If you are looking to get lashes done, go see Kylie! I’ve been getting my lashes done for close to 3 years now and have never had a technician as experienced as Kylie. Not only that, the pricing is amazing ($100 for a full set- I mean where can you find that in Boston!) The lashes always last, I’ve never had any issues with them, and she’s so gentle putting them on you don’t even feel it. I highly recommend Diamond Nails for lashes.
Very clean place, they know how to do the job I always have to find good place specially for the pandemic right now ... diamond nails salon in Watertown Finally I found the place ... and the best everything is a good price, excellent job plus my nails looks so good for long time ....
I have been coming here for some time now and I always leave so happy. Kylie does an AMAZING job with eyelash extensions and nails. I LOVE LOVE LOVE her how she does my eyelashes and the way she did my nails. She is friendly and professional, Everyone in the salon is very friendly and professional. The salon itself is clean and a good relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend this salon
I have been getting my lashes done here for the past 2 and a half years! I love it, I’ve referred 4 people here and they also love it!Great prices, great work. Long lasting lash extensions!I also got a pedicure there before, that was also great work.
I got my eye lash extensions done here and not only did I have a SEVERE allergic reaction but they did not give me any sort of refund. I can barely open one of my eyes and I was told I should go see a doctor but they couldn’t refund me at all. I’m never going back.
Nail techs are great and super friendly! They offer bottled water and make sure customers are comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone in the area or in the area.
Great family business, started going here almost 2yrs now! Team is friendly, great quality on nails, lashes, etc. I had a toe hang nail and with a few sessions the technician cleared up. Almost a year later my mani/pedi look amazing!!Support local!!
I recently moved to Boston and have visited couple of nail salon in different places (Brighton, Newton, Downtown, Cambridge) just because Ive never been picky with the place I do my nails as long as they do a good work. This place, is the only one of all, that I hated. First of all, customer service. Oh my God. These people have no manners. They laugh about you, about the way you look, the way you talk. Especially the ones at the host desk. (if you someday go try that the guy takes care of you, he is fine). Besides that, I did my manicure (French, to be specific) one day and it was 17$, next day I went to do my pedicure and they charge 35$. Regardless, they didnt tell me that it was THAT Much difference between the prices, and at the time I was going to pay they came up with that surprise. After I said give a couple min cause I didnt have that much money in the specific card I take in that day, they start laughing and asking if I was 15. I mean? Are you serious? Im never coming back again and recommend you dont go either. Theres bunch of better places around the area.
LOVE THEIR EYELASH EXTENSIONS!!! ;😁
Super friendly! They have a membership that if you go often enough will easily pay for itself in maybe 2 months.
Best place to go for eyelash extensions! I get compliments all the time.
This place is the best they do there nails rlly nice
Good and cheap. I come here all the time. Not the greatest in terms of speaking English but I always come out with a great mani/pedi for a fantastic price. ($36 for the two.) Highly recommend.
Im a regular at Diamond Nails. I love Kim to do my eyelashes and Kimmy & Tim to do my nails.
It was very bad experience for me. The lady doing eyelash is not trustworthy, she cause lots of trouble and she also asked extra money. I went there with using my groupon voucher for eyelash extensions with two weeks refill. The eyelashed started to drop same day and Ive lost all of them in a week. Also I havent got refill. The lady asked to redeem voucher again and refuse to do refill. After I called groupon and make voucher redeemable she asked $40 more for refill. At the end I cancelled my groupon voucher.I dont suggest anyone to buy voucher for this saloon.
Even when you have an appointment you end up waiting an extra twenty minutes. They are more focused on making money than maintaining clientele.
Cant get past the strong chemical smell in the salon. GET an air vent! Even worst is the salon owner. He sold me a mani/pedi deal for $35 and gave me 30 days to redeem it. I was a few days late and he refused a refund and service. I explained to him I had forgotten I even had the deal as it was written on a receipt with hand written expiration date. Theres no policy in store or on the receipt. He completely made up the rules. Not only did I get robbed, he hung up on me!!
Really great value for low price, they really want to do a good job and will bring you back to redo nails if you smudge them on the way out. About half of the staff do an excellent job with French mani/pedi, the other half only pretty good. Massage chairs really nice. Did a great job removing fake lashes for my friend. Hot stone mani/pedi not worth the extra cost - theyre more focused on the nails than the massage.
This is the worst plase you can get, They dont like it when you tell them you have group on. The girll kept talking that the money I payed through group on its not enough. They did such a poor job on my shellac many that was suppose to stayed on for 3-4 weeks. After the first week the color was peeling off. So I went to tell them to redo it, They admited it was their fault, but again the girl start talking about the price I payed with group on that was not enough. She was so rude, and not profesional at all.I never recomend this place for any one.....
Great experience both times I have been here. Vanessa does an excellent job and shellac lasts nearly 3 weeks. The only complaint is that the first time I went in, they told me they could fit me in right away UNTIL they found out I had a Groupon, then suddenly I was told I needed to make an appointment as only certain technicians were assigned to the Groupon holders. Now the point of using Groupon is to get NEW customers to try your establishment and potentially become regulars. Treating them like less than everyone else is bad practice if you really want to retain them. Knowing that I was being provided with what I am assuming were the less experienced technicians because I was a Groupon holder made me pretty hesitant to go back again. Unfortunately, I had no choice so I called and made the appointment. Service is great so long as you Groupon holders make sure you make an appointment first....
Clean, nice, knowledgeable staff, massage chairs, wide selection
