Nicely maintained laundromat with a lot of parking space

Really great - credit card and coin options. Prefer the credit card. Im a working professional but my apartment doesnt have in unit laundry. I appreciate having some place clean to go do my clothes. I tried another local place and the dryers always made my clothes smell bad. So far so good this place.Update: I dont know what it is but my whites have been left all grey and stained, and yes I wash and dry them separately. They need to clean the machines

The place is very well kept and clean. It is one of the few laundromats around that allow payment by credit card directly on the machines. The employee there was cleaning and making sure things looked well. It is confortable inside while you wait

Good machines but the dryers sometimes glitch and the timer from the top ones gets stolen by the bottom ones. Very annoying to pay to dry someone elses clothes.

Expensive. Washers do not wrong out clothes very well. Impossible to tell how much you’ve spent and that $15 hold seems a dishonest because it is billing and I know I spent less. Dryers don’t dry very well either. The place is pretty clean.

Very clean! While I was there, the manager with help wiped down every machine, tables, dryers and chairs. Also every lint trap was cleaned out too. They went beyond making sure everything was cleaned and very safe for the public to use.

Love using my credit card here and its always clean inside. Been coming here for years!

Very convenient with using debit/credit cards directly on the machines. They put a $15 hold that goes away, I see other people complaining about it but its just standard, they only charge you for what you swipe for. Its usually pretty clean, and they have vending machines for snacks/drinks and laundry supplies. It can get fairly busy and it gets a bit cramped when it does but Ive never had to wait for machine.My only complaint is that they dont have notes & tape or post its and pens to write a note when a machine isnt working. Ive taken to starting the dryer on the minimum time before I put my clothes in because sometimes they dont start and Ive paid for a whole 40 minutes before and had the dryer not even start

Te best laundromat around, i was able to use my credit card right on the washers, no More using quaters. I would recommend.

Very clean but when there is an issue with a machine you call the number and no one answers and leave a message and no return phone call back the dryers are gross the smell and most of them the door are so loss the pop open and your time doesnt stop leaving the cloths wet and more money to spend

I think what I like the most its that I dont need quaters to do my laundry, i can just swipe my credit card right on the washers and dryers.

This place it’s up to date. I didn’t have to use quarters I used my credit card. So fast and conveniente Uraa

My first time here. My clothes came out the wash soaking wet. Called the service number no answer. Its very expensive a small load is 4 dollars. 5 minutes of dryer for 25 cents.

Nice and clean. I wish they had more front loaders of different sizes.

The best laundromat, super clean, and all machines work, nothings out of order. Would absolutely recommend this place.

I love this laundromat, it’s very clean, always smells clean, and the best part I can use my credit card I don’t need quarters to do my laundry .

I like this place because its open 24 hours, but it gets crowded in the afternoon, so the evening is the best time to do your laundry. Theres no bathroom, not enough seating, it gets very hot inside, and not enough carts for the clothes (yall need to improve that). Otherwise it is a very clean and nice place, and I like the card system, its better than carrying a bunch of quarters.

I could not say enough good things about this laundromat, love not have to use quarters to do my laundry I can swipe my credit card right on the washer and dryer, AND they keep it so clean which makes me feel safe.

Love that it is nice and clean and plenty of large washers however, Ive lost quite a few quarters in dryers that dont work. Also, could you change that radio station? I dont like being yelled at or sworn at while washing my clothes.

One of the machines I used didnt complete the spin cycle. This meant $4. To do the load again in a different machine.

CORRECTION:In my original review, I complained that the phone number posted on the premises to report problems was bogus. Its not. Turns out that, like a moron, I had dialed the area code wrong. If I could review MYSELF, I would give me zero stars.I still dont know who the actual owners of this small business are, but I can report that Otto (the manager) is a very decent guy, who did in fact call me back (when I dialed the right number!) and who readily offered compensation for my ruined sheets and stuff.If I could offer a suggestion, Id say: provide a sheaf or roll of Defective stickers that customers could put on a malfunctioning washer or dryer, to prevent others from running into the same problem before the maintenance guy can fix it.Meanwhile, I apologize to Otto for my original review. I will continue to use the West End Laundromat whenever its convenient to run multiple loads in parallel.--TP

Credit card payment! No quarter-wrangling and you don’t have to use a laundry card (although you can). Contrary to other reviews, this place closes at 11. Single-load top-load washers have a delicates cycle (warm). Some 4-load washers and all 6- and 8-load washers have a cold/delicates cycle. No bathroom and no sink for handwashing.
