman was very friendly and she felt very safe. I will definitely recommend when I can. Great experience and reasonable price too.

Rob was a super big help. In New Berlin helping my wifes uncle move, needed to get a Harley loaded in a 24ft box truck. Lift gate was too small. After calling several other tow companies, that either said they were open only to be closed, or didnt want to job, I called Complete. I needed the bike put up on a rollback so we could get it in the box truck. Other tow companies said no, Complete said yes! They understood what we needed, we even offered to lend a hand. They arrived and helped us quickly get the bike loaded. Saved me a 1250 mile trip just to pick up the bike! A big thanks! I appreciate the understanding of what I needed and the willingness to help even with a small job! I highly recommend these guys!

I actually ended up cancelling their services as my insurance company got me a better rate through a less reputable but more affordable company. Complete Towing still showed up to make sure I was ok, and even waited around for me to confirm the other truck was coming. The driver was incredibly professional and I was very impressed by their customer service.

By far the best towing company. Not only did they do a good job, they were extremely easy to work with, extremely polite, and actually cared about the customer. Id recommend to everyone!!

My friend and I chose this towing company due to the positive reviews that we read. We had driven 485 miles down south to Illinois from Green Bay to pick up a 1977 Ford Bronco (only ~40K original miles) the night before. The following day on our way back up north, the radiator blew about 2/3 of the way back, obviously much to our dismay. The owner of the towing company was transparent about being short staffed that day. However, he knew that we had significant reservations about leaving the car on the side of the highway. They offered to store the car at their shop (without charging us any extra fees), and offered to bring it up to Green Bay (140+ miles) first thing the following morning. We waited no longer than 20-30 minutes for our car to be picked up. Both the owner of the towing company and the tow-man (found out later that they were a father/son tandem) were very professional, understanding, and kind. I would recommend this towing company wholeheartedly.

Had a good experience with Jack on 11/7/16. Friendly guy, great to talk to, and he took his time loading and unloading my lowered car to try to prevent damage. Would recommend and will return to this company should my horrible Volkswagen ever see the road again.
