Their prices are a little higher than some other local shops, but they are close to home and they do a good job and fast work.

The tech was very knowledgeable and could talk to me about the work being done. He was a positive guy. Very appreciated. The lady behind the counter was so helpful!!

They did a very good job with switching out tires for me. They said it would take about 1 hr and they got it done in less than a hour. Very pleased with them.

I got 2 11r 22.5 drive tires. Pricing was fair,if I where back home in Texas I could have gotten same tires for about $100 cheaper. All in all not to bad.

They need to update their website. Says open Saturday. Ive been calling since business hours and still get the same exact thing... false information

I just had my travel trailer tires replaced by Pomps and I am very impressed with every facet of the service and treatment I got. They couldnt get the tires I wanted and so, after ordering them online, I brought them in to Pomps. I told the manager that I would have preferred to buy locally but he said not to worry. I pulled my trailer in to their service bay, they mounted the tires and I was a happy camper. And the price was great. I will certainly return to Pomps if I have other tire work to be done.

I didn’t actually go into the store I had a blow out on the side of the road they came out with a new tire and changed it and another one in no time very fast and friendly would recommend to anyone thanks for the great service will use again when needed when I’m in the area

Ive had oil changes and brakes done in 2 of my vehicles, been satisfied each time..going back when my tires need replaced as the estimate was better than any others..

Need a flat repair before I left town. They had to do a balance and rotate also. Got me at 8 in the morning and out before 9.

Told me that the reason my steering wheel was out of alignment was because of a wheel bearing being out...

I went in with a leaking tire, fixed it right up. They were fast and very attentive too. The old man behind the counter was good with kids, I had my son with me. Very pleasant place.

Excellent Customer Service,Kevin went beyond the normal care for customers for me. He went in on a Saturday morning, for what seemed to be a simple tire replacement. Once he was able to see the issue, and why the tire blew he fixed it. There was an issue with a suspension part. He told me what was going on and what had to be done. He replaced the suspension part, did an alignment, replaced the tire. Since is was an owner/operator error he did have to charge for the service. I dont mind paying for quality service. Once again I owe Kevin sooooo much thanks for helping me out on his day off, and soooo early.Dave.

Once again great service at GCR Tire Center. The tires were getting bad on my wifes car. So I took a chance, got there early, and luckily got in with out an appointment. They did a front end alignment for free with the new set of tires. Plus got me a rebate to boot! Highly recommend this business

We sent a truck in with an abnormally wearing steer tire under warranty to be replaced. Our driver confirmed with the mechanic and the mechanic even wrote down which tire needed replacing. It took them SIX hours (and many ignored calls) and when we got it back it was the WRONG TIRE! 😂😂
