I would give Matt C 10 stars if I could. He was awesome!!! Very professional and personable. He made the process of upgrading our phones a very enjoyable one. By far my best experience yet with Verizon. He also went the distance to save us as much money as possible on our plan which we so greatly appreciate. Thank you Matt for all your hard work.

Id like to recommend that the Watertown, CT location provide better breaks and give these guys a lot more credit for their services. Its not easy being professional, personable, and cheerful when serving the customers who come in looking for help with their devices. I didnt realize that these 2 guys who were on the floor working hadnt had a break from their job. If I knew that, I would have given them a breather and wouldnt have been eager to get my phone activated. Everyone needs a moment to themselves so they can breathe and recenter their train of thought. So, I would definitely recommend that going to the Watertown location is a great idea. Just expect a wait because these guys know what they are doing and need patience and understanding.

Purchased an Iphone 12 Pro max was not able to handle my data so I asked for a replacement for a bigger gig model. Was told I was not able to exchange due to it being opened and used. Verizon offers a 30 day replacement which this store did not honor. I called Verizon and they said this is not an OFFICIAL Verizon store as they are a reseller and they couldnt do anything. DO NOT go to this fake VERIZON store as they are not a part of them and wont honor any of VERIZONS policys. Customer service at VERIZON suggested I never go to these stores as they do not honor. I want Andrew to make good on the 256 he got for me and totally reneged on the deal to make good. DO NOT GO TO THIS VERIZON SHOP... THEY ARE NOT A TRUE VERIZON AND WILL NOT HONOR THE SAME POLICYS AS THE TRUE VERIZON STORE. THEY ARE ONLY A RESELLER. ITS BS

Had a wonderful experience here yesterday with a professional, courteous caring staff. The phone I brought in was locked by another carrier and they knew exactly what needed to be done. To be honest, I have never enjoyed going into a Verizon store. I usually feel that I spend way to much time there and leave feeling like I got talked into spending too much money. This experience was exactly the opposite. I felt well taken care of and left with exactly what I came in for. Customer service plus! Bravo.

Marcus was amazing! I went in with 3 major concerns with my cell and iPhone watch. In the end he saved me money, told me how I could instantly be eligible for almost a $300 savings on my purchase when he could have just charged me. He also fixed a few tech support concerns I’ve been having for a year. In the end I paid less that $20 for a new Apple Watch, my plan was updated to save more money and he also advised I can pay off my phone for $150 and it would make my plan go down another $30 a month. Customer for life!!

I have visited several times over the past summer with questions with my phone and other Samsung devices and have ALWAYS had all my questions answered. The manager is both courteous and thorough. He pays attention to detail and is VERY patient both with me and all his customers. He addresses each and every person politely when entering his store in a welcoming manner. He also takes a moment to address each person who may be waiting so that no one person feels ignored when entering his store. He even takes the time to walk each person out and makes every customer feel as though their visit mattered. Even during this more challenging time he took a moment to walk outside and speak with a customer who felt uncomfortable walking inside his store ( pandemic reasons). I would highly recommend visiting this Verizon store and will reccomend it to anyone who is looking for a new phone for needs help with thier phone, tablet or other devices.
