Camel down at the end in the back room near the bathrooms was a great advisor. He ran down to vacuum my car personally. Although his foot looked like it was hurt he made a commendable effort in getting my car ready and out on time. I will return to see Camel again
Rodney is the most beautiful man. He helped me find a service personnel and called the technician multiple times to make sure my car was done on time. He is the best greeter, I am not sure of his position but he is great.

Have been bringing in the car for my sister as she is unable to come here and wait with her 5 kids. I worked with Danny Thong in service for the last few times now. He is quite the busy man because he had to be paged up multiple times on the intercom. He is always running in and out of his desk, bless that poor young man. He is great and works hard enough. I couldn’t believe how horrible my experience was this morning. I called a few days ahead of time to schedule my first ever appointment with my 2021 Prius. I needed to drop my car early to get home by 9am but knew it was doable since I live a short 4 miles away. The secretary assured me over the phone that the shuttle ride could give me a lift home. Upon arriving a gentleman from the service department walked me around my car showing me all the imperfections of the vehicle-I thought, okay this is probably routine. I am lead to another man inside in a cubicle-I don’t remember him telling me his name but later found out he was new to the dealership. I told him I was honestly in a rush to get back home by nine so he showed me where to get a shuttle ride. Both women at the front desk were both in their cellphones and then one asked where I lived to get a shuttle ride home. She quickly told me “We don’t go there.” I explained to her that someone just days before told me that they’d drive me home and her response was “Well it wasn’t me!” Her manager told me they could give me a ride at 9am(work starts at 9) I asked for my keys back to get service elsewhere and the gentleman from cubicle said “I don’t know why your yelling it’s not my fault.” No sorry and no remedy of the situation. Before getting into my car to drive off another service man came running up to me and asked if he could drive me home- a simple executable remedy to a brand new customers problem. His name was Annise and he made my whole day. He saw that I was upset and was kind and empathetic Outside of my extremely pleasant experience with him I will never recommend to nor return to this location ever again.
I bought a Toyota 2020 sedan from this location a few weeks ago. The staff was outstanding!! Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. The best part of this experience is that no one was trying to sell me on anything. I came in knowing what I wanted and I was able to drive out with my sedan! Great staff, great prices, and great personalities. Highly recommend.

I was searching for a very specific Toyota and inventory is very thin where I live. I reached out to Toyota of Watertown because they had one in stock. Chase Battreall contacted me and was amazing! She sent me a video walk around explaining the vehicle in detail. Safety features, tech and even how many cup holders it had (very important!) I was so impressed with her video and her knowledge that I took the long drive up to purchase from them. Manny (Hes a Manager I think) was so nice and funny. He even offered to share his lunch with me since I hadnt eaten. Chase is such a nice young lady and made the transaction seamless. All in all it was a great experience and I will make the trip back up for my next car!!

Ive used Toyota of Watertown service for almost 35 years, and for almost that whole time, Kamel has been there to be my go-to service advisor. As the senior member the Service Department, hes always busy, but he still takes the time to treat you like family. Hes unbelievably knowledgeable about Toyota vehicles and even more importantly, he treats you fairly. But on top of that, everyone that Ive dealt with from the valets to the cashiers to Rodney the service manager who oversees everything, make you feel welcome. Its a great place and I never hesitate sending someone to them for service.
I brought a 2004 Toyota Highlander in for service for 12 years and thats why it lasted 12 years! The whole reason I turned around and bought another 2016 Toyota Highlander was honestly because of the service department. Honest, reliable, fair, and extremely fortunate to have my car taken care of by top-notch mechanics and a service department that cares about you and your family. Serious credibility problem with the service center at this dealership. At both of my the last 2 services ( 5000 miles apart) they have told me that I needed new brakes. I have a 2013 Toyota Highlander and the last time I got brakes it was with Direct Tire in Watertown. So I assumed they were making this recommendation based on the mileage of my car the last time I got brakes from Toyota....Oh NO...they have a print out with a graph with red and green bars and I need new brakes! Well I decided to have Direct tire check them, since it hadnt been that long since I got brakes,. Direct Tire sends me a video of the brakes and the measurements, they are fine, last time and again this time.Toyota also said I needed my vehicle inspected as the sticker had expired but could not do it because there was a crack in my front license plate. On that same day I went to a Sunoco service garage and they had no such problem completing my vehicle inspection, but did find I needed a running light bulb and the 2 bulbs over my back license plate...How did the crackerjack team at Toyota miss this???This same dealership many years ago tried to scam me by requiring service that wasnt needed, just to jack up the bill. I called the Toyota mothership then and they had to refund the money for the unnecessary service. I thought they had learned their lesson but clearly they have not, I have.

Most people dont like buying cars- its a stressful process- its important to do a lot of research, and try to figure out what you really need versus what you really want, and of course what fits in the budget. Ill try to make this mildly entertaining.Imagine youre me, and you decide that you need a truck- there are millions of reviews and reports out there, and a lot of different model options sizes etc. Long story short, I land on either a Tundra or a Tacoma, and read up on the models. Do some Googling, find Toyota of Watertown close by, put in an Internet inquiry and then pop over.Enter Jonathan, my appointed sales person. First off, I thought I knew everything based on my research about the different truck models at Toyota offered. clearly, thats not the case – when you start to get it all the trim levels and various engine and drive options, there are about 12,000 more possibilities than I realized. Jonathan was super helpful right away in clearing up the confusion. He also was able to look through their inventory and help sort what vehicles I might want to look at, and what it would look like if I decided to order something, or we decided to search for a used model outside of their inventory.He also broke things down to brass tacks and really tried to understand my thinking – he did an excellent job of listening, which I find most sales people dont do. Once he listened to my needs and absorbed what I was looking for, he then helped me test drive two different vehicles and then ultimately weigh the options between the two.At this point Im a very happy owner of a brand new Toyota Tacoma 2020. I would go back to Toyota of Watertown and would certainly work with Jonathan for my next vehicle.

This was a while back so hopefully they cleaned up since. I already had a bad feeling when I walked in on time for my scheduled appt made online. I was standing in the “wait here” area. There were a couple of people who arrived later behind me and were greeted and serviced before I was (they were walk ins). It’s like the service reps looked right past me. Not sure if I looked young or “different”, but someone eventually got to me. Well either way they found a bunch of stuff supposedly wrong with my car, i ended up with a bill over $1400, including a new heat shield or something. I didn’t know any better because I was ignorant at the time. But I had a even more bad feeling when the gentleman that was the service rep breathed a loud sigh when he walked me out like I got ripped off and he felt bad for me. My buddy who I reconnected much later on, had used to work at this Toyota as a mechanic. Let’s just say after what he told me I’d wish I went to my local trusted auto shops instead. Take it or leave it, this was my experience here.

Nice service department, they get real busy on Saturdays so come on a weekday if you can. Theres a shuttle that will take you to local places. Daniel is probably the best service guy that works there.

After my car was totaled, I was having a difficult time adjusting to the changes, but with the help of Edwin Ureña, this dealer definitely made the process easy and simple! I rarely post reviews on Google but HAD to post one because Chase, who sold us a car, was THE best car salesperson I have ever encountered in my entire life. She was smart, honest, upfront, friendly, accommodating, helpful, and real. The used car we bought was for our daughter and I told Chase we will definitely return and buy our next cars from her. So often you walk away from a car purchase wondering if you got a fair deal; with Chase, I had no doubt we were treated fairly from beginning to end. Every step of the process was easy and simple. Five months after we bought the car, I needed a small tube of touch-up paint and I texted Chases cell. She immediately replied, said she would pop a tube of the touch-up paint in the mail and asked us how the car was doing. Now THAT is customer service at its very best. I hope Chases manager and the owner of Toyota of Watertown read this review because Chase deserves to be recognized for her outstanding service. She is a breath of fresh air in todays world.
