Checked on a time to have new rear wiper installed, they did it on a spur of the moment. Was totally pleased with the service and time frame to get the replacement accomplished! Curiosity and expedient care factor-OUTSTANDING! WILL GO THE AGAIN!!

Been going here for 20 years, since I got my first car. The guy who used to run it all the time and take in the cats was nothing short of amazing. Fixed car up and cheap, didn’t take advantage of you. The new guy is rude, doesn’t take his time to write down in the book what you’re there for then ya show up and he’s like what? He does things on his time and will tell you you’re car isn’t fixable when I’m fact it was, he just didn’t feel like doing it. Very unprofessional and rude the way he sighs and huffs and puffs about things. I’ve found a new shop, sad but it’s not the same fella running things, sure wish it was!

Great customer service! I needed an inspection on my vehicle, stopped on a lunch hour with no appointment. I was greeted by two very personable employees and a very friendly cat! I was in and out in about 10 minutes, the guy told me about their services offered and a little history on the garage so I took a card and will call there if I need auto repairs. Thanks for the speedy friendly service!

Next time I need my car fixed they will be the first guy take it to I would trust them over a few others around here in town

About a year and a half ago I took my car in to get an alternator replaced. They had to take apart the whole front end of my car, price wasnt bad and I havent had any issues with it since. When I picked it up they told me they recharged the A/C. Thats cool right?Wrong...wrong, wrong, wrong. My A/C stopped working a few months later when I actually needed it Fast forward to about a month ago when I finally took it in to get looked at, Parsons had disconnected my A/C line and just left them hanging. Our Upstate new York weather rusted my whole A/C system out. I have to now replace the entire system which is 1300 dollars. Thank you Parsons! I wouldnt recommend this place to someone I hated.This shop will fix your car, break or leave something loose, so they can get more money from you. They are a bunch of scam artists and crooks. Shame on you guys, I plan on getting you black listed from fort drum.

They were supposed to fix my rear windshield wiper motor. They admitted to breaking my wiper arm while doing the work and CHARGED ME FOR WHAT THEY BROKE!!!!! This place is a scam. Do not take your car here!
