I can’t recommend soho nails enough! I just moved to Watertown in April and came across this place from the reviews on google. All of the staff are truly so nice take the time to make sure your nails are perfect. Ken usually does my dip manicures, and he’s phenomenal, but everyone there is also amazing. When I make appointments, I am pretty much always taken right on time. I have basically brought all of my friends there with me! It’s also very clean. Highly recommend. I love soho nails! Absolutely LOVE soho nails. I get a dip manicure every month here and I never want to go anywhere else. Ken is the BEST - every nail is perfect, every time. Ive never had a salon pay such close attention to all the little details. Prices are good for this area too!

I made an appointment for a regular manicure and pedicure. I would say the they turned out okay, but my major issue is that it cost $60. I don’t think the costs are listed at the salon, but that seemed a lot more than other places so I clarified $60 twice with two different people. After leaving, I checked their website which lists the service at $45. Not cool. I won’t be back and I suggest you confirm the price first.

I went to get my nails done with my daughter. And also to get my eyebrows done since it had been a while that I got them done. The girl that did my daughter nails was great. The women I got . Burned my eye brows on top of that got upset when I told her that when I booked the appointment I was going to get my eyebrow done. Had a horrible attitude when I told her thatI had to pick the color . My nails had bubbles from nail polish and when I did my pedicure she trimmed my toes one was shorter than the other. She didn’t put a top coat when I told her she got upset and started talking in her language with the other girl. I will never go again

Great salon! Really clean, the nail techs are very professional. I have really painful ingrown toenails and he took care of it and made them stop hurting! My gel mani lasted a full 5 weeks and I just came back to get another. He shaped my nails so well and did my toes perfectly in the same color. Wish I could come back more often but sadly I’m moving an hour away.

FINALLY! After two different nightmare manicures at different salons I finally found SoHo Nails and 100% coming back here from now on. With my old place I sadly loved but has been extremely busy lately, I’ve had to find a new salon around Brighton, Watertown being so close. I found SoHo and their reviews were positive and recently they are under new management. They not only fixed my nightmare nails from a different salon, but they also were giving out free lotions or spas in a jar to celebrate their reopening. Since I moved to the area I have been going to this salon every few weeks, and everyone at the salon has been great. Ive worked with a few different nail artists and each of them pay close and careful attention to the small details and check in to make sure Im happy. The pedicures are so well done and relaxing, and my eyebrows always look great after I get them waxed here. The staff is friendly and I wont go anywhere else!

Went there for the first time after renovation, the place looks nice and clean. The stuff is super nice. I went in without appointment, had to wait about half hour, which was fine, she let me know exactly how long the wait would be. I liked that they didn’t rush to finish with the sitting customers.The only problem i have though, I wish they wash their hands in between the customers. Or may be use gloves, so they can change the gloves and not wash their hands.8/16/21Not sure how long a regular manicure is supposed to last, but it didn’t last 2 full days :( and still no gloves, no washing hands before taking a client

*UPDATE*Changing my review to 5-stars because the owner reached out to me to explain the extenuating circumstances behind my first pedicure and I returned and had an excellent experience with great customer service with JP. Will definitely be returning in the future!I was not super impressed with my experience, I went in for a pedicure that I had made an appointment for, and I had to wait 20 minutes past my appointment time until the technician who was supposed to be doing my nails arrived. The rest of the pedicure experience once she got there was fine, but I was very unimpressed by the polish job done on my toes. A couple of my nails were not painted fully, and there was a noticeable amount of polish on my skin. Probably would not go back since I can do a better polish job on my toes on my own.

The grill was helping me was very rude and unprofessional.I shoved the picture what I wanted to have,she said she can’t do it because it’s going to take longer.I picked the color regular manicure they charged me extra saying that this is long lasting.Poor service,very rude and unprofessional.

I just moved to the neighborhood and I’m so happy I found SOHO Nails! JP did my mani/pedi and I’m very pleased with the result. He was friendly and took his time with attention to detail with shaping/cleaning my nails and ensuring I liked the colors I chose. The salon had nice relaxing music playing (no TVs) which I love. The experience was very clean and professional. Prices are also reasonable. This will definitely be my new go-to spot.

If you’re a guy and you need some work on them Stanky toes don’t be shy! This my go to spot! They are super welcoming and very professional. Ask for a clean up and take some time to yourself. It’s 2020! You’re worth it!

Literally the best pedicure I’ve ever had! Such good guys working there and they really took their time massaging my legs and feet and really did the entire pedicure like trimming my cuticles etc! Most places skip a lot and get right to the polish! Will forever come back here!!! Highly highly recommended

I went here on Sunday and was able to make an appointment without any problem. Van was so friendly and personable not to mention my nails look amazing! I had chipping and broken nails and she worked her magic and gave me a flawless and beautiful manicure with dipping powder. I can’t stop admiring them! Great place, great service and I was in and out in under an hour! Highly recommended

I found SoHo Nails on Main St in Watertown by Googling them up. They are across from the Library. Took a chance and walked away so pleased. It’s clean and modern and quiet. Cell phones are discouraged & there is no blaring TV. JP did a great Pedicure & Manicure. He even (with a Smile!)re-did my Manicure when I realized I hated my color choice. The Massage Chairs were just what I needed. Nancy, the manager was friendly and appreciative. Parking is Easy. Coffee shop next door . Oh— drum roll they have the Best prices around!

They are under new management and I really liked them. The place is brighter now and the redesign of the space opens it up more. They were very friendly and nice. I’ll be going back.

The girls at Victoria Nail Salon are so nice! Went there for the first time today and will definitely be back! Did a great job with my pedicure had a large selection of polish. It was no problem to walk in even on a Saturday which I was nervous about. Don’t forget to bring some cash to leave a tip 😊

Had such a great mani/pedi with Linh! She took her time and it was so relaxing. They’re definitely taking all precautions needed currently, with plexiglass separators and cleaning every station after every customer. Had a horrible experience here,terrible customer care..one of the ladies was rude and wasnt paying any attention to my preferance in terms of nail shape,despite me telling her multiple times..she ruined my nails.while putting acrylics she kept pouring glue allover my hands and claiming she knows what she is doing,at the end of it (with an incomplete job) she said she couldnt finish working on me because she had another appointment...this is the worst nail salon in Watertown.i left the salon with bare acrylics half done and carelessly cut.The whole time she kept talking about me in Chinese with her Collegue(they didnt know i understood Chinese)P.S:i gave one star because its the least option otherwise they dont deserve it in my opinion..i dont recommend this place to anyone

I am a guy and wanted to go to a place I felt welcome AND comfortable. I say that because as a man and despite what salons Ive visited - admittedly few not many - made me feel unwelcome amd uncomfortable. At Victoria I not only felt comfortable, but received much better pedicures and manicures. My hands get rough from work and every visit I get hands with no burrs immediately afterward. Any way guys go there, a good choice. Cant speak for women, but I liked the quality of the work and the price for it.

I went to Victoria salon for the first time, after a bad experience I had in a different salon, they did amazing job with my gel nails. Im truly recommended this place, they are very friendly and professional.

Love Victoria & the other workers here. I always get my gel nails done here at least once a month and a full pedi bi-monthly and Vicky always meets and exceeds my expectations! Love the way she does my nails. Everyone is super professional and I look fwd to going there. If the place is closed Id rather wait than go anywhere else. I live in Waltham but drive all the way there just because I love love love how Vicky does my nails. Kudos to Vicky and the other workers there! Keep it up:-)

The 2nd Star is only due to how friendly everyone was, but that was the only redeeming quality at Victoria Nails & Spa. I went in for Mani/Pedi. They started with the Pedicure - the technician made me bleed - twice! When I would complain, she would smile at me approvingly. I am an athlete, and have calluses that I asked her to address - she did not. The manicure technician was too impatient to wait for my pedicure to finish, so she tried to start while I was still in the chair - this wasnt working so I suggested we could just go head over to her workstation. She hurried through the worst manicure Ive ever had - I went home and cleaned up the mess shed made of my fingernails (jagged and sharp edges). I will not return, and I would not recommend this establishment to my friends. Disappointing.
