Needed a few things done on our Subaru and they did a great job, communicated very well, and was exceptionally reasonable. Found that some of the work we thought was needed wasnt what was wrong and actually much less expensive so saved us hundreds of dollars by doing the right thing. Very happy with their service and will definitely take our vehicles there in the future.

I’ve been taking my car here for several years now since I moved to the area. I’ve had basic things like oil changes done and also have had repair services done as well. Every time I’ve brought my car here, the customer service has always been very friendly, helpful and honest. Not only are their prices reasonable, they are very fast too! 100% recommend them

After a rainy drive home with bald tires, I stopped in to get a quote on 2 new tires and was more than pleased with how quick and straightforward it was! Even with the busy holiday coming up they were able to get me in ASAP and get me back on the road within an hour! The prices were much cheaper than other places in the area and they include so many perks!! I will be returning ❤️

The service at Richlonns was fantastic. I was in and out with 4 new tires in an hour, which is exactly how long they said it would take. I highly recommend them for any tire needs.

My appointment for an alignment was 10:00. I brought the vehicle in at 9:45. I called at 12:10 and they said it would be another 1/2 hour for my approximately one hour service. The completed paperwork indicated the service started at 12:15. I was called at 12:55 and told the vehicle was ready for pick up. When I paid for the service, there was an additional shop charge of $6.00. When I asked what it was for, the counter person said it was for fluids used, and that almost every service had a shop service charge. I was never advised of the charge. Had I not questioned it, it would have been a hidden charge. Not good customer relations. My question is, what fluids are needed for a wheel alignment with brand new tie rods?

The tires look great and it was noticeable as I pulled out of the parking lot. But, I needed a headlight changed. The bulb was $6. The installation was $105. If I knew that, I never would have asked for their help. They should have notified me that the install charge would be so astronomically high.

They got the tire I needed delivered the same day. After I returned later that day, they took my truck in as soon as I arrived. They replaced the tire and I was out in less than 30 minutes. Well done.

We came here last Saturday for my husband’s emission test on his vehicle. They were friendly and the process is very easy. Today I came here for my oil change and they were friendly and it’s clean. The wait wasn’t long which was a bonus, I will definitely be coming here from now on.

Rare mechanic: Theyre honest about the work needed, fair about the price they charge to fix it, and skilled enough they fix it right the first time. Can be a bit backed up, but its worth making an appointment for them.

My power steering went. Was able to tow car to Richlonns based on suggestion from coworker. They investigated, called me. Then fixed the next day and I was able to pick up at lunch time. Very courteous on the phone and listened to my issue. Recommend all the time.

I thought the work done was pricey. They charged me $ 334 for parts, $249 for labor, and still charged $134 for diagnostic testing (I always thought if you have the shop do the work they waive the diagnostic labor).I had a coupon for a discounted oil change and was charged full price. I asked them to take a stick CD out of my CD player and they didn’t do it.3/7/21 Update- Richlonns responded to my review stating 1) They thought the pricing was fair: I still dont feel that $134 for diagnostic fees and $38 for shop fees is fair when I am spending $600 for repairs, 2) Asking me to contact them about their over-charging me for the oil change: I travel for business so it is hard for me to stop in, 3) They told me they couldnt remove the CD out of my CD player: No one ever said a word to me about my CD player. I was expecting the CD to be out or at least an explanation on why it wasnt. I checked the paperwork they gave me and there was no mention of the CD player.Up until this work I had been very happy with Richlonns and had referred friends and associates to them. After this work ?

My tires are covered by their service plan. Today I got a sharp stone removed, at no charge,from one that was causing a small leak, while comfortably seated watching the large t.v. in the clean waiting room. Restroom was very clean and nice. Waukesha Richland did not try to sell me any tires I did not need.

I bought my tires from Richlonns and theyve always honored the free rotations. I just brought my car in for a slow leak in one tire, and they honored their road hazard policy and repaired the tire no charge. I value their service because they value their customers.

I was searching for a place to do vehicle emissions testing and after a week of disappointment I found Richlonns. I was happy to learn that they did emissions testing during the week and was expecting to have to take off work or leave early when I heard on their recording that they also do it on Saturdays from 9am to 1pm. When I arrived everyone I spoke with was really friendly. I also talked to another customer waiting for his vehicle to get done with an oil change and he said he wont take his truck anywhere else. I can understand why. I drove 17 miles to get there but it was totally worth the trip.

I was just there today to get emission testing on my car. The girl who helped me was absolutely amazing! She had an incredible energy and was so helpful and kind. She made my day! I will recommend this place to everyone I know!!!

I had a tire going flat. I called and they got me in quickly and fixed the problem.

Third day in a row trying to get my emissions test at a third business that pops up for providing this service. Called this morning and listened to the prompts of where to go and what to do when I get there for the test. Arrived only to find a sign up saying emissions testing is closed for the winter.

I always go here for emissions they usually have a good system but with covid there system is to have you stand outside and wait which isnt so bad but when its 52 degrees and raining the only place you can stand and not get rained on is in their dumpster shed while theyre gone for however long with your vehicle

Very happy with the oil change service I have gotten several times. There was an unfortunate accident that occurred during my most recent oil change and Brett was very reasonable and took the time to work out a deal to repair the problem. It is so hard to find a trustworthy place that ensures their work and this place does just that. I would recommend this place to others. They also run deals and give customers a chance of winning a free oil change at times which is also an added bonus of being a customer of theirs.

Was greeted promptly. Chose to wait for my car and oil change and tire rotation were done very promptly. I had a terrible experience at a dealer several years ago and swore I would never go back. Very good experience with getting an alignment done in a timely fashion. The only reason that five stars is that I was standing at the counter waiting to check in when the phone rang and instead of asking the person on the phone to hold for a second they took the call that came in instead of helping me first. Got my emissions tested, quick and easy.

They always want to replace everything with new parts and up sell even when the vehicle is a beater and the parts exceed the value of the car. Junk yard parts should always be an option when new makes no sense! Service is slower than comparable shops in town. I recommend Hopkins Auto on the bypass for a better value. This is a good place to get your emissions checked.

Very nice man at the desk..can not recall his name. It is extremely expensive though just for an oil change. The two reasons I go there are location and that it’s open after regular business hours. My dealership charges half and so does a dozen other places.Also I want to add that the emission hours are not effective to “normal” business workers. Yes it’s open Saturday which is nice.

I have had several vehicles here for different reasons and I love how Tim will take me thru step by step explaining everything in detail for me and then leaving the choice to me! They are all very friendly and helpful!! Highly recommend bringing your vehicle there for anything from tires to an oil change to severe engine issues and then even the more simple ones like breaks and gas lines etc!! They are always willing to help you out and work with you!! I will be bringing my vehicles here always!

I was impressed yesterday when I observed the counter person discussing with an elderly lady her service options. Easily could have taken advantage of her but treated her well, explaining that she didn’t need to worry about the particular issue.

They do good work here at a reasonable price, but take FAR too long to do it. I have had to miss 3 days of work this week as they could not get my brake line repaired in less time than 3.5 days- brought in on Saturday, will not receive it back until some time on Wednesday. TOO LONG.Update: In the interest of being fair, I have been a pretty regular customer of Richlonns on Sunset Dr. in Waukesha for a bit better than a year. They do very good work and offer great services at a reasonable price. I STILL think it was far too long to wait for a brake line repair, and so what would normally have been a 5 star review is reduce to 3 stars.

This place will tell you what your car needs and explain it to you. They look at your car specifically and they dont just perform services because its time to do it. They care more about you as a person than Ive seen from any dealership. They charge fair prices and sometimes have coupons!
