I booked an appointment with them on the web and got a confirmation email with that address. Arrived on time (9 am), but no-one was there, office closed! Called the office, no-one picking up the phone. Left a message and almost three hours later no-one has even called me back. Outrageous! Come on, this is the height of tax season and you guys are just flaking on people?

We come back year after year because of Marie Deneen. She has been our tax processor for years and we always feel like we get the best help and confidently know our taxes are filed properly. Marie is extremely knowledgeable, personable and we have developed a wonderful rapport with her. We would highly recommend her to anyone going to H&R Block.

DonT USE THIS BRANCH THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL THEY ARE NEVER THERE WHEN THEY SUPPOSED TO BE THEY WILL DO HALF OF YOUR TAXES AND WAIT TILL YOU GET A PENALTY TO PROCESS THE OTHER HALF. THEN MAKE YOU WAIT FOR IT. I WILL NEVER USE THIS BRANCH HECK I MAY NOT USE H&R BLOCK AGAIN AFTER THIS.
