Called moons guy is rude

Guy was really rude. This guy is lucky I didnt hang up. He told me that if the part I need to fix doesnt fix the problem thats on you and auto zone. You think during a pandemic, youll be BEGGING for my dollars....next shop please. Ill be praying for this business.

Very friendly here, and usually good at communicating whats being done to my vehicle and when. Theyve worked on a couple of my cars and always done a great job, specifically I thought I had a wiring harness issue thanks to the last mechanic I brought it to but Dick was able to quickly diagnose the issue as just an old, weak battery that needed replacing.

I have taken all of my cars here since I was 16 years old, & my dad has been here since before then. Mr. and Mrs. Moon are the best mechanics I have ever had in my life! They will go the extra mile every time and they always guarantee their work! They are mechanics you can trust!
