She was absolutely amazing! Always kind and makes me feel comfortable going! Always the place I want to go! And I may not be the best customer when I dont get in when I should my nails and get in last minute when they are coming off. But she sure gets me in ASAP! I dont know what I would do without her! I attempted to go to Oscar’s for a simple trim of my acrylic nails(would’ve taken 5 minutes) they told me it would be a 40 min wait..on a Tuesday! I went to Colorful nails, got in right away! She did an awesome job, was super nice AND said no charge for a nail trim. I’m coming here from now on. Thanks!

Waited 4 hours after my appointment time while he took walk-ins before me! Then refused to listen to me. I wanted gel acrylic nails and the length was double the length I wanted. He wouldnt give me a choice on the type of nails I wanted! He only gave me the option of doing the dip! My finished nails were horrible! Too long and crooked... they looked a bit better after I filed them down. Would never suggest him... He also said hed give me a discount but insted he over charged me. The dip was $60 yet I paid $80 and I still tipped him $10!! I had a horrible experience in the past this was my first time getting my nails done in 15 years! What a way to ruin nail salons for me! Btw these pics are after I fixed them myself!

A hidden gem in watertown. My mother and I tried to check a few other places in town, but they were busy and had such a strong acetone smell I had a headache the second I walked in. Not these guys. A very sweet couple with lots of personality. Wait times may be longer, but its because they dont rush you through. Call ahead to see if they might fit you in, or get lucky enough to sneak in at the right time like we did and you are in for a treat!

Best place I have ever been too for getting my nails done. The owners are so friendly and care about there customers. I would definitely recommend going here!

I did not have a good experience at this nail salon. When I walked in the man took my hand and was judging my previous nails. I was there for FOUR hours because it took them that long to get my nails and two of my friends nails done (one of them was being done at the same time as me). I was cut four times and when i was bleeding she put nail glue on my cuts which seems unsanitary. My nails came out very chunky. They took my friends picture on their personal phone after she asked to not have her face in the picture. Not pleased with the service.

Love it! They take time to do my nails and not rush in 15 minutes like other places. They make me laugh and have a great time!! If I want good nails that last, Colorful Nails has the solution!!

This salon was a horrible experience. I am from out of town and needed a quick fill, before heading back home. There were only two nail trchs working, so they were pretty busy. Went in and and they told me to come back in 15 minutes, I went and grabbed a drink and came back 15 min later and sat for another 15 min (no biggie) the male nail tech then proceeded to start my fill and file my nails down with the drill then he looks at my thumbs and proceeded to tell me that I had NAIL FUNGUS and I should not get anything filled or done and i should remove ny nails!!!! I was so shocked...I kept asking are you sure?? Show me where etc and to me it only looked like the debris under the nail that happens when you are in need of nail care (a soak, and a nail cleaning..nothing serious) I have had my nails done so many times and it looked normal to me. He then painfully used his clippers he picked up off if his station (nothing was sanitized) and started hacking away my acrylic nails, using another plastic nail too to remove my nails, then started using the nippers cutting away my nail on the side all the way down to the nail bed which left them bleeding, then started with the drill again. He then told me that i needed fungus medicine (for an extra cost) and I was so confused snd scared at this point I believed him. When he was finished I had red hot spots from the nail drill all over my nails and my nails extremely sensitive and painful, my nails still have acrylic stuck in some places, and my nails are cut all the way down to the quick but sadly all unevenly. I accepted what had happened thinking he was the professional and knew his stuff. Thankfully I had my Aunt with me who is a licensed nail technician/salon owner and she was appalled at what had happened...we walked back to the store and confronted the tech in which he got loud and said I told her what I was doing....no it was fungus, I cut it away but after he refunded $16 (for the fungal medicine) out of the $45 (including tip, yes I still tipped) for this painful experience. there was no soaking, no attempt to make the process easier, nothing. I whole heartedly believe there was absoululy NO fungus...and he just didnt want to do my nails because they were so busy and wanted to make an easy buck. I fully plan to report this.
