Over the past 2 years, I have had multiple instances of a coin machine shorting me money or a dryer stopping mid-cycle and not restarting. This laundromat has a phone number to call, but is an automated voicemail that says to text. They also have notecards on the office door to leave messages. I’ve sent at least 10 texts and left 5-6 notecards but nobody has ever returned my calls/texts and I’ve lost over $40. They’re crooks with horrible customer service. Do not go here.
Nice and clean washers are in good shape so are the dryers
Attendant is almost never there, even during drop off service hours. 65% of the machines are broken, and the coin machine is not working 50% of the time. Also, there are a couple of drunk homeless men that hang out inside. If theyre not asleep, they are harassing and begging everyone for money. Theyve been in there the past 3 times Ive walked by. Since there is no attendant in there, no one is there to tell them to leave.
💖Great place to do your laundry!!!😷💞😷💞😷💞😷
I used to love this place, but now its a disaster. Dryers are weak and this morning they were locked up tight at 6:45am when I arrived. Ugh.
I am new to the area and was looking for a clean laundromat were I could do my laundry while getting a little shopping done. The place was clean all the machines were working (including the soap machine) the very nice owner was there, she told me if I had any problems or suggestions to leave a note with my name and phone number on one of the index cards provided at the back of the store and she would call me to fix it.
Been going there for years, great service, clean, and nice people.
No hand sanitizer, no signs asking people to wear a mask, and most of the people I saw there were not wearing a mask. Hopefully they can fix this.
I love this place very nice neat and kind owners
Just your average coin operated laundromat. It is clean and behind a CVS so getting soap is easy. Be prepared to pay for parking but at 1.50 for two hours its not bad.
Everything works and its clean! Lots of machines but kind of a small space for them.
Very clean compared to many other laundromats. Also, the machines are all quite new and well maintained. Basic wash: $3. Basic dry: 25¢/5min
Excellent service and efficiency!
The owner regularly engages patrons, letting people know how to get in touch should there be any problems with the laundromats services. Some of the top-loading washers are a bit pricey, yet the dryers are extremely efficient and reasonably economical. Parking lot spaces are metered for daytime usage, so if you must park before getting quarters at one of the laundromats coin machines, bring some other change to feed the meter before arriving.
Worst laundromat ever....They dont even open water for washing machines...Machines keep washing clothes with no fckn water. And at end clothes came out unwashed with still detergent in it...Just go somewhere else if u want ur clothes clean
Nice big laundromat, expensive though. The detergent dispensing machine did not work. Otherwise, all good.
Clean and roomy enough to fold clothes
Rough laundromat. The soap vending machines were broken (and appeared to have been in this state for quite some time), there wasnt an attendant onsite, and worst of all: all the standard size FL washer diapensers had caked up detergent and softener goops and deposits in them - Gross! As a former appliance repair technician I would say that these units are not looking to healthy to put clothing in... Clothing may come out of these machines with more soap and bacteria built-up in the garments than there was dirt to begin with. If you have to come here, check the dispensers for cleanliness before you put your clothes in - or better yet (and you have the exrea quarters) run an empty cycle first. My recommendation: go to another location or buy a bottle of febreeze and pretend you came here.
Terrible laundromat that is coin operated. Many machines are old and dirty and eat your coins. No one there to help you and no phone number works for this business.
