Nice guy, but the Ill be there in 20 minutes turned out to be an hour. He went to the wrong place for pick up. Good thing I had plenty of time to get to the airport.

I was in a real tough situation with getting my Canadian wife into Canada during the lockdown. Chris worked with me to find the best legal way to get her to see her family. He went well over what someone would expext. He took a lot of time to explain what we had to do. He was very professional. Great service and great attitude!

Chrisns transportation was the company I used while in Watertowm. He was the only transportation company that answered the phone when I called needing a ride to and from the airport multiple times in the past three days. He is reasonably priced and has a very professional manner. He was extremely helpful when I needed to gonto.the airport super early. If you need a transport service I suggest using his services. The other 4 companies I called didnt answer he did.

Chris was great and we would highly recommend him. He drove us to the Canadian border and was extremely helpful, he knew all of the precautions in place and how to make everything as smooth as possible!!

Had a very good experience with Chris. He came within 10 minutes and drove me to Walmart. Pleasant conversation during the trip. Car was clean and he drove professionally. Called for the return trip, he showed up in 25 minutes. If I need a cab, I will be calling Chris back.

I called in advance for transport. Was told theyd meet me at my requested location in 15 minutes, same time of arrival as me to bring me back to work. 45 minutes later after 4 calls unanswered, I was told the driver was pulled over and on their way, and about to pull in. 20 minutes later the driver was still not there. I called again, no answer. Waited 15 minutes more again no answer not even a courtesy call back. I was waiting for over an hour for a car that never showed up. Seriously, AWESOME. Great service. 👍🖕 Do not recommend.

Got the address wrong and instead of calling me, driver just left and I had to be the one to call and ask where the cab was 10 minutes after driver was supposed to pick me up. Finally got the address right and was able to get to work. Have tried multiple times and will get canceled on, it was a last resort. Not using again.

I was as I feel overcharged for going 3.5 miles. It took chris himself 40 minutes to pick me up. Then when I got picked up he said he had to pick up someone else. Im not from Watertown and was very disappointed with the service of this taxi company. Charged me $ 17. While he dropped off the other person 1st. If I ever come back here I wont be calling him EVER.!!!!!!!!No safe practices, he didnt wear a mask nor did the other person.. I hope he rethinks his pricing cause 17 dollars was an straight out overcharge.

Clean nice cars could be better on timing and making sure they are legally registered as a taxi because if they se hit by a car or something the taxi insurance is what covers it and theyre driving rentals as.taxis have been for a long time and the busted up blue ford fusion that has been in accidents and is a personal car i.know this personally

Had good and bad experiences with Chris Taxi. The drivers are very polite and are usually on time. Last time though, I was expected to get picked up at 1:30 pm. At 1:35 pm, I called 4-5 times and no one answered. So I ended up late to work waiting for my Husband to leave his job and pick me up.I have been understanding and flexible with this company because of the drivers and their service. But, I will only call them now if I absolutely have to.

The wait alone was enough to make me write this so people dont have to wait on a taxi service a half an hour late. Though the service wasnt any better I will refuse to use this service any longer. The sad thing is if this was the first time offence I would have let it slide, but with this being a consistent problem I hope others will rethink their use of this taxi service.

Said they were out front but never showed up to the correct spot. After waiting over an hour i called again and they decided to actually send someone to the right place but never came again and took another 30 mins. finally called and cancelled the ride and told the guy how upset i was with his business only for him to not care and hung up on me. good way to lose business.

Never again NEVER again will i call for a ride! Not to mention i called at 6:09 pm and was told that my driver would be here at 20 mins. I was cook with that because i i work at 7. I understand the checks on fort Drum but now it’s 6:50 and here i am standing in my garage waiting for a driver that isn’t showing up!! The guy i spoke to on the phone sound like he was just getting into his car! Like I’m so fed up at this point!!!

The owner Chris picked me up early and got me to work early I was very thankful . his car is very clean and great prices. I will use this company again and I will refer my family and friends to him.

He was speeding through Walmart parking lot and he had to push the brakes pretty hard just stopped in time before hitting me. I had to tell him when he rolled his window down that he needs to slow up for the simple fact there are kids that come out of the store and it doesnt take but a split second it for him to not push the brakes in time. His excuse was he stopped for me Im like yeah but you had to push your brakes pretty hard.

This company takes WAY too long to come. Called around 2:40pm today and was told it would be 30mins. Waited almost 2 hours and then they decided to tell us to call another company because they didn’t know where their driver was. I do NOT recommend this service.

Always promises 15 -20 minutes but never shows up within that time frame making me late for work or appointments. Not worth the price just call All Seasons Dispatch or Yellow Cab.

Never used this service. But the drivers drive about 30 in a 15mph residential private road area where kids play around. Absolutely not!

Called them 4 times on different occassions 1st time showed up everything was fine 2nd time never showed up third time I had a 2pm appointment they showed up around 2:15 when I called them it was 1:30 didnt think it would take more than 30 minutes to be picked up 4th time they didnt show up again I had groceries including ice cream and a bag of ice both arrived melted after I waited 45 minutes and they never showed up luckily a co worker ran into me when he was shopping and offered to give me a ride home with my melted ice bag and ice cream. Ill pay the $3.00 more for Uber from now on hopefully the new cab service coming to Watertown will be better.

By far Watertowns Best Taxi Service. Quick pick up and delivery. They also will pre schedule pickups which is nice if you have be somewhere at a certain time. Owner is a Veteran that is welcoming to Military customers. Service is great...Chris is very accommodating and friendly. He is willing to go the extra mile for his customers.

Over charged. Picked up from the airport and taken to the Econolodge hotel charged 20$. Used same person in the morning to take me to my apartment. He waited 10 minutes while I signed papers and the charged me 60$ ( ridiculous). Used him again to go to Walmart and each time was a different price. Seemed like he just made up prices the prices that he wanted. They were never the same. Started using Yellow Cab to go to Walmart 5 minutes away and was charged 7$ compared to 10$ to 20$ with Chris’s taxi. Over charged and felt ripped off. Won’t be using you guys again. I well be using yellow cab service if needed.The owner kept his word and personally picked my wife and I up on time. Very impressed and happy with his service. I am sure he dealt with the other driver I had before. So, I would recommend if you have any issues call and talk to the owner, he is honest a good guy. He will make it right. If I need taxi service again I will use Chris’s taxi. Very impressed again with the owner taking care of business for his customers! Thank you!

Driver veered into the oncoming lane while setting the GPS, which he then ignored, taking a longer route. Very frustrating after a ten minutes out wait to be picked up that turned into half an hour. Otherwise a clean cab, friendly driver, and alright rate.
