If I can go lower then a 1 star I would. They paint a picture for you about how amazing the experience will be with buying a vehicle with them and then not even 4 months later after buying the vehicle it breaks down on you in the middle of the freeway with you 9 months pregnant and your 3 year old daughter in the back seat. And after being told you have the warranty that it will be towed you find out you have to pay out of pocket for it then wait to get reimbursed. Then they refused to help out but they make sure they still get there payments from you even tho they won’t do anything to help you.

They got me back into a hyundai when mines was stolen an crashed. its crazy because its the suv, I would have gotten instead of the elantra that was stolen! thabkyou

Ive been a customer with jd byrider over 5 years now (never missed any payments). Although their financing company is rather fair, their service department is NOT. My vehicle have been serviced over 20 times in the last year! Ive paid for repairs that werent complete! When I address the issues im either ignored or disrespected. The customer service there sucks big time. They leave you waiting for your car with no update. If your looking to build your credit then jd byrider is the place, but if you like me wanting a reliable car, try your luck somewhere else.

My family member has had a car loan for several years now with this company. I’m posting my personal experience. I own a service buisness and have never treated anyone in this manner.I am NOT on the loan or title to a vehicle financed thru CNAC. I have in the past made payments to this institution for my family member. However I’ve repeatedly sent emails and made calls to CNAC to cease using my credit card which they illegally kept on file or draft my bank account without speaking to me and obtaining proper permission.CNAC refuses to delete my information and continued to take payments on my account without my permission to the point that I had to cancel my buisness cards so they were forced to stop.Additionally I get sent demanding texts for payment, calls to my customers work demanding payments all for a car I don’t personally own!!!!I wish I could post the demanding and unprofessional texts I received from an Angela.Thankfully the balance to these people is only around 2k and I will be paying it off shortly. I am reporting their actions and illegal payment withdrawals with the BBB, though at this point I doubt it will matter. I’ve asked for a manager to call me about their unprofessional antics for money on several occasions now and never received a call from any upper management staff. My emails have all went unanswered. If you can I would highly recommend going elsewhere to rebuild your credit. If you do have a loan I’d strongly recommend never giving them an online or phone payment with your financial information as they will take payments on anyone they can regardless of whom is legally responsible or what is ethical for a financial institution to do.
