I love that its open 24 hours! It just gets too hot in there sometimes and the ac cant keep up.

I have used this laundromat weekly for 6 months now. It is always clean and well kept. Plenty of machines and love that there are card readers. I take my 4 kids with me and have no worries about others. Highly recommend this place!

Its a decent laundromat and its close to Home but lately their washers and dryers have had problems with their credit/debit card system on them so Ive had to go get bills to be changed into quarters for my last visit. Hopefully they will fix the problem soonResponse to the Owner: Its really nice of you to point out that I had other options for paying for the use of your machines which I DID as I mentioned in my review, but I didnt know that your response had to be so sarcastic and condescending. At the time I gave the review you could have at least got on the ball, so to speak and fixed your Credit/Debit card system which at the time was down for a long period of time WITHOUT any signs letting me and other customers know that it was down. Also I was there today and you had a new employee there who was told to do some work, unfortunately hed rather sleep on the job and get paid for it. Unprofessionalism at this Laundromat with a sarcastic Owner answering a review.

Staff is rude and now they have a guy in a chair that does nothing but stare at everyone. Usually is filthy and infested with Watertowns finest ghetto population

This place is ok, but its hit or miss. Without a staff on duty this place can look unclean, plus theres a couple of Washers and dryers that have been broken since the Summer. Also be very careful with other Customers when you come in. One day I came in with my Cousin to do laundry and this one older gentleman acted like he was insulted we came in there and he doesnt run the place. Also weve ran into others who enjoy listening to your conversations if you come in with another person with you.

One additional star for having card readers on the machines. Would have been one star if not. Homeless person sleeping on the benches just inside the door, and the 2 machines I checked reeked of mold/others BO. Attendent says I dont smell anything. Really? You dont even need to lean down, the overpowering smell of mold hits you immediately when opening the doors. Took my clothes and left. Will not be back.

The change machine has a trick I put my money and it didn’t give me no even a half. They don’t answer the phone and nobody is here. Some dryers and washers are broken too.

Small older laundromat located in a shopping plaza that offers restaurant and shopping options. Machines are clearly marked with the number of loads, which is helpful for people who may not be familiar with commercial washers. The largest machine held 8 loads for $10. It is open 24 hours. Seating is to be limited.

Good place for washing clothes lady just needd to fix her stuff. Its stuffy in there from the ceiling falling apart.

Circuit breaker tripped no one answered the phone listed on door. I finally spoke with the worker Maureen she was very rude so I returned to favor..I guess she didnt appreciate all the phone calls and voicemails left that evening by myself and many others. She refunded not even half the money I had lost on faulty washing machines and out of order dryers. I received a card with $10 on it after she knew I was no longer interested in doing business at the run down establishment. So today I went there and gave it away to a mom and her daughter I believe and told my story to them. So if you want to have still dirty clothing from their washers that might I add do not have hot water just one in the rear then go here and then spend double to try and dry your clothing only for it to come out smelling like cigaretts...then be my guest. Other than that the strip of stores there are decent. Hopefully no ceiling tiles fall on any of you. Be careful.
