They didnt close my oil cap properly one time and it caused some oil leakage and even though I went back to jiffy lube to have it fixed I feel like you need to be more attentive especially with cars. And I was there today 20 minutes before closing time and they turned me away. As someone in customer service myself you are supposed to help all customers till closing time especially if they are a regular supporting customer. Very unprofessional.

Myself activelyWatching her she seem confused and unacknowledgaable of her job.She under inflated my tire luckly nicely asked on of the men there to make use of my oil change wasdone correctly.

The service at this location was excellent. The young man who greeted me upon my arrival was very courteous. I am a big believer in customer service, so when I see and receive good customer service, I make it a point to let them know they are doing an excellent job, and I let my friends know, as well. Too often, I receive service at places where the employees just don’t care and you can see it when you’re observing them. The young man who greeted me and cleaned my windows did not know I was watching him. He cleaned my windows from top to bottom and wiped every spot like he really cared and I appreciated that. The cashier was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me thoroughly about what needed to be done. He wasn’t pushy to try and up-sell me. He showed me what the concerns were and explained what they could do. This team worked very well together. They communicated with each other throughout the whole process. If something spilled under the hood, do you think they wiped it up? Yes, they did! I appreciated this service team. Thank you Carlos, Kasim, Irvin, and Sam.

I went for a rideshare inspection. They tried to charge me double when I said it was was for both Uber and Lyft. I remarked that it was the same inspection! The guy said yeah but its two different forms (Jeez, I guess it was a huge effort to tick off the checkboxes on BOTH pages). I said no thanks, just do the one. I submitted the same report to the agencies and they both accepted it.

They welcomed me at my car door, greeted me, opened my door, escorted me to the office, held the door open for me and told me that they will be starting on the car momentarily and someone would be right with me. Someone walked in the door less than a minute later and discussed with me the options I had with prices. I made a cup of coffee and before I finished my first cup they were done with the car. The office was clean their uniforms were clean and neat. They were true professionals.I highly recommend this place!I will definitely be coming back!

Fast, efficient service

A location in Zion messed up our skid plate and were being very difficult in getting the issue resolved, so we took our car to this location instead and not only did they do a wonderful job helping with the skid plate issue and also getting our oil changed, the manager Louis also contacted the other store in an effort to get our issue resolved, as well as giving us additional advice on how to get this reimbursed and let us take pictures of the damage. The whole team was absolutely wonderful and we will definitely be coming back here!

Went in for an oil change that almost turned into a nightmare - no fault of my own or of Jiffy Lube staffs, just an unexpected mishap. What could have turned into a major issue was quickly resolved by the Jiffy Lube staff. They kept me updated on what they were doing and got the issue fixed in a timely manner. They also gave me a discount for the inconvenience even though I was not visibly upset. Its nice to be rewarded for being patient and understanding. Thank you!

I drive a Passat with almost 240k miles; its got its fair share of issues. I dont have much fun taking this car in for work anywhere. Im told to buy this and that, it needs a blah blah blah. When I came in for an oil change here, that was all they sold me; an oil change. Not pushy in the slightest, extremely friendly, and FAST. Highly recommend!

DO NOT GO HERE. I went in to get a quote on a simple drain and fill on my transmission fluid (I have a manual transaxle so it’s easier than an oil change. I pull up and they don’t have a single car in their shop. Someone was in front of me so they talk to that person and I leave my car outside and walk inside as instructed by an employee. I wait about 10 minutes as ALL 3 of them were, what it seems like, just looking at the other customers car. Then someone comes and greets me and says it’ll be $130. I got very surprised and asked why so much? He said “it’s a transmission service we have to charge you that”. I tell him I don’t want a service, just a simple drain and fill. He refuses and keeps telling it’ll be $130 because they’re aren’t a “mom and pop” shop so they charge what it says. Very rude and disrespectful. They will try to rip you off. Do not go here.

Do not go here. 3 years ago I paid for an oil change. On the way home my engine locked up. They forgot to put the new oil in. They had to pay for a whole new engine in my car. This is not the first time theyve done this to people. Just Careless

The female technician (Carmen) is rude and disrespectful. I and another customer had coupons and she told me if the code goes through I can have it and refused the other customers coupon, customers pick these places based on these coupons, you should not begin work unless the coupon is verified. I asked her why i could not use the coupon, no answer, if there are coupons and they are not expired we should get the discount especially if it is not a location specific coupon. She had attitude when asked I asked her if there was a corporate number I could call and complain, her statement back was there could be But I dont know it (with attitude). Then I asked if there was a number or an owner I could call to complain she ignored that request as if I had said nothing at all. I asked her if her name was on the paperwork; because she had no name tag on, she said YEP! It is on there (with attitide again) but failed to show me where. Her demeanor, posture, replies to requests and attitude made that specific Jiffy lube unappealing and a place I will not return to, just because of her. Everyone else was wonderful polite, had smiles on their faces and seemed genuinely happy to be there and made the test of the experience, wonderful. I did end up getting the discount after returning attitude. So I guess I can thank her for that.

If you have Uber inspections dont go here. The interesting thing is that we took the same car to a different location, and it passed and that was before we put new tires on it and new brake pads. This place has poor quality customer service also they will try to sell you extra services that your car does not need.

I went to this Jiffy Lube #1812 in Waukegan, IL for an Uber vehicle inspection. Gaston Placa II said I had failed due to:Ball joints needed replacement.Both tie rods needed replacement.Bushings needed replacement.He recommended me to go to a mechanic right behind the Jiffy Lube called As and mention his name to a person by the name of Issac Miguel to get a discount.Long story short I did not go there I went to my mechanic to have the vehicle looked at. Well, I was told that I only needed 1 tire rod replaced and not both and thats it. He also told me that I recently had my ball joints replaced on 2/9/2015 and he believed that they were trying to charge me for unnecessary repairs.The very next day I went to Firestone and was approved with no incident even without doing the recommended repairs from Jiffy Lube.
