The guy who was handling me (Andrew) was shaking so bad. He was rough and feels like he was just practicing me. Apparently he was using the wrong coat which is suppose to be the base? So the end product looks like a work of a 7 year old (coat uneven, tiny bubbles are formed. After I was done I talked to the person who was at the front desk and asked for his license. He said he doesnt have a license yet. I know for sure its illegal to have somebody work in a nail salon without a license. Horrible experience and it was just a waste of my time! The equipment he was using was not sterile and it did not come out of a package either. Very disappointed!

Customer Service is top notch, keeping you informed on prices as you make your choices ( no surprises at the checkout)!!! Your nails are done with attention to detail, not rushed, regardless if people are waiting. Making it worth it if you need to come back or wait a little bit! There are 3 salons in total, when one was too busy.... THEY CALLED ANOTHER TO GET US IN!!! Lets not even begin with the ambience, classy & sophisticated!

I went here yesterday to get my nails done & wasnt going to leave a review but decided its necessary. I came because of all the good reviews I saw.I was a walk in & they eventually sat me in a chair to get my feet done & the bowl & foot rest was really dirty. I usually dont love my feet getting done because Im ticklish & usually other places are just rough. Out of all my experiences with my nails getting done, the man who did my toes was so rough & I could feel him filing on my skin a bit, he also was filing my toes so fast that hed accidentally keep running the nail file on the top of my toe on my skin. I had seen that he dabbed my toe & noticed he made me bleed a little but left it alone, I took a shower today & my toe stung & noticed he actually ripped my skin on that toe. It looks pretty from the outside but it just isnt as clean as expected. The guy finished my toes & walks away, then the guy at the front desk cane up to me & asked if I could wait to get my fingers done & I said I guess I can wait. Then he asks me if I could come back tomorrow, & I was like But Im already here getting stuff done. He then says I know but were busy now... There had been a few more walk ins, I was really hesitant & didnt say anything then he asked what I was getting done & I said just gel nails, so Im assuming thats why I didnt have to leave. A lady then did my nails. She was nice but as the man didnt even really speak, other than making tiny conversation for a second.. No big deal. One thing that was not sanitary & I should have said something but there was red nail polish all over a towel that had been there & a bowl that had water in it. She literally just flung the nail polish off & turned it around. Nothing was wiped down & the water bowl that was there, she just dumped the water out & used the sane bowl with me, didnt clean it. She wasnt rough with my hands, thankfully. I just am surprised with the reviews for this place. I have had pain with getting my nails done, specifically my toes at almost every nail salon Ive gone to & I barely get my nails done so this experience just makes me really nervous about going to another one, but I do know that it definitely shouldnt hurt when getting your nails done. They shouldnt take walk ins if theyre going to ask you to leave after knowing what you came in for & if theyre going to rush.

Was such a nice experience. Very beautiful salon and great customer service! Danny did my nails and did a very amazing job, his work is very neat and he works very fast and had great conversation. I am also in the military and he made my nails beautiful while also still within regulation just like I asked, absolutely enjoyed my time there and will definitely continue to go back. Also, Andrea, the lovely lady working the front was great from the start and very welcoming!

My daughter got her nails done and let me say Key (I think that’s his name?), did an exceptional job. He didn’t rush and made sure she was happy each step of the way.Now I got a pedicure. Let me tell you, I had an ingrown and most people know, they hurt to have it removed (just me, maybe?); however, my nail technician didn’t hurt me at all!! Took the time to ask if I was ok, making sure I was comfortable. We will be back, you have earned loyal customers.Brought a friend along and he got a manicure and gel color and he too loves his nails.We will def be coming back.

Liam was exceptional; he was gentle when needed and attention to detail in providing quality outcomes came natural. I truly appreciate his service and will be returning as a dedicated patron!While the salon was extremely busy, the workers did their ultimate best to accommodate everyone while acknowledging them while they waited. This included providing beverages and routine updates as they waited for their turn.My two children- who routinely get pedicures and manicures (ages 6 and 7) were also serviced manicures and spa pedicures. My daughters were very pleased and comfortable with their services. Overall- a great place to patron for the entirely family.

They were friendly and helpful! Everything was very clean and professional. And seriously the best foot massage I’ve ever gotten. Lol. A little pricey but worth it!

I called earlier that morning for an appointment and I scheduled an appointment at two I arrive 10 minutes early and they didn’t see me until 245 so I waited 50 minutes. When I arrived the woman asked if I would only wait 20 so I got very frustrated. The people that work there are super friendly but my nails were about as thick as a nickel and all of them were diagonal none of them were straight. I was very disappointed because my husband got me a Mother’s Day certificate. I have money left over, but I’m very hesitant I’m going back to this place.

They allowed us to do a walk in and were very quick with getting us a nail technician. The problem was that the nail tech that did my nails ripped my cuticle and made me bleed and it actually hurt a lot but she just kept going. Then she was really lazy with the gel she put on and it went on uneven and has bubbles. She also didn’t trim the sides well enough so the gel is hanging over the edges of my nail awkwardly. It’s disappointing because my friends experience was fantastic. I’ll probably give them one more chance but if it happens again, I won’t be going back.

Claudia was my pedicure staff person! She was professional, polite, courteous and personable! My pedicure looks fabulous! I will be calling on her again!

I love this new salon. I got a gel pedicure today, which included a paraffin wax treatment. The pedicure came to 50$. For the friendly and clean services provided here, it is worth the cost! This is my fourth time going to this salon, and I am happier each time I go!

I went in today to get 1 nail redone because the dip powder was lifting from my nail. Instead of redoing the 1 nail, the tech decided to cut off the piece of my actual nail that was separated from the dip and put some glue behind my nail. So now when I have to get this set removed I’ll have to cut the whole nail so it’ll be at an even length. I used to loveee this place and it was the only salon I would go to but over the last few months I’ve noticed they take more short cuts to save time. Definitely will be finding a new salon to go to. Smh

I went and got a pedicure with my very wiggly 5 year old. The techs did a fantastic job, especially with my daughter. She had so much patience with her, and helped to keep her entertained while her nails were drying. This is my new favorite nail place and I will definitely return in the future!

Great nail shop, maybe hire more workers so when you get lots of customers, the workers aren’t rushing to get to the next customer. However aside from rushing at the end, great job.

I went to Jimmy, as I have for years (at various salons) because he does a fantastic job! I was happy to see Perfection Nails scooped him up! This salon just opened in the mall a couple months ago and is very clean, professional and organized. I went in when they first opened and that wasn’t always the case. Glad to see they have turned things around. Happy to see them at the other end of the mall - very convenient and a classy addition to the center.

Took my 8 year old daughter here for a mani/pedi with me. The staff was super friendly and caring. There was a long wait but they seemed short staffed, but was well worth the wait. Our nails, hands and feet look beautiful. Will definitely be returning for these and to try other services they offer.

We waited over 3 hours after signing in for pedicures. Watched the staff multiple times just wash all nail clippers and cuticle scissors in the sink and repackage them in the “sterile” bags without sterilizing them for the next person. They immediately used the bag on the next client; and sprayed hand sanitizer on them before using . In addition to this disgusting practice, the owner was asking and offering wine and beer to people that were not of legal age. We asked them if they were of age and they stated no. Polish application was uneven, and looks terrible. Will not be returning!

All the staff were friendly especially the amazing, sweet, lady who welcomed us, they really made our experience wonderful! Will definitely be back!
