I have been going to iNET for custom-built computers for about 10 years now. I do audio, video, photo, and graphic arts work, and need to go well beyond the off the shelf type of computer to do my work effectively. iNET PC is easy to work with, always listens to my needs, and builds a computer for me that fits those needs and my budget. I have also taken these computers in for service and upgrades, and have been quite happy with the results. They stand behind their work too...I brought in my newest custom-built computer (by appointment) to address an issue, and they quickly took care of it at no charge. I would definitely recommend checking them out for custom-built computers, upgrades, and all-around great service.

I recently purchased a computer from iNet. Both Richard and RJ were incredibly helpful with finding the computer i needed as well as the data transfer from my old broken computer. Great option for a business looking to grow

Based on iNETs advertising on the radio (naturally), I asked Bill to quote a price for a new desktop PC for my wife. I realize a new PC is so last century, but I knew having the same type of equipment would give my wife plenty of confidence with the new software and operating system (Win10). iNET uses quality components in their builds, and the final product has exceeded my and my wifes expectations. Inet recently updated our old Windows 7 computers to Windows 10. Alex was our amazing Tech Geek. He fit right in with our office team. His work and knowledge is top of the class and his personality brought joy to the entire staff. Their ads on the radio are horrendous. I literally turn the volume down or change the station when his voice comes on. The use of the childish voices are like nails on a chalk board. I literally cannot understand why radio stations accept their advertising when it causes people to change the station. No, Im not a customer, Im just a guy who listens to the radio a lot. My father has used inet for years, so we took our laptop in thinking that the computer would get fixed. Everyday that the computer was there, we would call and ask how the progress was and everyday their answer was maybe done today, if not tomorrow for sure. This went on for one week. The laptop is used for the family business and we depend on it to complete work that provides income to us. We had to turn down 3 different jobs and lost out on that income due to computer not being ready. One technician did not explain on how to access the bitlocker recovery keys, luckily I figured it out and emailed it to the inet employee. The easiest way they could have made this experience better would be to increase communication to the client (us). The laptop is still there, but should have been ready two hours ago (according to their most recent update).

Ive come across many other people on the Web that share the same opinion. Even disgruntled (former) employees dont like working under the lunatic. INETs team is the best! We interviewed 5 marketing firms from Madison to Milwaukee to Chicago. INET was the only one that told us they werent successful unless they helped us earn MORE $$$. No well help increase your social media presence BS! Regardless of who you work with, theyre all extremely responsive and have helped us create a brand/strategy that actually makes sense and is effective! I really appreciate the fact that they track everything and make adjustments based off how people interact with your site. Only regret is I wish we had these people on our team ten years ago!

Had a fantastic experience with INET today. Spectrum was out to upgrade our business service modem. When the tech was done we no longer had internet access. His reply to that issue was that it was on our side of things meaning it was now my problem. I called INET, as they had installed our network switches in the past, and ended up talking to Alex. He assured me he would be out in a few minutes to help us out. He arrived shortly as promised, and had us up and running in less than an hour. I want to Personally thank INET and Alex for taking care of business.

When I inquired with Inet on potentially using them for marketing purposes I was met with a smug and unwelcoming attitude that made me decide to take my business elsewhere, which was the basis for my review. So while I was not a customer, I did attempt to use them and opted not to. While I should not have voiced my displeasure by making fun of their commercial, if someone throws me a softball, Im gonna hit it. You can tell just how triggered the owner is based on the pathetic attempt to embarrass me by going through my reviews and summarizing them(takes a lot more than that to embarrass me). To use a tired and predictable marketing approach with mind melting redundancy and rhetorical questions, as if pulled directly from a 100 level community college course, and then call yourself a genius, isnt just narcissistic, it should be criminal! As many of you know, theres nothing more annoying than a dummy who thinks theyre smart. I have never met a genius who had to let me know how intelligent they were. The owners petty response and predictable narrative show the kind of operation taking place at Inet. Steve and his team will do more for your business and your bottom line BUT ONLY IF YOU LET THEM. You know that friend who always asks for advice; you give it to them; then they ignore you and do the opposite? How many times does that friend complain about how their life has not turned out better? Right. Do NOT be that friend when it comes to iNET. You are hiring a team of marketing geniuses so do yourself a favor and not only listen to their advice but actually follow their advice. SEO rockstars like Nick, Alyssa and Tamara have taken my websites to new heights and are always on top of the latest search and Google trends.
