I’ve been going here since high school, before I had braces 😁. Anyways service always has been excellent, everyone there are always friendly and attentive. Hygienist Sue was there for a long time and I loved her she was so sweet. Just met Laura and she’s great too so attentive as well. Always have a great experience. Got my cavities 🦷 covered perfectly by dr. Gregory the best. I’ve recommend it to coworkers and they’ve liked.

Staff and dentist are very professional. I have been getting some work done here and have had nothing but good experiences on every visit. I highly recommended.

Dr. Ocampo has been my dentist for 13 years. My kids love him. He always sees us on time and are never double booked by the receptionist. He has worked on all our teeth and weve never had any problems. I give Dr. Ocampo five stars because he has helped me with my fear of dentists. I would recommend him 100 percent.

Amazing dentist!!!! Dr. Ocampo has done 2 crowns for me on my front teeth. I was in an auto accident. They waited for payment from the Auto Insurance Company which took forever. I have had these crowns for five years now and still look great. Thank you Dr. Ocampo, Sue and staff.

The office is clean, but the scheduling and billing have been messed up several times. My wife has had two separate appointment to see the dentist for a regular checkup. He has not shown up for either of them, with no warning until she was in the office. I find it very inconsiderate considering most people take time off work to go in for things like regular cleanings. It seems like other reviewers have similar experiences with their scheduling. In regards to billing, they are currently trying to bill us for seeing the dentist the first time he canceled. The office is insisting that despite no service being rendered by the dentist, that we (rather our insurance) still owes them.Finally, I gave them one last chance and I had the first appointment of the day. I arrived 5 minutes before the appointment and the office was locked. No one showed up to let me in until 15 past the hour. Then they had to spend another 15 minutes setting up. Seriously, if the first appointment is at 8am dont you think theyd show up prior to that to get the office ready? Makes me wonder how clean it really is. If you cant even show up on time for a patient can you be expected to competently perform medical duties as well?

Dr. Ocampo and his Team are the BEST!I started going to Dr. Ocampo about a year and a half ago.I am a real wimp in the dentist chair and I no longer fear the trip to the dentist!Not only are the Dr. and Team extremely professional in their work and the technology used, but they are really nice people and make me feel as comfortable as one can be in the chair.I also received a complete dental plan and had visibility to the work and expense recommended to perfect my mouth. Their prices are really reasonable too.My teeth and gums are in the best shape in 25 years!Thanks Doc!

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Ocampo for several years. Dr. Ocampo and his staff are always very friendly, helpful and professional. We have always felt comfortable in their care and highly recommend them!

The worse dental care I have ever received! I had a crown placed about a yr ago and have had problems with it ever since! Ive had to have two different oral surgeries to try and correct the deep pocketing due to the crown being to long ....

If I could give no stars I would! I have been bringing my cousin here a few times with little to no problems. Today was the worse experience. My cousin who is a lil 7 year old was treated so bad by this dentist. He kept telling her she didnt need to cry even though she felt all the fillings, he said she was acting like a baby. And said in a threatening way if he didnt finish today she would have to come back for more pain... Im telling everyone not to come to this dentist cause if he is gonna be treating patients especially children so rudely there must be something wrong with him mentally!!!!

My partner and I both had crowns placed by this dentist about 3 years ago. Last year, my partners crown fell off and she had to have it reattached by our regular dentist in Canada. Our dentist mentioned that the reason the crown did not adhere well was that an inferior type of cement was used. He also said that Ocampo would probably have reattached the crown gratis. We wrote to Ocampo and described what happened, asking his office to reimburse us for the Canadian dentists costs. Later we phoned and spoke to the office manager, who became abusive and refused. We reported this to the Dental Board of California, but they said that they could not act because no crime was committed. Today, my crown fell off as well. I would never recommend this charlatan to my worst enemy.

These guys are amazing...Another local dentist did a hatchet job on me, and thank God For Dr. Ocampo. He was able to fix the problem. I can now drink cold water again without thinking I just got struck by lightning. A+ Job and people.

My neighbor recommended Dr.Ocampo for my dental needs, i saw Dr. Ocampo only once and was reschedule 3 times in one month,and when i cancelled the office manager (ripped me a new one)treated me like a worthless no good person. I know i needed a lot of work. and i was willing to have the work done but offices like this dont deserve my business. as for the office manager she needs to get a class on customer service.

I just moved to Watsonville and needed a new dentist in the area. Dr. Ocampo has great chairside manners. Staff is very friendly. Sue the hygienist is funny and sweet. She did a great job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Ocampo found 2 small fillings that had already been diagnosed by my previous dentist unbeknownst to him. Scheduled for the following week. He did them in 30 minutes, no pain! This is a great office.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had pain medication after my root canal. They tracked down a pharmacy that carried the prescription I needed. I like how you can confirm with a text message now since I cant pick up at work when they call. Stellar service.

I have been Dr. Campos patient for a few years and couldnt be more satisfied. I highly recommend him. He is so professional and easy to deal with.
