I live in Waterbury and Googled a nail salon in my area. This is in watertown less then 15 minutes from my house.I called and scheduled my appointment for the afternoon and arrived 5 minutes prior and they greeted me as soon as I walked in, got me signed in on their tablet where you choose what services and it shows you the pricing. Then they had me sit in my pedicure chair and choose my nail color for my toes and my nails. I did a gel manicure for my toes and my nails I did DIP for the first time! Fall colors with a sunflower design! It was a cool process and will choose this every time from now on. This salon was clean, she asked me how everything felt and if I was comfortable (I could almost fall asleep or felt so good!) Great foot, calf and hand massage.I had Lola and will always book my appointments with her when I go!Thanks Guys!

First time coming here and was super impressed. It was very clean and very professional. Nail artists and staff were sooooooo nice and friendly. It was also my first time with acrylics and they look amazing, especially for the price. I’ve seen some really impressive designs done so beautifully. Definitely recommend and will be coming back again!

I would not return. The technician ignored me and spoke with her coworkers in Spanish during my time. She claimed that she asked if I wanted a spa pedicure, but she did not even say hello, let alone ask questions. It was very confusing what the pedicures even entailed because there were no descriptions anywhere. For the simple pedicure I request, I would definitely go to Watercolor in Southbury. They acknowledge your presence and offer a more extensive service for the same price.

First time there. Place was super clean and the ladies were so nice! Foot baths with rose petals and a glass of wine was a great touch. I was looking for a good regular pedicure place and I have definitely found it. My feet feel amazing and my nails sparkle like jewels!

I love the ambiance, soothing music, well decorated. Staff was professional and friendly, the spa was spotlessly clean. The only thing missing from the experience is a back/shoulder/neck massage that many other salons provide. To me thats the icing on the cake and would score a 5 star rating. But overall I highly recommend Watertown Nail Salon

Where do I even begin... I will start with it is a beautiful establishment, BUT my nail technician was unfriendly and a poor listener, I had to repeat myself several times as to what I wanted, I was basically ignored and what I requested although simple seemed to cause much issue and I still did not get as I wanted. The actual manicure was extremely poor, there was miniscule efforts of an actual manicure and what I did get was poor quality through and through, my nails were not even filed evenly, extremely noticeable, my cuticles were hacked and I was left bleeding, the process was very rushed and rough, there were no apologies for cutting into my skin, this was followed by a drop of lotion on each hand with a very quick hand rub and then a cold wet towel place over my hands and a quick squeeze. I must also mention it has been less then 24 hours and all of my gel manicure has peeled off and I now must find another salon to repeat a gel manicure. If I did not leave time before my event I would be going without any polish!

I have been coming to Watertown Nail Salon since 2010! Wendy, John and their entire staff do an incredible, high quality job with all of their nail services. I never ever leave unhappy, and if I ever have a picture of nails that I want to recreate, Wendy does a fabulous job making my nails look perfect! My nails grow very very fast, and I work with my hands for a living so I am very rough on my nails, but my nails always last at least 2-3 weeks. Highly highly recommend!

Monica is the technician that does my pedicure and she has so much patience, sweet and very detail the massage that she gives me on my legs when she does my pedicure is priceless.

I’ve been going here for about a month now after a recommendation and I’ve left very pleased each time. My gel manicures always last long and hold strong, when one nail chipped too soon they got me right in to fix it!👍🏻👍🏻

I’m sure I had a bad experience and it’s normally great but I find it unacceptable that I came in for a pedicure around noon on a weekday, called ahead and made an appointment of course, the lady set me up to soak and walked away to the back for 20 minutes, the salon was not busy, I saw someone in the back eating and watching tv so I am assuming the woman decided to eat lunch before getting to me, if that’s the case then don’t tell me to come in at x time when I call. The water was cold by the time I left with my feet wet and wrinkly. Other than that looks like a nice clean place.

I just moved to the neighborhood a year ago and been lookin for a nice salon to go to. I found this on Google and decided to try it out. I got a pedicure and it was really nice. I didnt catch the young ladys name, but she was nice, took her time and the salon itself is set up really nice. I definitely will be going back and hopefully making it my to go to. I felt bad because they dont take tips on cards and I had no cash on me, but now I know and will definitely take that in consideration next time.

People were very attentive to the customers from the moment you enter the door. The nails were absolutely perfect in shape, filing and color. The pedicure was great and the massage with it, amazing. They also served wine for the pedicure. Absolutely amazing nail salon and I like the boutique in front for when youre waiting or on your way out. Theres a great selection of facemasks too. Would totally come back and recommend.

LISA IS THE BEST THERE IS. I will never go to anyone else. She is detail oriented and efficient, most importantly she is SOOOOO nice. My fav.I love the look and feel of the salon. I like how relaxed I feel while I’m there. Color selection is great and it’s nice having a sample to see rather than picking the bottle and hoping for the best.

Relaxing Enviornment. Everytime I go, my nails look better and better. Very satisfied.

They didn’t really scrub my feet or went cut my ingrowing nail. In the manicure they didn’t soak my hand in water or cut my cuticles. The gel manicure didn’t last a week. Had them done on July 15, 2021 and on July 17, 2021 one of my nail the gel came off completely.

Wendy and John run a top notch salon. Very attentive to all their clients and extremely intent on giving the best service with reasonable prices. They are always on top what is new and popular.and are very Covid compliant .

Wendy and John have created a beautiful salon to come to and they have so many services! I have gone there a few times for acrylic nails with gel polish and they were absolutely perfect. Just recently had acrylic taken off to give my nails a break and got the powder dip mani. I think I love that even more! In addition to the spa services, there is a boutique with all kinds of pretty accessories- scarves, jewelry, bags PLUS many different kinds of masks, which we all need.

I had a very relaxing experience with a very nice, professional and knowledgeable technician in a beautiful salon. Not to mention beautiful toes for the spring! I will be coming back!

I stopped in today because I had time to kill as my car was being serviced across the street. What caught my eye was the boutique. Lots of fun things in the window. Jewelry, scarves, purses. Nice!I realized it was the nail salon and went in.Im so glad I did. They were able to fit me in for a 40 mani/pedi special. And the place is redone, clean and fresh flowers! New chairs, mellow music and the technician did a great job! Took her time and was gentle.Since we are living life with Covid.. I asked a customer about the salon before I committed. She had been going for years even before renovations. They also took my temp....cleaned everything and wore masks at all times. Very professional.

The salon was very clean and the staff was pleasant. The service itself was awful ...my nails are all different length and shapes the woman who did my nails was so rough with the file that I have cuts all around my cuticles ...not to mention after I was clearly bleeding from multiple fingers had me soak them in acetone. The polish is bumpy, bubbled and chipping after 2days and my fingers are so sore and burning I cant even use lotion.

A very professional staff! So relaxing...I was there for an hour and feel like I went in vacation!!!

Been going to them for years now, staff is friendly, and accommodating. They give great hand massages included in the manicures which is a nice treat. And they have masaage spa chairs to relax in during pedicures, they even put rise petals and fruity scents in your pedicure water😊 and you also are offered, water, lemonade or wine 😁 great selectuon of colors too for gel, polish, and they also do full sets too.

Paid for a basic pedicure it was the fastest pedicure I have ever received. There was me and 1 other lady in there so I dont understand the need to rush. A basic is normally at least 25 minutes. I was in and out of the chair in 12 minutesSorry but I will never go back

I have been a customer for several years now and have been treated with the respect and courtesy I should be. It is a friendly place owned and operated by the owners Wendy and John. I have and continue to bring my Granddaughter there as well and we are both happy with the results. Wendy is a talented and ambitious nail designer and can do the latest designs. You can bring a design with you or just leave the design to her with the colors and occasion. I have been very pleased either way. I left it up to her today and am very pleased with the design and colors she used. My request was only that I continue to have a butterfly on both ring fingers. I often have pedicures and eyebrow waxing, and have been very pleased with all. Her husband John is also a great designer and has done my nails at times with the same outcome. He also keeps himself busy updating and making changes to their store. They also sell merchandise of quality at a good price. From clothes to perfume to jewelry and everything in between. You will always find something to your liking whether for your self or as a gift. Gifts are put into boxes and bags at no additional cost. They are open 6 days a week, during the Covid Pandemic you need to call ahead for an appointment. Prior to and hopefully after the Pandemic you will be able to walk in without an a appointment They have several well trained employees available to help you with your needs. I have NEVER left unhappy, rather elated with the new procedures and designs they perform. I am so happy with the decision I made many years ago to have my nails done there. BUYER BEWARE! I was told by the owner of Watertown Tanning & Full Services Salon that the purse I was interested in was made in Montana, U.S.A.. The tag was very deceiving also, Genuine Leather it states, (*always take the time to read the fine print ), below in very small letters it read........Man MAKE Material, Man Make? not even written in correct English.. Once I removed a pound of paper from the inside the bag flew out of my hand it was so light, then a large tag became obvious......Made in China it reads and only the accents were leather, the bag is plastic. I gave the owner $70.00 in cash. (no receipt in the bag either) making me question if they even rang this cash sale up. I would rather appear very stupid than let another person get duped like I did. In my defense this establishment is local and very familiar to me so my guard was down, I never expected a local merchant to be so deceitful. I am posting this because they do not accept returns under any circumstances and are protected by an almost invisible sign, No Returns................Does this condition still fly today? God Bless America P.S. Their manicures start chipping on the 2nd day..........Save your money.......Stay Away from Watertown Tanning & Full Services.
