Watertown Taxi was convenient. right on time to pick me up, and took me to the airport in the middle of rush hour with plenty of time to catch my flight. The price was competitive with Uber and Lyft, but without the hassle of wondering if they were going to come or not. A great service!

I was stuck after Uber didn’t have any rides available at 4 am. I called hoping that someone would answer and luckily Watertown taxi was available at the time. If you need to get a taxi anytime, make a reservation! And expect amazing service. I’m so thankful for a clean, safe and friendly ride to the airport.

I called for a last minute ride to the airport because Uber fell through. I got picked up right away and had a very comfortable ride - saved me a lot of time and stress! I will definitely be going here first next time.

Watertown Taxi saved me when my scheduled Uber was over 30 minutes late and I was going to miss my train. They came 3 minutes after I called at 5am. The driver, Moe, was friendly, polite and his car was immaculate. Forget Uber, I will stick with Watertown Taxi!

I love Watertown Taxi, and used it very early Sunday Morning for a trip to Logan for a flight. It is over 15 times in the last 5 years that I have used this service, and every time it has been a great experience. Moe drove us and we were very please again with his service. Thanks

Yikes. I called and was given a wait time of 5-7min. After 10+ min I called again to check, and they said they were 3 min away. I waited. Waited. Tried to call again and they wouldnt answer.Finally when they pulled up (15min? Which certainly isnt a terrible amount of time to wait, its just longer than I was told up front and so I couldnt tell if they were no-showing on me) the van was FILTHY, and the guy wasnt wearing a mask. I asked him if he would wear one and he became upset but put one partially on.When I asked him to confirm the advertised price of $30 flat rate to the airport, he said it was $42. He became agitated and claimed I didnt read the ad correctly - however you will see plenty of other reviews here indicating the same poor advertising and being upset and misinformation. He became upset and said it was my choice if I didnt know how/chose not to read all the information.I asked to get out. They definitely are not upfront about their airport fees as seen in many other reviews.I called a Lyft.

Watertown Taxi just failed this family for a SCHEDULED pickup from the airport after landing back in Boston from a vacation. We scheduled a ride earlier in the day for a pickup from Logan airport at 10 PM at night with the need for a child’s booster seat. The dispatcher told me to call back once we landed to let them know we arrived. I did and I spoke to Greg who said we were not scheduled and he had no notes about the need for a booster seat. We are traveling with two young children under the age of 7, with no other options, one of the parents has to take a more expensive ride home to pick up our own car and then has to drive back into the airport to pick up the rest of the family. Keeping the kids up and extra couple of hours after what was already a really long day. No one will be in bed before 1 am thanks to Watertown Taxi. Greg tried to help and was understanding but at the end of the day the company was completely unreliable and really screwed up our return home. The only reason I didn’t give them 1 star is the fact that we have used them in the past many times and found them great. Again Greg seemed to take understanding of the situation but couldn’t fix their mistake. However they need to be reliable EVERY TIME their services are called upon. They couldn’t have picked a worst time/day to be unreliable. There really is just no excuse. Shame on them.

Made a reservation for a 4:30 a.m. pick up to Logan this morning! Driver was five minutes early, very friendly, professional and an excellent driver. I will use this service again! I took an Uber FROM the airport, what a rip-off they were!

Requested a ride to Logan and was quoted a price of $29.50. Person showed up in a sedan with no markings. Rude driver told us the price is $40 because of tolls however the plates didn’t have “ livery” markings. Overall bad business practice. Driver showed up early and said he was in a rush . I would rather WALK TO AIRPORT than take Watertown Taxi. If you paid me to ride with Watertown taxi I would still WALK. It’s would be an admission of mental illness to choose Watertown Taxi.Sincerely, New Uber customer

I was at the BC football game and needed to get back to Watertown. Instead of waiting for the bus or jumping trains I found watertown taxi on my iPhone. The service was quick and reliable. With a few minutes of my call, the taxi arrived and knew exactly where I was going in Watertown. Sometimes its hard to find a good cab company who knows where you are going based only on an address. The driver knew the roads very well which saved my fair from unnecessary lights and stops. I would recommend then to anyone looking for dependable service.I read that they service Newton as well so will definitely use them again next time I visit my mother in Newton Corner.

I work at a restaurant and tonight had called a cab for a gentleman in a wheelchair, dispatcher hung up on me multiple times and has waited nearly 2 hrs for his cab. This gentleman has ms, and cannot drive himself. I explained this to dispatcher only to be hung up on, uber or lift recomended highly over this service that doesnt care about its customers, or even a handicapped gentleman that cannot get around by himself.

Was in watertown needing a cab to chinatown, made a call and got a cab in 3 min. Clean, drove responsibly, went great.....try to have cash! Not as credit card friendly as some of the big taxi companies........would call again in a second!

Made a reservation for 4:30am the next morning and asked for the flat rate to the airport. The dispatcher confirmed everything so I thought it was set. Cab was on time and driver was polite until we got to the airport and he charged me $42 with the tolls. I asked if that was the amount of tolls on top of the flat rate and he said because I didnt ask for the flat rate when I got in the cab, it was now $42 instead of the $30 advertised. He refused to change it.Im too nice of a person not to tip so I didnt make a huge fuss. However, when I come back I will choose Uber or another service.And I will make sure potential customers know that this company is shady and does not stand by its advertisements. Pick someone else; it may be more expensive but at least itll be upfront.

Dispatcher was incredibly rude to me. Now I see why Uber is taking over

The dispatcher was surly and unhelpful. When I called to reserve a cab, I asked if it accepted credit cards, and she said that of course it did, as if I were stupid to even ask. Then, once we got to our destination, the driver said that he could only take cash. When I called afterward to complain, I received even more attitude from the same dispatcher, rather than an apology.

Scheduled a pick up time in advance- waited 15 minutes past the scheduled time and called back at which time they confirmed the taxi was on the way. Another 15 minutes and no taxi. Never using their service again.
