Sad this happens every month.Trying to log into their site just to pay my bill, itd take me at least 30-45 minutes just to log into the their site. Tried both app and on direct site.I am switching out of Midco. POS service! Internet is fine, but trying to log into their site is crazy! should never take over 5 minutes just to pay the bill. and yeah i had automatic payment, that never goes through

Incredibly fast internet for an extremely good price. You can easily get gigabit download speeds for cheap compared to many other companies, and it is reliable 9/10. The only issues Ive ever had were some outages lasting upwards of 2-3 hours, but those are quite rare on their own. Overall, very much recommended if you want very fast, cheap internet.
