Wasting my time bro. I was just told to wait an hour so I got my daughter ready got ready and went out with my girl 10min early just in case to be nice they didnt eventeven call me to tell me that they couldnt do it tell later. Very disappointing.
Very unprofessional one of your cab drivers hit a bicyclist Tuesday morning not only did the driver not want to stop after hitting the cyclist he proceeded to get out of the taxi and yell at the young girl bullying her to believe it was her fault. No police report was written due to the taxi driver scaring the girl so much she left on her bike to get to work. She is now suffered injuries due to the impact and your company has been very unprofessional in getting back to her
I called because I needed a ride to work, and then they didn’t show up to the right house and when I called the man argued with me and told me the man wasn’t going to pick me up because he’s been doing this for 30 years and has never went a wrong house. And the man on the phone was screaming at me and arguing with me.

Extremely unreliable. Ive had countless terrible experiences with them. You can schedule a ride at a certain time, they will either be 30 mins late, or 30 mins early and then leave before your listed time, then blame it on you for not being there.Had a driver who came 20 mins late, came to my pickup location and waited 30 secs before driving off, before I could even get to the door. I had to call them back, and when I mentioned it to the driver, she got extremely aggressive and rude, and drove unprofessionally. And just to top it off, she tried to overcharge me for the ride.Unfortunately this is the only cab service that operates here with regularity. If you can get an Uber, always do that before you try Yellow cab.

YC has never let us down yet, they are always available and we have never been disappointed or dropped yet.
Sometimes the people can be difficult and you might be waiting for an hour or two with them telling you 30 min again and again.
Drivers are dirty, smoke in the vehicles, ride other drivers bumpers, give the finger to other motorist. Dont call them. Call Clarence Henry.

My girlfriend and I were called a cab from WalMart to Mavis on ARSENAL Street. The dispatch told us it would be 15-20 minutes. A half hour went by, mind you we had to get back to get the car before Mavis closed, and we called back, and were told that #11 was on his way...another 10 minutes went by before he arrived. Upon getting in the cab, he rudely said he wasnt sure if we were who he was there for, (there was literally no one else outside), and then I had to reiterate twice that it was Mavis on ARSENAL not STATE. The driver was also so preoccupied with the football game he was watching on his phone that he passed out destination, and had to turn around and drop us off. Worst service I have ever received from this company. For the record, if anyone from Yellow Cab reads this, it was the driver in cab 11 (van) between 4 and 445 on Sunday, Jan. 24, 2021.
I put in a time call three hours before and they never showed up. Made me late to work.
The last 5 times Ive called for a cab Ive was given a time by the female dispatcher. The first 2 times took twice as long as I was told. Yesterday I called and was told half an hour. Had to call back and hour later to find out where it was. Called again in the afternoon to go to a different place and was told 45 minutes. 2 hours later, no cab! Cancelled it at that time. Called this morning and was told 20- 25 minutes. It is now an hour later and you guessed it, No CAB! Im now late for work. Worst service ever!!!!20 minutes late to work. Never using again!!!

Used this company on numerous occasions and they’ve been late multiple times. The people you speak to on the phone about these issues are extremely rude and unprofessional. You can ask for a cab to pick you up at 7:30 and they won’t get there till 8. The drivers are rude and the cars smell like cigarette smoke. During COVID-19 they’ve picked up 3 customers at a time in one vehicle. The also don’t wear masks.
Cab driver was a sweet lady. The Owner? who answered the phone was rude. He said 45-50 minutes. Driver showed up over an hour and a half later. No phone call. Didn’t return calls when I called to see if the driver was still coming. I ordered another cab thinking Yellow Cab wasn’t coming. Then had to cancel that one and pay a cancel fee when this driver finally arrived. Won’t use Yellow Cab again.

I waited for a two cabs or an hour w it to never show up. The man on the phone told us to wait outside so we did, in the cold, for an hour. The first cab showed up but went to my neighbors instead I guess he didn’t bother to check house numbers, but left because he didn’t see us, he didn’t wait a minute or even 30 seconds. Just left. I have had some horrible experience with this companies time management I love the fact that they charge a flat rate but they have issues with getting to where you are on time. I was stuck waiting almost an hour for a cab I called ahead of time and told the cab to be there at 9:00. I have had multiple situations that resulted in me taking a different route of transportation or me being so late to where I had to be because there were so many stops. If you are going to use this company which is something I still suggest just call them like an hour or two before you are actually supposed to be there so you don’t end up in the same situation.

Had a FULL Cab of people at 10:00pm on 10/24/2019 and I took cab #7. The driver denied allowing my husband sitting in the front seat because he was A MAN!Im not sure if this cab company does training on discrimination (of all forms) but you cant deny someone a service that is given to everyone, just because of that persons gender.
Supposed to be to work at 1:30 p i call the cab at 1:00 its 2:12 and Im still waiting Ive seen three yellow cabs drive by my house with no passengers in them, also the last couple times Ive used yellow cab during my ride they detoured to pick up other passengers which is illegal
Had a lady in a yellow taxi cab van pull in extremely close to my vehicle today in a parking lot, roll down her window and say you like following me? and make some other comment as I rolled my window up. I have absolutely no idea what the issue was but I feel it was very unnecessary and made me uncomfortable especially with a baby in the car. Very unprofessional and un-called for.
I personally dont have a problem dispatch goes out his/her way to accommodate me with any issues or concerns I may have.. I enjoy most of the drivers a few scared the heck out of me( Bad Driving)..I love riding with Mr. Pat, Dave their are some others.. I rode with James Townsend yesterday hes very professional, polite I didnt have struggle with my walker he assisted me made sure I safely on the side walk..This young man is truly a great asset to your team .. I had a issue this morning while dropping my wife off at samaritan medical center as I routinely do my wife is using crouches just so you know. This driver in yellow cab #17 this morning around 6:50am was sitting under carport entrance to hospital on Washington street side when I pulled up thought they were going to be moving on nope just sat there. So I blew my horn hoping they might move up and no they didnt so my wife being partially disabled had to work here way around to get into the hospital on here crouches. After my wife finally got safely in the hospital doors I still had to pull around them and when I did I see the Male driver just sitting there on his phone. I hope that other disabled people never have the same disrespect from a company as I did. I hope this can company tells there drivers to move up out of the way even if they are waiting for someone or whatever. All I ask is for a little respect towards disabled people!!To Owner: In response to my complaint your excuse is that there there at 6:50 am to probably pick up a patient? Ok maybe from the ER. but make it a practice to be considerate of others that need to use the same entrance especially that early
The last 3 times I have called for a cab, they have taken an insanely long time. Or Ive been forgotten. My husband called to schedule a cab, we were told 10-15 minutes. My husband once again just called to check up, and was hung up on. I definitely do not recommend them! Yes I have had a few good experiences. The cab drivers Ive had are great. But Im over the poor service at times.

Took cab #5 tonight and she refused to give me a ride unless I wore a seatbelt while riding in theback. (Even after I told her I had severe anxiety and that wearing a belt would terrify me and make me feel trapped and incredibly uncomfortable)Law states that rear passengers are NOT required to wear seatbelts, and this includes in a taxi!Not to mention once we did start driving, she started screaming profanity out the window at the other people in neighboring cars.*I didnt even mention that the SAME DRIVER tried to charge me extra for having groceries* (She said that it cost triple what the fare was and that she was allowed to charge whatever she felt was a fair fare.)How are yall even in business still.

Today a yellow taxi was behind me on the road, and I was behind a car that was going under the speed limit. Therefore I was not going the speed limit. The yellow taxi was right on my tail the entire time, about a 10 minute drive. We then went into 2 lane traffic. The yellow taxi proceeded to speed around me, get in front of me and slow to 30 mph in a 45, breaking hard in front of me. Then he gets in the lane next to me and maintains speed right next to me so he can stare me down.First off, I did not create the slow traffic, I was behind another car who was creating it. I dont see why he singled me out. Second, if you cannot control your road rage over someone going less than 5 miles under the speed limit then you probably shouldnt be driving a taxi. To do stupid things like this while in a van clearly marked with the company you work for is a new level of ignorance.

I had coordinated an early morning pick-up to the airport (PCS move) with White cab via the email and confirmed with a telephone call the night before. Not only did they not show up the following morning, but they did not answer their phone. I desperately contacted yellow cab to see if they could pick me up so I did not miss my flight. Not only did they pick me up in record time, but the cost was cheaper than what white cab quoted. They are reliable, dependable, and worth the call. Thank-you.
Today I got a cab from the mall to my home and the driver asked me how much it was for me to get there earlier so I said my friend dropped me off i didnt take a cab. So normally drivers charge me $9 from Walmart to my home how is it more from the mall? So I get out and call, the dispatcher says well what did he charge you? I said $10 he says sounds good.... Is this a joke right now? Out of all the years I used this cab if u want a tip ask dont make up prices. A suggestion would be to have a pricelist posted in the car because if your drivers dont know the cost at least there is something to refer to.
Never had a good experience with this company. But lastnight I had the best experience yet because of the driver I had and his name is Donny cab 14. I recommend this driver to everyone great attitude and hospitality. Im definitely gonna request him for now on.

I’ve been a customer for over 9 years. But within the past few years, I get charged different prices for going to the same places. I’ve been charged any where from double to almost triple. I’ve even got into a few disagreements with some taxi drivers. Their excuse is that they’re coming from Watertown. But I could of sworn you’re only suppose to be charged from pickup to destination? And they’ve had dispatchers to back them. There are some drivers and dispatchers that are really nice, but having some make up prices is utterly ridiculous and with the ratings I see, it’s going from bad to worse.
Dispatch wasnt the friendliest but who is? Our cabbie (#14) was super helpful with great appropriate conversation and wasnt late either times that I called. Sounds like most everybody that waited an hour did so at busy times of the day, what did you expect? Thanks guys :)
Driver was rude and late picking me up and had other passengers with me when i requested to be picked up hours in advance. After at 12 hour work day I simply wanted to go home and not deal with a rude driver
This is the most slowest cab company I have seen around Watertown they make people wait for long periods of times to get a cab and also make people late for work as well I wish this company would be quicker to get there customers to where they got to go

I have used this cab service several times. They have been punctual and friendly every time. The dispatch tends to be a bit curt, but for the price it is a good value.
Used cab once before and the cab was an hour late! Called twice asking where it was and the second time the lady was very rude about it. Used it again cause I didnt have a choice and the driver was very rude and kept looking down at something that was in his lap. Ran a yellow light, yelling at other cars and tried to over charge me! Most of the day time drivers are very polite but this one was very rude and tried telling me the price was 11 dollars when everyone else for the past month has been charging me 9 dollars and even dispatch said it was 9!

Well, I can honestly say I wont be recommending W.E.R. Yellow Cab. I thought I would need a cab after dropping my rental car off to take me back home and when I found out wouldnt need one, I called the guy back to let him know and to apologize if I inconvenienced them. I barely got out I wont need a cab anymore before he got really rude really quick and proceeded to just hang up on me. It is what it is, I guess, but just wanted to let other people known just in case they were looking for a more friendly cab company.
Very reliable cab, but customer service is horrible! Its like they hire freakin animals to work at this place! The last time I used this cab service I got a driver that was chewing tobacco and spitting the entire ride! Who does that???!!! Youre employees are a bunch of degenerates! Please start doing better!
Continually late for literally everytime I call. I called at 4:25 a.m. for a pickup at 4:45 a.m., understanding due to their inability make scheduled times that I would have a pickup by 5 a.m. and reaching my destination by 5:15 a.m. Well, this driver is literally picking everyone up on the way, after I was already picked up 45 minutes late, he did not properly prioritize jobs. I am now horribly late to work and was put past people who called minutes before pickup. Thanks Yellow Cab, I really appreciate it.

Traveled to the same place but charge two different prices! I arrived at the Watertown airport and went to my hotel in Evans Mills and was charged $26 two days ago. I traveled back from the same hotel to the airport and was charged $17 and questioned the driver who showed me proof of the fees...I didnt want to base my experience off other reviews but this is bad business...oh and I have the receipts for proof.
After numerous unsuccessful attempts with Lyft, I placed a call to this company to request a lift to the airport. Dispatch said that the he will send a cab and that was it. I was unsure if one was really going to come because the conversation was so short and without much details. However, the cab arrived within 5 mins. The cab driver was a nice lady who provided me with a safe trip from the hotel to the airport. Being from out of town, I did not realize that I was extremely early for my flight, but I am happy that WER Yellowcab got me here safe and sound. I would recommend.
I called this morning at 8am sharp for a cab to be at my door to pick me up at 840am. I call at 852 because the cab is still not here the owner response is he should be pulling up in a few. Our driver was definitely under the influence of alcohol and I called their dispatch to inform them and I got the response of nahh my drivers arent drunk... Super professional. Im glad your customers are in good hands.
I just want to say Ive never come across such disrespect and rudeness in my life. Every time we call we ALWAYS get hung up on. Something needs to be done about the daytime dispatcher. And like others say they say 15 min but yet you wait an hour or more. I was a regular customer but you guys have lost my business due to how rude and disrespectful the day time dispatcher is.
I feel I am being nice giving two stars. Cab was dirty and smell of heavy smoke as well as the driver. It took 40 minutes to come pick me up from the airport. There is no credit card machine in the car. The driver stated he would have to call it in. Never do this over open air waves. And there is no way of verfing rates. A four mile trip cost 12 buck..The receipt was a joke, the driver scribbled on some paper....I cannot turn it in for travel pay...so I paid for that trip out of pocket. Long story short if you need to be somewhere on time in a clean riding enviroment Do not take the Yellow Cad.

Then when I asked for the managers name the dispatcher thought it was appropriate to hang up on me. I use to take this taxi 5 days a week and that one experience ruined it all!! Wouldnt accept a credit card despite GIANT stickers on side window (maybe holding the window together) advertising all the accepted cards. They will be out of business the same week NY state authorizes Uber.....and good riddance.

This has got to be the worst services I have ever paid for.I had a surgery to be done today and couldnt drive myself to the Samaritan Hospital since I was going to be having general anesthesia.I called the day prior of my surgery to make sure they would be at my house in time, I scheduled the driver for 7am, they arrived the next morning 20 minutes late.When I made the appointment I made sure to tell them how important was to be on time!I called 7:10 to ask if something had happened, the guy over the phone was really rude and told me that the driver was on his way... could have at least apologized for it.Very unprofessional people. Then when the driver got there he got offended when I had asked for a card for someone to speak, and said I was a liar calling the dispatch lady rude. They’re always just mean and miserable. Worst cab ride ever. Cab #8 picked us up with another guy in the front I ask if we can stop by McDonalds the driver immediately says no and then we ask why not? And he asks us if we want to walk then he overheard a conversation in the back figures get out my buddy is gay and he goes on a tirade about how homophobic he is and at the gate the drunk guy up front tried to get us to fight him. Then we ask for his name and he wont tell us and says if we write bad reviews on the Internet he is going to get ahold of our chain of command. And to top it all off he smoked the whole ride and the cab stank. Definitely not military friendly!

I was able to get picked up in 5 minutes and since I was on crutches the driver even got out to help me into the van, they took me from coffeen street too post for 12$ but if you use a debit card theres a 3$ fee so in total I paid 15$, 5 stars because the driver was really nice and helpful and he was a navy vet :)
