Very friendly staff and very friendly. They couldnt do what needed to be done on my car but they were able to tell me what was wrong with it so I could get it done! Plus they only do what is necessary and will come in and explain whats going on and how we go about fixing it.. Awesome place and fairly priced!

I literally rely on Zicks for all of the mechanical needs of me and my husbands vehicles. Matts customer service is exceptional and their staff always does a great job getting us back on the road. Plus, I never feel like I got taken. Honest service!

Called them today after at least 10 other shops told me they couldnt get me in until next week. It was a bit of an emergency and I needed the car fixed today. Zicks got my car in today, and even though they said it may be awhile before they got to it, it wasnt long at all. Very happy with their service, thanks for taking care of me!

Cannot say enough great things about this place. The techs are not only great at their job, but can break down their work in understandable layman terms. Ive had unrealistically horrible luck with vehicles this week, and They continue to do great work at an awesome price.
